Cora Breakfast and Lunch

My breakfast was very cold. Warmest item on my plate was the strawberry. Noticed breakfast plates were piling up under the warmer. Waitress offered to replace but didn't want to wait for another 20 minutes. While paying I told one of mangers and he apologized and said they try their best. Potatoes were soft and looked good on one side the other side was hard and BLACK Burnt.

Today's experience was a little sub par. The food was cooked by an amateur. The so-called fluffy scrambled eggs were regular sunny side up eggs chopped up.

Props to the server who got busy real quick and pulled a one man show until his colleague arrived. He Usain Bolt his way in there and still gave an amazing service with a fantastic sense of humor. You've earned that 20% on the bill, man.

Fruits were fresh, eggs perfectly over-medium, and the drip coffee was actually good!

It opens early, it's close to a lot of hotels, good place to stop before departing for a long drive.

Bathrooms are super clean, too.

Today I went with my family for my daughter's birthday. I usually like this place, but today I was very disappointed. I understand that my order may take a while, but we got no cutlery or napkins, the toasts were burnt and the fruit was overripe. If I had known my daughter's fruit was like this before, I would have ordered a new plate. I noticed as we were leaving because she left the strawberries (which she loves). My husband was hand feeding our baby. Next time I will prefer to drive a little further and go to another branch.

Please send the chief (if you have one), to learn how to cook a regular omelette. Extremely disappointed. Tasteless and expensive, $ 85 for 2 omlettes and 2 chewy pancakes. Will never come back.

Asked if there’s any veggie options, “we can swap the sausages for turkey” what? Haha.
Surprised there’s no veggie options for being a healthy place, not the staffs fault but not accommodating at all. Won’t swap/add anything and heard the manager telling them not to go around with the coffee. Not a great experience

Took some time to get our orders but it was obvious that there a lot of people, just need to practice patience, food is good though.

Had a very tasty breakfast and the service was impeccable. Thank you to all the hard working staff. Even the manager was out serving coffee with a beautiful smile

One of my favourite restaurants! Always great food and service. I could eat anything on the menu.

I miss how Cora's used to be. They used to take pride in good breakfast now it's sad small portions that don't taste very good and they just cover it up with Nutella. My waffle was a mess it split in half and rather than remake it they just dumped custard and Nutella all over it. Way to sweet. Bacon is see through and prices are high.

The waiter was very professional, nice and the food was great. The fruit was set up very nice on my plate too. Inspired me to be more creative with my own fruit when plating it at home!

C'est mon restaurant préféré au Canada pour bruncher. Beaucoup de choix, des bons produits frais et de qualité, quelques produits français à la canadienne. Bref, je recommande vraiment ce restaurant.

Went for breakfast today after not being in the area for a few months. Food quality has gone down, food amount has gone down and prices have skyrocketed. You can spend less and go to a nicer establishment, it really was such a disappointment

Friendly staff. Parking is no problem. The quality and quantity of the food seems fair for the price. I ordered The Club sandwich and it was good. 4 stars for me.

Returned for the first time in years and had a server with coffee go to tables on either side of us skipping us all together. 2 times we were passed by by servers till I walked up to the coffee station to get my own refill. Next we got our meals and the pancakes we ask for on the side we on the same plate (not a big deal) and our toast was either warm bread or half toasted. Coffee is garbage, food was ok and overall bad experience. Will not return.

Honestly, the only reason i didn't give Cora's a better review is because we waited close to an hour for our breakfast to show up.that just doesn't make sense in a chain restaurant that's only moderately busy and just 2 in our party.in fact, I would have given 3½ stars, if i could.our meals were tasty and served with a lil pile of fresh fruit, which was nice.i had the veggie version of eggs benny, with spinach, mushrooms and goat cheese.my friend had a ridiculously well-conceived vegetarian sandwich, served on a bagel.i don't recall the details but i recall spinach and goat cheese on that as well.it was part of Cora"s on-special sandwich menu.this is running way too long.basically, , you will get a pretty decent meal at Cora"s but don't go if you are in a hurry.the prices are kinda high, too.not crazy high but i spent over 40 dollars for 2 breakfasts and we only drank water!

Our waitress was fantastic and the food was good. Real potatoes was a huge plus! You lost a star cause the outside edges of our table was sticky and the outside edges of eggs were over cooked but still tasted good. We will be back!

Something for everyone. Fruit is always always good and has great presentation. Servers are great and friendly. Always a pleasure.

Like eating out of a dumpster! Rotten cantalope and strawberry, over done eggs. Very sloppy presentation. By far the worst Cora we've ever been to. We won't be back.

Service was great! Food was not good, omelette was extremely dry and bland, potatoes where barely cooked. Way over priced for quality of food!

Food was mediocre at best.they're a breakfast and lunch joint but there was really nothing special about it.
It's prepackaged sausage and bacon, no rye or sourdough toast. Almost $5 for a small glass of orange juice.
Service was a bit lacking, server was very pleasant but forgot some of our order and the condiments for the table.
I highly doubt we'll come back.

Do go there for take out, they will tell you everything ready in 30min but let you wait for 90 min, and they even miss the order.

The food was excellent. Fresh fruit, not greasy. The cleanliness was above and beyond exceptional. Not just table tops being wiped but legs, chairs seats, backs and legs. The booths were being taken apart to clean thoroughly. Awesome job all around.

My kids favorite place, they requested we go there for brunch! Very good food and everyone is so friendly. Great service!

Decent breakfast places are becoming harder to find. Most restaurants focus on dinner, as the profit margins are higher (especially with liquor). Cora's has amazing food quality, great menu selection, and always fantastic staff. Hopefully, they aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

We ordered food through skip today, the order was nicely packed. Quantity and quality both were extraordinary. Food was so delicious that we gonna order again.

Picked up a delivery order, 2/3 staff in the kitchen were not wearing their masks, had them sitting around their necks. They both had beards, no beard nets in sight.

I am truck driver and been to lot of restaurants all over canada, this is the best place, best customer service, they are following covid precautions. Food was delicious and quantity was good as well.love this place and will be back whenever in city.

Love eating breakfast with a fruit salad. This is exactly what they do! Kids love the kids breakfast.

Food is always fresh and delicious. The biggest problem is, too much to choose from. That's a good thing. It keeps things new and interesting. Thank you for another great breakfast! Rav needs a haircut. Lol

It is a excellent place to eat and relax the staff there is are very friendly and helpful I wish I could eat there at least once a week

Love their crepes! Desert items in the menu are delicious. Last time it was a little longer wait for the food then expected, over 30 minutes. But if was worth the wait and the waitress was so cheerful and sweet. Will come back again definitely:)

I like Cors's. I have been to a number of locations and they are always quite good. Fresh, bright with good breakfast and lunch menus. I had the Mexican crepe which was very good.

Fruit was from the prior day which I didn’t expect considering fresh is the concept of the restaurant. If I wanted that experience I would’ve went to McDonald’s.

Good prices. Always great service. The fruit wasn't as fresh as it normally is. Coffee was good. Service was quick as well.

A little smoky and smelly and food was a little charred. $60 for breakfast is a little steep in my opinion.

Waited over 45 mins for food on 1 hr lunch (arrived at 1: 05) only 3 table being waited on all had been there prior. Was told no soup available and would get dessert for our meal, portions small, did not get dessert. We left feeling hungry. Would never go back again, not worth $40 for 2 people and now heading to mcdonalds. Service was bad, some petite girl. Regret tipping. Really confused how anyone is giving this place more than 2 stars.

Always a great place to go for breakfast. The food is very well prepared and tasty. You can get everything from pancakes to crepes to eggs benedict and bacon. The staff are always friendly and the price is your standard fair for Winnipeg breakfast places. A great place to take the family on the weekend.

If Perkins wore lipstick it would be called Coras. Food is always consistent and good. I do not see the hype as its nothing smashing. There is a good selection to choose from

Very good breakfast and very focused on family. This one was crowded when I went, on a Sunday afternoon. We still waited about 3 minutes to have a table! The restaurant was full but our plates arrived fast enough. Staff was friendly with us as well.

Location is not really convenient though. We had to find our way between a few buildings. Also, the place may be expensive for some people: around 40$ for 2 good sized plates with a smoothie (no coffee; taxes and tip included).

Food was delicious, as always. Staff were super friendly, and did a great job. Food was a little on the pricey side for breakfast, however the taste and quality of service makes up for it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants delicious food.

Nice place to get a very delicious breakfast the prices are reasonable there is various choices in the menu. The staff are nice and friendly the place have a good decoration.
