Wes is highly professional and helpful. Everything was good. I was disappointed by mazda roadside assistance.

Sonny and the team at Crown Mazda took care of us from the moment we walked through their doors. It was late and near closing. They had their chance to turn us away with no guarantees that we would be purchasing a vehicle but they accommodated us and never looked back. They answered our questions and kept us updated every step of the way and now I’m looking forward to my new car. Thank you Sonny!

No one enjoys having to spend hard earned money on regular maintenance of ones vehicle however, when the staff at the service and parts desk produce smiles when they see u enter, it just makes it just a bit better. Regular maintenance us what allows me to drive my vehicle for 10 years plus! Just saying. Treat your baby well!

I am ALWAYS impressed with the folks at Crown Mazda. I feel that everytime they go above and beyond. They care about their customers and the work they do is quality. I trust them and know that they work hard to give me the best options possible. They are the most impressive car shops and dealership I've ever worked with.

The whole experience of purchasing my vehicle was amazing! Sonny was fantastic throughout the whole experience and has been very supportive through a couple of bumps along the way! The whole team at Crown Mazda has been very friendly and has made sure I have been take care of. I would suggest this dealership to my friends and family.

Sonny is polite, patient and helpful. We were impressed with his warm personality initially and throughout the process. He responded to our many questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Beautiful car just like my 2013 mazda 3 GT and Sonny Dela Cruz from Crown Mazda took care of all our concerns and questions that we thought of, one day I'll be back for my third Mazda 3

Gavin was our salesman at Crown Mazda and he was very helpful. We were originally told it would take six to eight months for our vehicle to come in and Gavin said he would keep tabs on it and see if they could get the vehicle sooner and it did arriving in four moths. When we got to the dealership Gavin was there and went over all the features of our new Mazda CX 30 and introduced my wife and I to the service and parts departments. We would definitely recommend Crown Mazda and Gavin Gragadin to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I recently purchased purchased a new 2020 CX-5 GT from this dealership on October 15th and my experience at Crown Mazda was pretty exceptional.
Sonny was my salesperson, and he was kind and straightforward. I liked that it seemed he wasn't pushy about my purchase or dates, and was more interested in MY interest in the vehicle. He even called on Thanksgiving just to say a quick Happy Thanksgiving. Thats a salesperson doing their job, in my opinion anyways.
The finance manager, Jay Finck, was pretty neat. He was kind and funny. This was another person that was just making the atmosphere more comfortable as buying a new car is kind of a big deal.
This was of course my personal experience, but I can see why Ashok Dilawri stands by and pursues the idea of positive customer relations as well as just good salesmanship. I'm glad I didn't just settle with a Mazda, but with this specific dealership. Thanks guys.
Also, the car is sick as hell. Would totally recommend to people interested in crossovers.

Great service and nice people. Not sure if they have done away with the free car wash after the service visit. I know it's a small thing but it was a nice touch.

Amazing team, loved working with them all especially Wes. Kept me up to date on my car and when it would and delivery was fast and efficient. Already looking forward to our next new vehicle from them!
