My dog Hank was treated with such care. When I had to make the choice to put him to rest, I was reassured that I was giving him the last gift I could give him.
I didn’t think twice about bringing this new pup Jasper to the same place. When I came in to book the appointment, the girl at the front desk asked if I’ve been here before. The other girl at the counter said that is Hanks Dad. That showed me that my dog was treated as a patient and my family member.

Dr Plett is kind, compassionate and honest. She gave multiple options for my dog and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. My dog is my child and I felt that she understood that and truly was empathetic towards Skye and her needs.

The Dauphin veterinary clinic is not our regular veterinarian. We were visiting the area from Winnipeg, when our cat had a mishap. We called the Dauphin clinic and talked to Barbara. She was wonderful! Very reassuring. We were able to get our cat in the next day to be checked. Dr. Roxanne Plett was fantastic! She checked out our fur baby very thoroughly, took time to explain her findings, and welcomed questions. We also had the pleasure of meeting Emily, who patiently and gently gave our cat a laser treatment. Not only did our cat feel better after the appointment, we did too!
