Service people went above and beyond to help.my son purchase and get this into his vehicle to transport to my home.tyvm.

Ok experience, best to go after 8 pm. Like any other Costco if you want a less frantic evening of buying pallets of toilet paper and ketchup.

I bought winter tires here and they installed almost 2 year-old tires on my brand new car! Funny thing is in the paperwork and receipt they gave me, the production date is early 2023 but when I looked at the production date on the tires, It's early 2022! It's a scam. I can't believe that they lie to their customers like that. When I talked to the manager in the tire department, He refused to change them and even the store manager didn't accept to exchange them with 2023 made. Who knows in what kind of conditions these tires were stored! A few months of storage makes sense but almost 2 years! Unbelievable! They just don't care about their customers and their safety! They are very irresponsible and dishonest. I would never do that again.

My wife and I went to the store. At the request to open the membership card only for me, the consultant opened it for my wife as well. For this, they charged me $126. Just for 1 visit to the store. It's horrible!

Pay for a membership to be treated like a criminal. They actually brought a second cart over to empty my items into so they could count each single item. Line ups to leave are getting ridiculous. Should not take 20 minutes to get out the store after shopping

I signed up for membership together with a credit card from CIBC Bank and was promised a refund of $60.5 months have passed and there is no return. Contacting customer support without a result.

Long line up due to COVID restrictions. Till Computer said I needed to renew. Had to go to Customer Service which showed I was current. Had to wait to check out again. Wasted a hell of a lot of time.

Shelfs usually are stocked with enough items, and they never run out of stock, workers there are a bit over zealous with their job, but besides that decent.

Lately Costco customer service is started to be disrespectful and comes with there own policies.it is 2nd time during this COVID, they have insulted that i couldn't resist and had to escalate. After speaking with Onsite manager on St. James who apologized for their service desk behavior, i hope their staff will be more respectful to the customers. I don't understand some of their long term employees start to react like they own the shop and it is there private business.being an executive member for that long time this is the first time i think i am looking to find an alternate and hope if there would be someone else comes in market to compete with them or they should change their staff or rotate them across local Winnipeg stores, so they don't stick with there disrespectful habits.

Costco used to be much more manageable by way of the parking lot and people, but it's seems more and more that someone will get killed by being run over in the parking lot, or possibly a fight, if not already. I find more regulations or even parking lot patrols would help monitor and keep things in line. I've been honked at for waiting for a spot and almost hit by people peeling around you while you wait. It's getting ridiculous

It’s a Costco. We all know what Costco is. It’s a big store with some good deals. It’s a good place to stock up in bulk on things.

Mid-day crowd was sparse. Easy to get in and out. I had a return, done in a couple of minutes. I was able to pick up the things I needed (and a couple of others) and get out in a short period of time.

Just bought a new tv here and the customer service was great. Costco is always great if you need warranty as they dont give you a hassle.

It is a good place for purchasing things in competitive price.we bought a squishmallow by spending 12.69 CAD which was liked by our daughter a lot

All Costco are good, but parking at St. James location just terrible. This Costco should be relocated to more open area.

Lori with the purple hair directing people into lines was such a delightful person to finish my shopping experience at this Costco!

Helped us out with a curb side pickup. St James has always been great we go ther over McGillivray even though their parking and trying to get out leaves much to be desired. ️.

Costco is not doing anything to enforce the one member per household. Was in the store today and there were multiple families all shopping together.
