Love Costco, Josh and Donel were amazing they helped me load 30 cases of flooring right at closing time. They had a great attitude, I felt bad using them right at close but they didn't mind at all. Were very polite and even made my little girl laugh.

I love Costco but hate Costco. It is way too busy there. I hate going there now. All of Manitoba shops at this location. Costco, it is time to put a new location in the north or Southeast.

Always quality products. Can't leave without grabbing a hotdog before leaving.maybe a sundae for dessert.

If you are a gym freak or a family man, u must get the gold membership. That’s worth buying and saves a lot at the end.

Always a delight shopping at this costco. Except tonight it seemed like everything was shopped out.inventories were low.

It's Costco people.if you don't know what Costco is all about by this point, then a review isn't going to help you. If buying a cubic yard of cereal or a whole side of beef well rocking the stretchiest, most comfortable pair of Urban star jeans doesn't excite you.move on my regular size box store friend.

Today Costko on Regent just struck. We wanted to buy 1 pack of muffins, but the seller said that we should buy a minimum of 3 packs. They asked the seller to show this rule, but it was not written anywhere. And there was only one package on display. They asked to call the manager. When the administrator came, he said that they had established such a rule and were not obliged to inform the buyers about it. Every day the attitude of this store to customers is getting worse and worse. Now I am sure that I will not renew my membership for the next year.

Love Costco but saw a couple who pulled their masks below their noses once inside and kept them there. Someone made a gesture to them to cover their noses but all they got was a glare in return. I went up to an associate and said that’ll the Costco sign says masks over the nose are mandatory and would be enforced. Her very snarky answer to me was, “So call the police” and turned away. Winnipeg Costco on Regent at about 2: 30pm on Dec. 15th; the associate was a female folding clothing in the women’s wear. B*itch!

Everything you wanted in bulk, what more could you ask for? Reasonable prices, they got that also.

This place is dangerous for your wallet. Deals everywhere- absolutely worth the membership cost. I look forward to shopping here for all my groceries in the future.

I use to like Costco but not after covid started they herd people around like cattle And if you don’t stand exactly were they want you some worker start hollering at me. It happened to many times. Last time I was there for propane I was told I have to stand in line the long long line for the store. This is the last straw my wife and I well never. I mean never return to that or any Costco ever

Great location. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Needed to return a defective tablet after 8 months… they refunded my full amount without blinking! A+

Always so busy but staff do their part to make sure everyone is in and out of there in a good timely manner by always keeping the lines moving smoothly.

It's Costco. You go in looking for a whole chicken and come out having spent half your paycheck, questing why you just bought a bulk sized pack of toothpaste for the 2 time this month.

Improved service and due to people being vaccinated were able to relax somewhat helping employees and customers feel safer.

I haven't been to Costco in a while. So glad to be back again. Ann was awesome with helping my brother apply for his first Costco membership. Yes, the store is deadly but in a good way. Amazing deals - RIP MY WALLET! Oh Costco hotdogs, how I miss you. Excellent place to go shopping for gifts! Some days, you'll never know what you'd find. I'll be coming here often for baby products, clothes, and my household staple foods! The self checkouts are great, I don't have to wait in the huge line for a few things I was purchasing. If there's anywhere I gotta go for retail therapy, it'd be Costco. Why? I'm hoping that they're doing samples again on the weekends. Yup, it's been that long.

Visit was great. Had not been to Costco in a long time. Was picking up a couple of things for a friend. Did some shopping for myself. Always something new and exciting at Costco. It was nice to see the ladies selling the Poppyies there today.

Like Costco's prices and stuff they have there but customer service was horrible! They were so rude. Employees are 50/50 some are nice but than the other ones just make your day horrible. I'll only go there when i abouslutly need something.

Just went to the Pharmacy to pick up Rx, so was an easy in and out for a Saturday afternoon. Didn't do any other shopping as I found the warehouse was too crowded for my comfort zone.some shopping as complete family units and some not distancing. My pharmacy experience was excellent!

Costco is my favourite place to grocery shop. They have good quality, many varieties of organic and whole foods at really decent prices. I appreciate that they buddied you with instacart so now I can have my groceries delivered home. I wish they’d open a few more locations so in store shopping doesn’t mean long lines ups which can be very time consuming.

I always love this location! Very kind employees in every part of the store, inside and out. Always well stocked and almost always have everything I need. Nice and clean as well.

The best deals in winnipeg it's basically the same price as other places but you get half again the volume so you get way more for your money

I like this store but examine your fruits and vegetables to make sure they are not starting to go bad.

Went to get glasses at Costco Eye ware on July 2nd at the regent avenue store. Was met by a person called Kathleen who served me thru all the transactions in obtaining glasses. This person has to be commended as she not only knows her stuff but is someone with great customer service skills. Thanks Kathleen you made my day!

Not happy because I couldn't go in with my mom, she needs help with shopping.
I know there are some people that could help her but she doesn't speak and understand English very well!

Costco is like a mall, but all the utilities and foods and food court is in one store! It's absolutely amazing and when you go in just to look around, you come out with a handful of things you never thought you needed

Great stuff to buy instore. However when you have to wait an hour outside in line with plus 30 temp.
COSTCO staff should hand out water. Especially to the elderly.

We know majority of people who are waiting in line are spending 100$ + once they walk in.

Hopefully management will take that into consideration.
Hand out water to anyone waiting in that line when it's hot out.

So much for only letting one person from a family in. Letting groups and families in when there is only 100 people allowed in at a time.

I do love Costco but they are not enforcing the heath orders properly.

Parking space is provided, you do not require coins to use the shopping carts, good prices and store staff are super friendly.

What can I day about Costco? Good place to shop but watch the prices. Not all are deals. The hot dogs are still great.

One half hour standing in line to get in. Store not overwhelming due to Social Protocols for Covid.

I would recommend that people avoid this place, especially given the current state of the world. (10% capacity at the moment).

Great selection and prices but very unfriendly cashiers and door greeters. A few times shopping there, the cashier does not talk, just hand motions to the key pad and such.
Upon entering the store yesterday, they were controlling capacity and when we approached the door the greeter shouted "STAY" at me with her hand stretched out. I feel like cattle in this store.

Chicken fingers are really good here normal and buffalo flavours. Always get my Coastal English mature cheddar from here aswell. Good quality and nice tang to it.a little taste of home.

Because of my last 3 customer service encounters (all seperate) I am changing my 5 stars to 1. I love shopping here, but I am absolutely horrified with how rude and unprofessional the costumer service workers are towards simple questions and inquiries. They do not even let you finish talking to hear what your asking to then answer. They cut you off and guess what it is you want, and then are frustrated when you try to explain that is not what you are asking.

This is a great store to shop at. I always enjoy shopping here. The drawback is that many items can't be purchased in small quantities. Overall, this is still a great place to shop. Prescription service is even available to non members and their dispensing fees are extremely low when compared to smaller pharmacies.

The parking is usually a mess, the checkout lines seem to fluctuate between packed and empty, and check your medications from the pharmacy, sometimes short pills and they have given me instructions that were not what was prescribed.

I really wish they would carry more of their high-end products that they sell on their website like a couple of their TVs at least

Busy Location however great staff and lines move quickly! Could not find an item and a staff member found the stock info and Location quickly for me! I am just visiting this area and have been here twice this week. Very pleased with this location, big store with large stock and gas bar too.

We have learned to just get what is on the shopping list.
It is too easy to do a compulsive shop as the selection is sooooo good.

Always a good experience. We went for the 1 hour photos and they were ready within the hour and they look amazing!

Since the Transcona area is growing, this Costco is getting busier. It is getting harder to get a parking spot, but with the recent parking lot addition, there has been an increase in available parking spots. If you go during the week near closing time, it seems to be a lot less busy.

I always recommend to finish your trip off with a meal from the restaurant!

Great service today! Cashier asked if I had coupons with my executive membership and when I said no, she discounted a couple things anyway.

Ridiculously nice. Great shopping place, just make sure you don't buy everything especially veggies and fruit ; because it's in bulk and might get rotten

Brought my car in for a seasonal tire swap. An item was stolen from my car. I brought it to the managers attention. No aplogies offered. In fact i was told. " I will look into it but honestly Id like to say that never happened! ". So not only was I robbed.the management really didnt believe me. I was astonished. Not only did it take me 3 Saturdays to ger my tires done, walk in only - they are supposed to open at 930.but MIGHT open at 9! This is the worst customer service ever. As an executive member this is just unacceptable.

Parking lot and foot traffic inside can be isanely aggravating, the people that actually worked there were helpful though.

Costco is the place to go if you want to buy in bulk and save at the same time. It’s even the place to go even if you only want to get a few items. We like the quality as well.

Weekends and Friday nights are always packed. But the cashiers are fast and courteous so it seldom takes very long. They've already got lots of the summer stuff for yards end clothing.

The staff at Regent Costco are very pleasant and helpful. We thoroughly enjoy every trip we make to Costco and make it a family event by bringing the kids and often enjoying a meal in the food court.

Great prices, great selection, great hot dogs! But this place is always a zoo and parking (even with the new lot) seems to still always be full. Stressful environment to shop in.

Today I would like to focus in the cell phone kiosk at Costco. My phone was off contract and I called Rogers to work out a great price on a new plan with data. Once done i was told to head to any Rogers store and get my desired new zero dollar premium tab phone. I normally buy my phones at Costco. Super customer service. Good deals. And have the phones I want. So on my way to Costco I dropped into a Rogers store in KP mall. They had the phone I wanted but no specials. I left. Went to Costco and they had the same phone I wanted at zero dollars and gave me cash cards of $175. That's part of why I shop at Costco for phones.

Dangerous Dangerous place. I have too many socks now. I never thought one could have too many socks!

Fast check outs, especially with the help of your staff to fit us in to shorter lines, thank you for that and the packer was very friendly and curtiious as well. All in in all it made our trip very pleasant. Also a big thanks for the gentleman who helped be look for printer ink cartridge, well versed in product, didnt buy a cartridge today but he did show me some new printers. I will drop by next week as they had some better futures than my old copier and it may be a time for an upgrade.
