Got a big order in the drive thru. 2 4 piece chicken strips and 2 blizzards. The fries box i got with my order was so small. Half the box was filled. The food was tasty and the drive thru was fast but they seem to cheap out on the serving sizes. At DQ you should get what you pay for

I went to buy a birthday cake for my son today, because he likes rainbows, so the friendly Chinese staff helped us design this beautiful rainbow birthday on the spot! What a surprise! We really like it and thank the attentive and patient Chinese male staff for giving us a pleasant shopping experience! We definitely will come back again!

I asked the lady who served us a simple question: what is Churo flavour because I did not know what is made up of. The lady was super rude. She said chocolate is chocolate and churo is churo. She does not know how to serve customers. She was rude with my other orders too. It looked like she was frustrated. Whatever.

We always go to Kenaston brunch DQ, this time decided to try new DQ on Pembina.
Service was terrible, they do not follow their own policy on Blizzard. Blizzard we ordered was all liquid and I was supposed to get free one, but branch manager refused. Also impossible to use patio outside due to locked chairs to the fence not beside the tables. What is the purpose of the patio then? Not coming here again.
P.s. We also ordered 3 milkshakes, for my wife and kids, they all had diarrhea short after, I think milk was expired in milkshakes.

Friendly staff and great service. Food is really very good, desserts are out of this world delicious! Love icecream!

Where are the real strawberries for a strawberry sunday, it looked like a watery juice on top of the ice cream. Sorry but prefer Dairy Queen in the USA.

This location is disgusting. The blizzard machine was not rinsed when my blizzard was made. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. It tasted gross. The girl at the front was an absolute ditz. She didn't help me right away even though I she looked at me when i walked up to the counter, and once my blizzard was set on the counter for her to hand out she took forever and there was no one else in line.

First time we celebrated birthday at Dairy Queen without someone’s suggestion and it went wonderful because of friendly staff, delicious customized cake, fresh food and desert. It was busy hour still no
compromise in quality of product and service. I will suggest to visit for fast food, cakes or blizzards and its perfect timing to try new flavour blizzards of month for spending good summer nights.

It had been ages since I have had DQ. I really enjoyed the chicken strip basket, always great food at DQ.

Their ice cream is delicious. The burger i ordered wasn't as good? And it was served with a huge piece of onion (bigger than the burger itself), which was just added to the box, it wasn't inside the burger. No idea what I was supposed to do with it, may be it's their special recipe?
Another thing is that they asked me if I wanted to done in or take out, i said dine in. But they packed me the order anyways.

We ordered 2 Blizzards and a milk shake; the Blizzards were only mixed on the top half and the bottom half was just vanilla ice cream - clearly not enough filling and under-mixed. The milkshake was missing the whipped cream (although this is a common issue at most locations despite the DQ website saying it includes this) and when I asked for the whip, the employee seemed irritated and put-out. I'll be going back to Scurfield.

The Strawberry “Cheese Cake” Blizzard has no cheese cake. Could get a Ben & Jerry pint for less $ and more chunks. I won’t go again this location.

Never seen a “restaurant” so empty. Food was wrong and cold, employees running around like they have no idea what they are doing. Taking 15 mins for a O. J while there’s 3 people in store. Don’t go here drive the extra 5 mins to the next DQ, this is the worst trained staff I’ve seen.

Its a new place workers not very friendly not trained properly Don’t put forks in our bag no napkins gravy for poutine was like tar and so so salty. We’ll not be going back to this location.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got vanilla ice cream with maybe a tea spoon of chocolate syrup at the bottom. Not what it used to be.

I paid extra to get more additions in my blizzard, but they didn’t put them in. I didn’t notice until I was home. Very disappointed,

Went there and picked up lunch today. July 8,2022. The burger was ice cold. It was terrible. The onion rings were hot. It was the worst burger I ever had. The DQ on Provencher and Oulet Mall are always good. Food is always hot. I would give a 0 if I could.

I am giving these folks a 5 star, but including some feedback for things that require improvement.

I am glad to have a DQ back in the area. Thrilled even.

They need to work on their customer service and order taking (via drive thru). There is one person greeting, another taking over half way through and then another meeting you at the window. All is accomplished but it becomes confusing for communication.

I ordered an Orange Julius (like I often do.). It had clumps of very bad tasting stuff (later found out it was "filler") throughout the drink. I tried calling the store 2x but no answer. The store was not visibility busy inside or out, so I'm unsure why they didn't answer the phone. I ended up going back to the store to remedy the situation.

The staff member seemed less than interested in my terrible experience with the drink. He did however offer me a new one. I requested a refund as those clumps of terrible taste just turned me off. No apology, no nothing. Maybe they are tired. At least the problem was rectified, so I'm content. Thank you!

The fries we bought were delicious. Hot and tasty! Thank you! DQ fries never disappoint.

Dine in or take out! Drive through is an option too! While situated in the parking lot sharing many other shops, it makes for a tight navigation through parked cars.at least it's back in the area.

Due to it being in a shared strip mall with a doctors office, Best Buy and more.there is ample parking! Free parking!

I'll come back again and give them another try. Maybe in a couple weeks when they've had a bit more time to work out the kinks in the system. They are a new store, likely some new staff. I'm confident it'll be great!

I see they have patio space too. Woohoo! Can't wait for that space to open up.

Ordered the chicken finger meal. There was no taste to the ice tea. The fries were old and cold and and they forgot the gravey. So for $15 i got what tasted like reheated chicken fingers. They did my partner's flamethrower right but the poutine was made using old fries. So nothing making me want to give them a second try.

If there is a zero star option. I would give this place an absolute zero. Went in to get a chocolate dipped cone in a cup. They made me a chocolate dipped Sunday without the cone. When I correct their problem, instead of re-making it they just gave me a cone on the side. Several people saw it and laughing on the side. The staff here don’t know their stuff and customer service is bad. If u want your things done right, I would go to the scurfield location.

Possibly the worst Dq I have ever been too. The manager was so rude to me when I was ordering and I’ve heard this from others too. Besides this, they never fill up my dq blizzards.

Originally wanted to try this place after hearing about how good the cone is. I don't have a big sweet tooth yet I thoroughly enjoyed the nice treat.it was busy, but worth the wait! Girl who helped me was really nice and polite.her name was madison ig.overall great customer service.i recommend everyone to must try it once.

My friend warned me about a very bad experience at this location with staff, however, I decided to go here as maybe it was a one off. This location does not care about thier service. Not even a hello from front staff when I was waiting to order and while making eye contact with them. The staring and frowns of the front staff were making us uncomfortable so we left. Im sure there will be a standard cut and paste response from the DQ team. Just like the many other reviews.

Amazing customer service by Madison. Solid 5 star ice cream! Best ice cream in peg city. Love the smoothness and thickness of the ice cream and the flavour of the dip! The price is pretty reasonable compared to other ice cream parlors in the area. I would come here more often if I lived closer.

Slowest service in the city. Only 1 person working the till during peak rush hour and no one came out to wipe down the tables when people got up to leave. Seems like a bunch of rookies as they didn't appear to have the natural ebb and flow to handle a line up

I love Dairy Queen. I was always the place to go for ice cream when I was growing up. I have many great memories. However, this location was the worse location I have ever been to. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for two blizzards. Many other customers came in, ordered and received their orders before I got my two medium blizzards. I bought a ice cream cake, dilly bars and two blizzards. However, they seemed to have no end of trouble to make my blizzards. They never asked if I needed any help while I was waiting. They seemed to pretend as if I wasn't their getting impatient. I didn't make a scene, but I was getting frustrated. I will continue to go to Dairy Queen, just never this location again. I would suggest avoiding this location.

3rd try and last try. Service still bites. Definitely need some serious training. Receiving melted blizard sucks. Food is cold. 30min to get chicken fingers and fries. There goes my lunch break.

Sticking to wendys and McDonald’s

Went through the drive thru, to be told there was a ten minute wait. Asked if we could order and then pull through got no response for a couple minutes so we pulled up to behind the vehicle in front of us and waited (there’s no way to exit it the drive thru) Pulled up to the window and the girl immediately caught an attitude. We pulled away then went inside to hear the same girl talking about us. We went inside and waited to order, it took about 10 minutes before we got our food. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Good service, I haven’t been to the dq for 3 years since the old pembina location closed, their menu’s changed, the lady who helped me taking order is very patient and polite, and give me suggestion about the food and blizzard. So happy Dairy Queen is back to pembina, and will definitely go back again.
