Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went to get some DQ through the drive thru. Ordered a sundae, blizzard, and two drinks. Did not receive any lids or tray. Before even leaving the drive thru the sundae spilled everywhere because I had to open up my center console to put the drinks there and the sundae was spilled all over. I asked for a tray or a lid but the cashier kind of walked away and either didn’t hear me or ignored me. Not impressed.

Good location, although drive thru is tight and often is backed up. But the always good ice cream is worth it.

After ordering a pack of chicken strips and a blizzard - not only did I not get a spoon; but I was deemed unworthy thereof. I was given a straw. I was appalled. Thoroughly disapproved of the experience.

Had a terrible experience yesterday at regent Dairy Queen.
My dad and me order ice cream i ordered regular and my dad ordered Large but order taker lady didn't hear properly and give us 2 regular when we point out that and told them to make it right they said fine we will make you a new one. While they were making new one my dad ask them what you guys gonna do about the regular one that you made they said we gonna throw it out but my dad said i don't want you to throw it out just give it back to me cause i already pay for this and i'll pay you for the large one that you are making right now. The whole point of my dad was he don't want the food to be waste and even we were willing to pay for the mistakenly made order that they were about to throw into the garbage. But due to poor management, Poor customer Service, They literally didn't understand what the customers want to order and what they give to them one of the employ name Corey start yelling at my dad and demand us go leave the store and he give us refund but refused to take our refund but we don't need that money back. We just want them not to throw that ice cream into garabge that they mistakenly made even we said we will pay for it but don't waste it. Very Poor service. It was a terrible experience for my family my dad is a heart patient. The boy corey yell at my dad and told us to leave it was such a shame. After all of this my family and i decided to not to go DQ due to their poor customer service. Not Recommended.

Website says open until 10pm. Walked with my son for 30min to be denied even though the drive through was open. Garbage service.

Extremely poor service. Employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. When they got my order wrong and I asked for it to be corrected, they acted as if I was trying to cheat them. Though I offered to pay for both orders so it wouldn't go to waste, they made it a point to throw it into the trash in front of me. I tried to explain this to the supervisor (Corey) but he refused to listen and ordered me to leave instead.

Have been going here for a few times and i always order a blizzard with peanut butter sauce on top (like a royal reese blizzard) and not blend into the ice cream. They were okay with it and have been doing it whenever i order it. Which makes me happy. Today (June 25) i ordered the same and the guy refused to do it and said that this location is not allowed to do that. I hope all employees i guess are on the same page. Will not come back here again.

One of the best Dairy Queens in the city to go to. Each visit I've had has been a positive experience I remember one time I was able to order a cake through the drive-thru during the pandemic as a last minute order for Mother's Day, and I also remember ordering my own birthday cake through Dairy Queen and their details and artistry with airbrushing and decorating was great at this location. They even got an Instagram for their ice cream cake portfolio packed with various designs that you cannot see anywhere else in the city, at least to the best of my knowledge. Never have I ever had a bad experience from this location. I've ordered from burgers to chicken tenders to blizzards and they have always been done right with quality and accuracy. Thanks again for satisfying my cravings and for making each celebratory occasion memorable.

Always went here until today. Some guy refused to make add sauce on my blizzard. He said this location doesn’t do that. I found that very odd. Rather then getting the blizzard I tried the chicken strips, and they were either over cooked, oil wasn’t changed, or most likely both. I can tell by the texture as well as being someone who has worked in a kitchen. I don’t recommend this location, I recommend any other location if that guy is working.

Absolutely terrible service! Extremely rude employees. They clearly don’t know how to show proper “friendly”customer service at all!

One of the employees made a mistake while taking my dads order for blizzard.
He ordered a large but she charge us for regular.when my dad told them to make it large and he can pay the difference.
While they making new large blizzard my dad ask them what you gonna do with this mistakenly made one they said we will throw this out in the garbage but my dad said I don’t want you to waste the food so except of paying the difference I can pay for the new large one this one get back to so they refused to give it back while we were telling them we are willing to pay. One of the employee name Corey he jumped in and instead of helping the problem he start yelling at my dad and told us to leave he was giving us refund that we refused to take it. That was a terrible experience they have untrained staff that not able to listen customers properly. Me and my family decided we are never ever going there. Very Poor behaviour.

Excellent service despite being insanely busy at times. Most visits are for ice cream, but their burgers are great too.

Quick service even tho there was a line, polite young workers there. Definitely gonna go back again
