Jeff was great to work with. He gave me the sale price plus the addition manufacturer discount that other dealers had negleted to mention. He made a special trip to the office on his day off, after spending the two previous days moving Creative Audio to its new location, just so I would get the reciever before Christmas holidays. Customer service above and beyond!

I had been shopping for a new integrated amp and I happened to find an amazing clearance deal for the amp I was looking for listed on Creative Audio's website. Even though they do not have a dedicated web storefront, Jeff was very responsive via e-mail (even over the weekend) and we quickly worked out details for payment and shipping. If I ever find myself in Winnipeg I'll have to drop in.

My interaction with Jeff from Creative Audio started a couple of days ago over email, I contacted him asking for advice and suggestions for an amplifier.
Jeff responded to my email the next day with info and several suggestions for amplifiers that would fit my needs.

I asked whether he would be willing to set up a certain set of speakers with one of the amps he suggested, so that I can drop by and listen to it.
We scheduled my arrival to the store, where the setup I requested had already been warmed up and waited for me.
I ended up buying the amp I came to listen to.

I recently purchased a Bluesound Node from Creative Audio, to pair with my Rega amp and Schitt dac. During the purchasing process, Jeff and Matt provided great advice in building my system. The store has what appears to be a great product line, and they did not try to up-sell me, or talk down brands they don’t carry. When it’s time to upgrade, they’ll be the first ones call.

Great service and product knowledge without the high pressure sales tactics really cements Creative Audio as one of the premier audio stores.

When I became aware that Focal had a new Bluetooth headset I contacted him and stopped by and sampled his demo unit for the better part of an hour. I was impressed and asked that he let me know when his retail units arrived. He did, I bought and am very pleased.
