I won’t be back there. At the end of my order we ordered another drink which they didn’t get. So we went to vehicle and decided to go through the drive through. They couldn’t understand at all what we were ordering. We ordered 2 large fries, she wondered if we wanted drinks. Then we ordered a iced tea and she wondered if we wanted Pepsi. Then we got to window and they only had 1 French fry. Very frustrating.

My husband and I just left drive thru. We tried to order. The girls were laughing thru the speaker and not listening so we backed up. Get better staff. We will not be going there again. Every time we go we never have a good experience because the young girls who don’t want to work and just are rude and snobby. Get better staff or do a better job managing.

First experience in drive through, the lady kept interrupting me as I was trying to repeat my order, didnt get to finish speaking. Ended up getting my order wrong. Second experience in drive through, same order, got it wrong. Paid full for both and didnt get all of what I ordered. Couldn't go back due to limited lunch time.

I ordered a 6 piece meal and a poutine for lunch, I got three small pieces of chiken and there was almost no gravey or cheese on my poutine that's how little they cared

Got a crispy chicken sandwich and some stuff for my daughter, half way through my sandwich I noticed the bun was mouldy. My boyfriend went inside and they gave me another sandwich, couldn’t eat it cause I was worried it was going to be mouldy again. Wish I could’ve just gotten my money back, im pregnant and it was honestly disgusting, couldn’t stop throwing up. Will probably never go back.

The meal was good but I am a support worker and myself and another worker came by Nov 15th with 2 clients and found it very difficult to come through doors with a wheel chair and a client that needs assistance walking with no automatic doors that open if maybe that is something that could be looked into with a person's with a disability would be very helpful Thanks

Every time we go to DQ they mess up the honey bbq chicken strip basket. Usually they just give original or they forget the fries or the fork.

When you order fries [WARNING] a container of salt with a small side of fries is what you will be receiving, I mean they are spicy that's how salty they are, you will be coughing your lungs out with tears in your eyes as you attempt to eat these salt sticks

Will never visit again. Went through the drive thru, asked for a DOUBLE cheese burger with no bun & no ketchup (celiac disease cannot gave bun). Burger came with a bun as well as ketchup. Went back in to get my burger corrected with no ketchup (politely) and the girl wearing the headset at 9pm August 13th 2022 got a box, warmed up ONE patty with cheese and put it in the box (nothing else) and gave it to me. Got back to my car opened it up and you could imagine how I felt. Went back in and she was very unhelpful, I left without my burger and will NEVER return.

I ordered a flame thrower burger and the bun was soggy and tasted like pure salt with a little bit of heat. In the bathroom they had net bothered filling the tp container but just left a roll on top for everyone to leave their germs on. Gross. Def not going back for burgers, just for blizzards.

The food is really very good, but the staff are not friendly at all and are unable to process the order as stated in the order.

While waiting for our food we see one of the cooks not only be on his phone continuously but also starts tying his hair back in the kitchen area and not washing his hands after.

I like the food, but for some reason it always makes me sick. (Edit) My daughter and I went through the drive thru. Once home and my daughter was halfway through her burger, she pulled out 2 separate hairs. They were stuck within the meat. I told the establishment what happened and I was basically called a liar and told that it's "impossible" for that to happen because the cook wears a hair net. Very disappointing.

Very noisy kitchen staff, singing at the top of their lungs, hair hanging all over the place, snacking on fries. They got our order wrong. Just unkept and unprofessional.

They always mess up our order doesn’t matter if we order inside or drive through. They also go cheap and give you half the portion of fries. The food is also always cold. Also staff is very unprofessional and rude.

I used to go here weekly, but the quality has gone down the drain recently and they nearly always get my order wrong. I shouldn't have to double check my bag everytime I go through the drivethru. The food just doesn't taste as good as it used to.

Every single time we come here there's a problem. Whoever is on window always has an attitude and has little to no emotion or kindness.

Forgot about our order so we sat waiting for 30 minutes. All girls behind counter were complaining about a customer very loudly

Our order was wrong and had stuff missing the intercom system sucks couldn't hear what was being said all in drive thru had to go in for the rest of the order and it was still not right give a minus for stars

I had the worst experience at this Dairy Queen yet. We had ordered, and had sat for 20 minutes. I had to go up, and request my order again. They had no recollection of my order.
After I had gotten my food, and sat down there were 4 girls standing around and bad mouthing customers they had dealt with. They were talking so loud I could hear them loud as day from the opposite corner of the restaurant.
I am very much NOT impressed with the service and attitude of the employees. They were perfectly capable of getting our order ready, and they failed at the one job they had.

Obviously isn't a fancy place in the least, but also could be cleaned better. No chocolate ice cream on weekends is what we got told when our kids wanted swirl cones, which we found very odd for an ice cream place. They grabbed the coupons out of my hands and not another word was spoken afterward as if we took the cash straight out of the cashiers paycheck for their kids cones. It's not a frequent treat, but we try to be patient whenever we do come here because of the young staff and sometimes we get friendly happy service which is great. Better luck next time.

This restaurant has really gone down hill lately, the kitchen staff is very bad with making orders properly, we order from here once a week and every single time in the past two months they have made the order wrong, if you complain they say they will write you down for a credit and you go to use that and there is no record of it. Last time we went inside the guy in the kitchen was eating fries off the warmer then making peoples food. McDonald’s used to be the worst for wrong orders in the town now it’s Dairy Queen
