Took our money for a driver’s abstract and never received it. Contacted them many times and alway “looking into it”. Been 6 weeks for something that should take 3-5 business days. No apologies or explanation.

The service is awesome i have dealt with them for years.they provide top notch service for home and auto insurance Rahat takes out the time to full fill your needs along with others.you feel like you are part of the family i only deal there because i get top notch service everytime

Went there on halloween and it was very festive. Reese helped me to renew my driver's licence. She was super friendly and sweet. She made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. She showed me my picture to make sure it looked decent. Will go there again for her.

I switched my home insurance with crossroads insurance and it was the best decision I ever did. Mr. Peter Leung (Keewatin branch) had searched different insurance that will suit our needs for our home insurance. He was very helpful, attentive to every detail and discussed the policy very well so I was well-informed. He saved us a lot of money (hundreds of dollars) compared to what I was paying previously. Reese was terrific. She helped me place the insurance I needed. Very polite, and asked the right questions.

SCAMMERS. Nothing but scammers. I had insurance with red river mutual, which I was talked into by Stephen from cross roads insurance. He was never very informative or informational about anything. He talked me into a policy that cost $380 a month. Months in, I decided to close my company down, I asked for months for my policy to be canceled and just got ignored. Resulting in me paying over $1200 of insurance when I wasn't even operating the snow removal business anymore. My policy was finally canceled in August. NOW THIS IS WHERE THE SCAMMING COMES IN! 5 months later! They have taken another random payment of $360 with absolutely no warning, resulting in NSF fees for me, and taking the last of my money until payday. PLEASE if you're a small company save yourself and DO NOT work with these guys, they will smooth talk you into a policy, and then ignore you to steal money when you ask to cancel, and then months later they will go INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT without permission and take your last dollars.

The service I received was wonderful! I happened upon this insurance broker by chance. I didn’t want to go to my usual one because of it being very impersonal. I was driving by and saw the company’s name and thought to give it a go there. My rep, Many, answered my questions in an attentive, considerate and comprehensive way. She was kindly accommodating by retaking my driver license photo 3 times until I liked it.
I will definitely be patronizing this business for all my insurance needs.
