I tried to fix my daughters iPhone before bringing it in. After a few seconds on the phone and an error code, Joe on Meadowood diagnosed the problem and gave me what amounts to the best solutions I had found in many hours of research. Extremely clear and helpful customer service over the phone. Finally, the phone needed to be opened to unplug the earpiece, so we left it to his very capable hands. I should have gone this route earlier. Merci!

Took my phone to ask them to replace my iPhone battery with an aftermarket. They said they will charge only labour. Later noticed my speaker wasn’t working right. Then I found out they swapped my phone screen with a different one that had a broken speaker. Not cool.

The guy on the front counter was super friendly and knew what he was doing. Best customer service I had in a while. Will definitely recommend them to anybody who Is looking for any sort of repair for cell phone.

Just stopped in with a Samsung tablet that was giving me problems. Chatted with the ownwer while he was checking it out. Extemely pleasant person who fixed my problem at no charge. Will go there without hesitation in future for any electronics work.

You call them and they disco your call saying CAN'T HEAR YOU.they ordered my phone Part saying Parts will come tomorrow. Then after 10 days Parts still coming tomorrow and then hang up as soon as they hear me on phone.

They were able to fix my Note 9 screen within 3 hours. They also included a new battery and a new frame when I got the screen fixed. Compared to the other small repair shops, they are much more convenient and affordable.

Sent girlfriends phone in for repair when they claimed they could fix it. 2 weeks passed and they could not fix the phone, sent it back, and charged $25 for shipping a phone they said they could fix, which was only $14 to ship to their facility.

Really happy with the screen replacement iPhone 7 plus its been over 2 weeks, feels like new again.excellent customer service and prices. I've been to a few places in stvital for phone repairs and so far this the best place.

Finally, a very pleasant experience at a place of business! The customer service demonstrated by Merek was honestly the best that I have ever seen, and I have been in retail for 35 years. He told me that he wanted his customers to feel better leaving the store than when they came in, and he works hard to ensure they do. Unfortunately, there was an attempted theft when I was there, and Merek and Carl handled this extremely professionally and was able to diffuse the situation very quickly. As a business owner, I would be so proud to have these two young men representing my company. I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to this time as their outstanding service needs to be recognized. Good job CRP! (And, they did an excellent job fixing my phone quickly!)

Fast service on a Sunday afternoon when most places aren’t open. Easy accessible online information, and straightforward reasonable prices

Fast service, knowledgeable staff. No BS or hidden costs. Even provided me with a free screen protector to replace my cracked one when I was only getting the battery replaced in my first generation Pixel. I had visited a half a dozen other stores before finding CPR Cell Phone Repair. Every other place told me they'd probably crack my screen when removing it to access the battery and I'd need to pay for both. These guys said a) "our technicians are very skilled" and b) "if we damage your phone in any way we will make it right at our expense". I highly recommend these guys.

I was told they can clean my s9+ loudspeaker for $69.95 can be done within 2 hours. Went there Saturday not the case, they said speaker have to replaced for $89.95, they didnt even have parts to have it done. Would have to wait approx 5 days and come back. They also wanted a deposit for the part, like as if they dont fix any other s9 plus if I changed my mind? I made the extra distance drive because the cost quoted and they can do it same day not the the case. The employee was slow to respond to me, took his time and was doing other thingd while serving me, did not get full attention. Would not deal them again. Luckily, I found a place close by Cell Mechanic. Cell Mechanic replaced loud speaker within 1.5 hours before closing. Received fast, friendly and professional service. Got and loaner phone while mine was in service. Plus, they had better hours. It was $10 more, but well worth it for fast and professional service.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service! My iPhone was repaired while I waited. I was expecting to replace both the charging port and the battery, but Marek cleaned the charging port and it worked! No charge! Marek not only cleaned the charging port, but the entire phone at no charge - so that once the battery was replaced, I received a phone that looked and worked like brand new. Thank you so much for the fast and excellent service!

I went here to have my phone checked out/diagnosed. I wasn't quite ready to have it repaired right there and then because I wanted to explore warranty options. He did some diagnostics, cleaned the usb port (where the problem was) and happily answered any questions I had. I was willing to pay but he didn't charge me. Good, honest service.

I feel like I need to give a review in part because I am one of those people who reads reviews, and because one of the guys at CPR kept worrying that I would give a bad review. Below are the facts (in my biased opinion), my thoughts and feelings of the service rendered my CPR.

I wanted to get my battery changed and attempt to clean up my phone storage. The guy there seemed knowledgeable and even gave me a good price, I only had to pay for the battery replacement/work. And I was told that it would take 3 hours to complete everything. I gave them my password for my iTunes and said go right ahead.

I returned to CPR an hour early just to make sure that everything was running smoothly. It was not. Now I want to start this by saying that some of these problems could have been my fault or it could have been theirs or it could have been the technologies fault…I don’t know.

The battery change was complete, no problems there. The cleaning up my iPhone storage however was being tricky. I have had my iPhone 6 for 5 years and apparently at some point in that time I have done an encrypted back up of my phone, so my phone was asking for more oks and authorizations than usual. I okayed everything and we did an encrypted backup to their system.

Then they wiped my phone, and it was all gone. Now I want to add that throughout the process up to this point I was standing side by side with one of the techs and he was talking me through everything. (I am now confident that in the future I could do all of this at home, and being walked through it this time is a big factor in why I feel that way.) He was nice, but honestly I knew more about Apple software and how my phone worked than he did.

The encrypted backup would not unlock (the password I had been using to make the backups wasn’t working) and the guy just shrugged. I mean I realized at that point to that my phone was now back to factory settings and I had to go for there. So I paid for the battery change and walked out with an apology and the realization that I would have lots of work to do on my phone later. (Setting everything to how I liked it and attempt to salvage/re download what I had on the phone before.)

So being overwhelmed I called my best friend, and my phone speaker didn’t work. Luckily I hadn’t left the general area of CPR and I walked right back in. The tech had not done the final checks on my phone before letting me walk out the door. He was super apologetic, and when he opened the phone he found a tear in the speakers cable. Could have been him, could have been life ware and tear, but I don’t know. Thankfully he replaced it for free…if he hadn’t I don’t know what I would have done.

And before I walked out that time he have me some compensation and a trophy (the old speaker on my phone).

All in all however I would recommend CPR in Winnipeg for any and all repair of electronics. The reason I say this is the costumer service, the guy I dropped the phone off with and the technician I talked to later were both good communicators and let me know what was happening. I cannot say that about other repair shops that I have been to. I may not have been 100% satisfied in the moment but they all tried their best and I think I got the best outcome that I could have.

(P. S. I got 5 GB of storage back and I had no GB of storage before, and most of the apps I use backed themselves up on the Cloud so nothing really lost there)

A year ago I had my galaxy s8+ repaired here. I dropped it and broke the screen and then brought it to another repair shop and they told me the previous repairs were done very improperly. They had only put on half the adhesive necessary, they had to replace the charging port because the previous repair had glued it in improperly and they also tore the seal on the headphone jack, meaning the waterproofing on the phone had been ruined and they just never told me about it. Would not do business here again.

Amazing service.was having trouble with my phone for months and the man at the counter helped fix my problem in less than ten minutes.will definitely go here the next time i need tech help!

I brought my drone (DJ Phantom 3 pro) to this place and left it there for 6 months. During the 6 months I had to call them for updates on the status even though they continued to tell me they would call me back with an update each time I talked to them. They continued to tell me they were working on it and that the housing they found didn't fit properly, but were trying to find another housing for it. 6 months later the drone still isn't fixed so I picked it up and have now found another company that has confirmed they can actually fix it for me. I will not come back here.

My friend recommended me to this establishment. Totally rectified an unsavory situation with my phone and I def recommend them!

Staff was friendly and fixed my phone quickly. They were great with recommending products for protecting my phone and answered all of my questions about warranty and repair coverage.
