Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Winnipeg Airport Manitoba

First of all, I had asked for the room to have a jacuzzi, and they had said the room had one and when I arrived it did not. The tub was absolutely tiny! That is the ONLY reason I had booked this room. I drove 3 hours just to stay and in a room with a jacuzzi, I was not impressed. The room was freezing when I arrived and in the morning it was boiling hot. The heater/air conditioner obviously didn't work. I found a toe/finger nail on the carpet. I did absolutely no damage to the room what so ever, and still 2 days later haven't got my deposit of $100 back. I called the hotel and spoke with the front desk about it, she then hung up on me! Absolutely ignorant and I will absolutely NEVER go back nor recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

As I've seen other people say, they really need to improve on the cleaning of this place. We arrived on a Friday night and soon after we checked in, my 4 year old found a small red pill sitting on the floor near the nightstand. Thank goodness she brought it to me instead of thinking it's candy or this could have been very bad. I did bring it to the front desk to report. The pool area, especially the hot tub needs better cleaning as well. The hot tub had a dirty film around it.

I stated here every month for a year when I went to university. The rooms were dated but it was a good experience. I play VLTS here.

It may have been timing but the hotel was noisy, some small issues with the room and the breakfast is poor at best.

Good service, everyone is very friendly. Breakfast is included, very tasty and varied!
