I just got my 2022 Kicks and the whole experience was excellent John Aliwalas was so relaxed, professional and on the ball. He texted me constantly to let me know when my car would be arriving and when it did the process was very smooth and the car is beautiful. The sales staff is great. The parts guy is really sincere and helpful. I had a lot of sub par, I don't like my job attitude and performance from service almost every visit.they would never finish a job fully leaving a hood unlatched, not washing the car on a sunny day or even re-clicking in parts of the car they worked on.

I talked to the service manager and he said he'd make it right. He will be getting me a cheque for the remaining credit I had to purchase Nissan accessories that I asked for because Im.was returning to Vancouver.

Over all he did an excellent job handling an upset customer.

Ps. I got my car after the service of the car. The car was washed, and the service manager left two baseball caps and a water bottle with Nissan logos. That was a nice touch, I really appreciate his sincerity to appease an upset customer and make it right! Very classy!

Kyle was amazing! Very informative, easy going, and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. I came in the first time with partner and the second time with my parents, and he had no problem explaining everything twice and in detail. I informed him the first time I came in that I was looking at either a Nissan Rogue or a Toyota Corolla, and he took his time explaining the pros and cons of both vehicles, and he even let me test drive the Corolla. He was enthusiastic about showing me the vehicles and many options I had to choose from. After the purchase he spent a fair bit of his time explaining all the features in detail of our New car, which was appreciated. He also made sure the car was in perfect shining condition before our departure.
