Avoid this dealer at all costs, very poor feet on the table type customer service. Never buying a tractor again at this dealer, would rather drive an hour to another dealer. Have heard similar experiences from others lately.

I just purchased a compact tractor from Crikside. My experience was awesome. Very happy with my experience and the service I have received at Crikside. It's nice dealing with a smaller company where the owners are directly involved in the day-to-day operations. My only regret. Why didn't I buy my Kioti tractor earlier. Thx Crikside.

I brought in my echo for them to get it running I told them I put a whole new carburater and fuel lines and filter and they rebuilt the carburater and put new filter and lines in again after I told them that everything was NEW, they are pathetic and I will never bring anything there again nore will I tell anyone I know to bring something for them to fix it, THEY ARE USELESS.

Absolutely horrible service, brought my gsxr1000 here for a safety and since my safety I haven’t even put on 2k on it and I started having issues took it to another shop to find out crikside over tightened my front axle and caliper bolts when I called for an explanation a couple times the guy on the phone was very rude and didn’t want to discuss it, my front end had to be torn apart and re done as it’s a safety issue, my life is on the line and these guys didn’t care, 0/10 would never recommend anyone to go here

Brought in my quad for service after hearing good reviews. After talking to Bob regarding my quad and possibly upgrading to a new one, I decided to buy a new Suzuki. Bob gave me fair market value for mine and the after sales was excellent. Excellent dealership to deal with. Great honest staff.
