Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This experience goes out to all the Dairy queens not just this one. For the past three times in a row, over the course of maybe a month or so, every time the wife, daughter, and I have gone to dairy queen (this one, the one on regent, and the one in polo park) it has ended in rocketing liquid diarrhea.

No, none of us are lactose intolerant, ice-cream from anywhere else does not have this effect, and my daughter and I regularly drink milk. This is specifically caused by either poor storage in trasport, poor cleanliness by staff, or something else.

Please, for the love of god fix this before you run yourselves into the ground.

They offered my Daisy a pup cup which I forgot they did and she was pleased and I was very grateful for that treat for her. Courteous staff and hot food

By far the best DQ on the east side of the city! Food is always hot and fresh! Staff is absolutely amazing and make sure you feel like a valued customer! One particular member goes out of her way to make you feel like family!

Just bought a box of six buster bars that looked like they went through several freeze/thaw cycles. Poor temperature control

They have probably hired slowest workers in winnipeg. They are really slow and will make you wait for at least 15-20 minutes for your food.
And if you are a delivery person, oh man you are waiting here for at least 30 minutes

Great food: hot, tasty n fresh. Dining area very clean staff friendly n welcoming. Plan on returning.

It was clean, made my blizzard perfect, good customer service and would recommend. Also have a nice little dining room and has a drive-thru.

We went through drive through for lunch and we wanted to get our dog a small cone because she just came from a serious vet appt. Our burgers were so fresh and fries were perfect. They also gave my pup a cone and a cup of ice cream which was so sweet after her bad day we all appreciated it️

I really enjoyed my experience the employees were very kind and respectful. One of them really took my dairy queen experience to the next level! Cracking jokes and leaving me with a smile on my face 10/10 would recommend for anyone who likes burgers and icecream

Honestly just had a great time in there. Blizzard was blizzed too perfection and I was in La la land eating it. The man who made it had a cool sweater on too and we complimented each others outfits. Great place and never fails to make me happy

We ordered Chicken Burger. It was absolutely delicious and fresh. The Chicken was crispy, flavorful, and chewy. It came with the fries. The mayonese, lettuce & tomato were complimenting the chicken Patty really beautifully. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. We can’t wait to go back. The staff was so friendly. The manager Palak was so helpful. She recommended us this burger.

Just wanted a nice ice cream date & we got terrible service & hair in our ice cream. Their excuse for the hair is that the breaking plastic from the spoons falling into the ice cream. Seems like a health code violation to have your customers unknowingly consuming plastic. Only one of the three staff was wearing a hair net. When you’re working in customer service you should always be high in spirit, not monotone. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Train your staff in customer service maybe you’ll have a higher rating.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich and poutine and it was like eatting leather in a bun and poutine portion for price was a complete rip off

Ordered from here just before closing. Paid like 20+ including for extras etc.and it seemed like this location completely changed the recipe instead of having pieces chunks of each Blizzard it was line a fine powder instead haven't had this in a couple years definitely won't miss it

I ordered a pretty simple order, the place was dead and I still waited over 15 minutes. The worst part was while I was waiting the girl who took my order originally asked not once but twice if I had been helped yet. Seriously? I’m one of two people in the place.

Always friendly. Quick drive thru. Been going since they first started, and will continue to do so.

Every time I come here, without fail, the staff members are always smiling and friendly. I can tell their workplace is a happy place, they are laughing and joking with each other in the background while i am waiting for my order. It's really quite amazing, I love going through their drive thru! I always says thank you as a matter of courtesy but I always get a big smile and a Genuine "you're welcome! "
Of course, their food is really good too, but I can get the same cone at any dairy queen, it's the experience I genuinely enjoy and I intentionally drive to this one! Great work, keep it up!

Great staff and quick service. No matter how busy they are, they process the orders quickly and efficiently.

DQ is a great place to grab a burger or chicken fingers and fries, it's not just icecream.

I was very happy with my not on the menu Blizzard of fudge pecan turtles Blizzard. It was just the right amount of toppings and mixed well so thanks for that.

I don't know what worker it was, but one had transferred perfume to the packaging and cups and lids on my order. So it goes without saying that if I could smell perfume they either bathed in the stuff or didn't wash their hands before handling my food. Couldn't finish meal. Also ended up with a upset stomach.

I only had a blizzard. I will have to try the rest of the menu sometime. The skor blizzard was yummy!

I went there 3 times over the last three months. Every time I went the ice cream was half melted and I excused it because the first two times it was hot outside and they were really busy. It was cool this evening and our ice cream was still half melted. I'm done with this place.

There food is so yummy and I would recommend the grilled chicken burger and the onion rings mmmm

This DQ was formerly a Robins Donuts location. Only used the drive-thru on our visit there. The entrance to the drive-thru is at the rear of the building.

This dq continues their long history of messing up nearly every in person order. We ordered a pecan blizzard with no whipped topping and a pumpkin blizzard with whipped topping, had to repeat they were both larges nearly a dozen times, and got two pecan blizzards at the end. What a waste of gas not getting anything i can eat, and a waste of gas when the wrong blizzard will be brought back for it's free replacement, which won't really be free because of all the gas wasted

Location has fantastic staff and the food is always great.

Location is not great as access across main road can be difficult during rush hour.

It's ice cream, what's not to like. For food it lacks a bit for flavor and quality, specifically the chicken tender breading.
