I came in for a regular service. Lee was my service advisor. He was very helpful and walked me through the entire process, he was very honest, clear and open with me. Other services advisers in the past have tried to confuse me with numbers and charge me for unnecessary work. Next time I come in I will definitely ask for Lee.

What an awful company to deal with. My lease is up January 2024, I had been contacted by multiple people from Crown Toyota over the last year trying to get me to trade my car in. I contact Mark in Sales (I originally dealt with Mark when I leased my car 4 years ago, which wasn’t a great experience to begin with) after he had been contacting me several times to advise him I am buying out my vehicle and asked for a breakdown of the fees so I could bring in a cheque and sign the paperwork. To this date, I have not received a response from Mark. I followed up, still no reply. I forward my emails to the two Sales Managers asking to be referred to someone else and again, no response. I call the dealership, transferred 4 times before I was hung up on. I then left a voicemail for the GM. Received a call from Finance finally, after 10 my days of trying to get ahold of someone.
Who knew handing over a cheque to buy out my vehicle would be so difficult. The transaction literally took 5 minutes, and in turn, they get a bunch of money. I will never recommend or go back to Crown Toyota ever again. Use caution when shopping for cars… use other Toyota dealerships that will actually appreciate your business.

If there were a 6th star to choose it would definitely be a 6 star rating. We had a great experience from start to finish when purchasing our 2024 Toyota Tundra at Crown Toyota of Winnipeg. Our salesman Richard Elendu answered all of our question as this is our first Toyota truck so we had many. Richard gave us a tour of the dealership and most importantly showed us wear to find the coffee and hot chocolate when we are in for service. Our new Tundra was pulled into the showroom and Richard went over every detail with the Tundra inside and out which gave us a lot of confidence when we drove away. The icing on the cake was a full tank of gas which was very much appreciated as most dealerships lately don’t seem to do this. It’s all the little things that stand out and we are excited to be part of the Toyota family and look forward to many great adventures in our new Tundra.

Tommy, the new guy, is very warm and friendly. He takes the initiative to introduce various car functions, communicates and arranges the subsequent document signing and car delivery work. Thank you!

I liked the people at Crown Toyota but am disappointed in how optional choices were presented by sales at time of purchase. When I read the fine print (after purchase) I think I would have declined what I bought. One choice (guarantee of price) was not presented to me. I assume this was because it took 8 months for my car to arrive! (Which I was warned about). Generally everyone was pleasant and helpful at the dealership.
