What a great experience! From the phone call in making the appointment, the friendly staff when you walk in the door, and the experience in the chair - every one of their team made me feel comfortable and at ease! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists and only go when I absolutely need to - which led to me needing a dentist in a hurry! They booked me in quickly, listened to my fears upon my arrival, Dr. Friesen spent some time just talking to me, explaining the process, and giving me time to breathe. The procedure itself was done with care, and went faster then I expected! I was amazed by the whole experience and highly recommend going to see them!

The staff are kind and make you feel truly cared for. They listen! I've struggled with extreme dental anxiety since I can remember. Dr. Friesen and team manage to make it possible for me to leave smiling and have a great experience! So glad I found this place. No pain during the entire visit, which has never happened to me before with my sensitive teeth. Just wow! I'll be back for sure.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Brian Friesen for some 30 plus years. She has always spoken very highly of him and his professional and administrative staff. Today I had the pleasant opportunity to experience Dr. Friesen’s professionalism, and that of his staff, personally. I had a rear molar extraction a month ago by my long-time dentist (who does not do cosmetic dentistry). My wife suggested I see Dr. Friesen to get an implant since she was in the process of doing the same thing. I met Dr. Friesen today and after a five minute examination he told me I did not need an implant, from a dental, cosmetic or health perspective, and that it would be a waste of (a sizeable amount of) money for me to go through such a process. He said my remaining teeth were in good shape, seemed solidly rooted, and that there were no “deficits” in how the remaining teeth fit or operated. He suggested I wait 6-12 months to see if any of my teeth shifted or felt out of place with the extracted tooth being gone and that we could then revisit the situation. The end result is a feeling of security that my mouth will not cause me any problems as I age and a feeling of relief that I don’t have to come up with several thousands of dollars at this time (or maybe ever). Dr. Friesen had me in his chair and I was ready to commit to a significant payment. I was extremely amazed that I walked out of his office with my chequebook intact. He treated me professionally and as a long-time patient even though I just met him for the first time today. I now see why my wife has spoken so highly of him for so long. I have no problem giving him 5-Stars.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Your care and comfort are truly their number 1 priority. I highly recommend creating smiles and have sent many friends and family members to them. They are an amazing team and provide excellent care to all their patients!

Will never com back. Seems like they only care how to get some money from customers.
I wasted $400 on my tooth their, hoping they will fix it. After all, I was informed that I had a big cavity an looks like I will have to do some other procedures. Why I was not informed about that before they do something?
The things get worse, after their treatment, my tooth became more sensative and I got the pain much worse than before treatment. I was told that I have to delete my tooth or do root canal. I called to schedule a meeting and do something because the pain. Came to the dantist, they did me again x ray, not sure why, told me again about root canal or delete, told me that they cannot do root canel for me and charged again $100
So, I don't just wasted my time and my money with them, I got a tooth pain that I didn't have before the visit to this clinic

I love coming to Creating Smiles Dental! The staff are always super friendly and accommodating! I recently got my teeth whitened and Lee did an amazing job! My smile looks great and I couldn't be happier! Do not hesitate to book an appointment with them!:)

Dr. Dunlop and her assistant, Lee made my visit very comfortable. I had a consultation regarding a crown with a different clinic, and was told that I probably wouldn’t be able to get my tooth crowned - and I’d be better off just getting it pulled.

I met with Dr. Dunlop, and she was confident that the tooth could be crowned. I got the temporary on and go for the full crown in several days. Very happy I didn’t have to get my tooth pulled.

I have personally seen Dr. Friesen, and his team a few times recently for a custom made dental crown on my front tooth, and found him to be very optimistic, and affordable. If I were being % truthful I was very apprehensive about seeing him at first due to some situations I had with previous dentists. But at the end of the day I am actually very grateful that I found his practice, and him as I am fairly satisfied with my dental crown, and would not have had it any other way.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere makes the dental experience easier on a nervous client. Dr Friesen’s competence and skill in procedures ensure that things are taken care of right the first time. This is especially valuable when travelling in long distances from rural Manitoba.

It's always a pleasure coming into the office. Wonderful staff and great service. I always enjoy coming into to see Tara, she's great at what she does!

I've been a patient of Dr Friesen for over 36 years. I've stayed with Dr Friesen for all those years because he's by far the best Dentist in Winnipeg, unless he retires which I hope doesn't happen any time soon, I can't see myself going to see another dentist. I strongly suggest that anybody needing any dental work done should go and see Dr Friesen to experience a true dental artist at work.

Dr Dunlop and Dr Friesen are both great dentists. All the staff are very friendly and caring, I always feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I’ve recently done a whole mouth make over with the team at creating smiles and I couldn’t be happier. All of staff members are so amazing, and really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Dr Friesen is an absolute artist and made sure he stuck to quote, even after multiple visits and unforeseen circumstances. I would 100 percent recommend this office to all of my family and friends.
