Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I very much like going to this Dq I can walk from my condo there and like getting blizzards and sometimes get a cheeseburger and fries the staff is great and very friendly I haven't sat inside but on nice days i have enjoyed the outdoor seating

Staff and managers went out of their way to make a dairy free blizzard even though it was not on the menu. This location has great / welcoming owners!

Manager looked to be working while shortstaffed, and tge service was excellent, as well as the ice cream. Chicken with honey BBQ I could have done without - just kind of soggy, but the blizzard was fabulous!

Really slow service and order triple chocolate brownie. Brownie was hard as rock

Really slow service took 20 mins for a simple order, the fries and onion rings were cold be the time we got them. Also for some reason the whole seating area blocked off. The worst is no washrooms, hand washing facilities or even hand sanitizer. Sure wouls be nice to be able to wash my hands before eating. Was always under the impression that was a requirement to operate a restaurant. Defiantly not very customer oriented.

We bought a Blizzard Ice Cream cake and while we were waiting had a hot fudge sundae. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cake was devoured when we got home

Picked up a last minute Valentine's Day Cake for my wife. They were excellent. I was worried that the quote I wanted on the cake would be too long but they did an excellent job of fitting it onto the cake, with surprisingly good calligraphy for cake writing. The cake itself was delicious as always.

They are also open to customizing blizzards, like swapping caramel chunks in for fudge, etc.

Overall great experience and service.

Every time we go it’s just fantastic and personable service! I appreciate that, and the food is great.

Extremely pathetic service. Employee didn't share their name, and be like I am the owner. Has no respect to deal with customers. Definitely not recommend going to this abusive place.

Worst customer service. Manager was so rude. Always have to wait for order pickups. You guys should hire more staff

Worst lady i have ever seen idk who she is manager or owner or what.she has a floor mat for delivery drivers to keep the delivery bag on it and mistakenly did put my foot on it and she started yelling and refused to give me the order … even other customers where laughing at her and i am sure they never going to come hereincluding me
