This last time it was Sayed. He was so great. He went above and beyond by offering me a courtesy vehicle when my service was going to take longer than I had expected (2 hours). I had mentioned I wanted to get groceries and he responded with "I'll see if I can get you a car. " Amazing experience. I felt really taken care of.

Syed was the one who assisted me recently when I brought my RDX for service. I was well attended and he explained everything up to the minute details that they did to my car. And the best thing was that my car was very clean when he turned it over to me. I just came from a long drive with lots of insect saps on windows and front of my car and it’s all gone when I inspected it. I commend Syed for this and I would say that he’s the kind of person who would not disappoint anyone who’s coming in to have their vehicle serviced. EXCELLENT JOB SYED!
