Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Brandon

Great hotel, very spacious and clean. One of the best places we've stayed at. Close to an arcade and other gaming facilities too. T birds is right next door and the pizza place is too. Great place.

I had an excellent experience at Days Inn Brandon, Canada, The ample parking, friendly staff, and well-appointed rooms made my stay truly enjoyable. The delicious breakfasts provided a great start to the day. I would definitely give this hotel a 5-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:
-The rooms are good, the beds are comfortable.
-The staff are usually very friendly and accommodating.
- The prices are very reasonable and there is a pool/hottub and gym.
- There is an arcade/lounge next door.
- Pet friendly rooms are available.
-Deep bathtubs that are nice to soak in.

Cons
- The internet is absolutely terrible. I have been staying at this hotel since 2021 due to its great pet friendly rooms for my dog, but the internet has been comparable to early 2000s dial-up every stay.

If they fixed this one problem, myself and im sure many others would give this place a 5 star rating.

A basic no- frills hotel. The room was looking a bit tired and could use some renovation. A very odd layout with the sink in the room itself while the shower and toilet are in their own small room. Awkward! The breakfast is adequate - and free of course. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room rates are somewhat below the overinflated industry standard of these days.

Had an overall great stay with our two young children. Friendly service. Accommodated our early check-in request. Hotel and our room was very clean and quiet. Well-appointed. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, lots of hot and cold choices. A negative would be that the pool was very cold when we took the kids and the jets for the hot tub weren't working properly, which induced tantrums when we had to go back to the room. It would have been a 5 star if the pool had been usable. Fantastic value for the price though. We would stay again.

I had to come to Brandon for urgent surgery at the hospital and needed to stay for 1 night. We did not know an Ag conference has happening at the same time. Accommodations were booked. Days Inn had 1 room open and we booked it. They quoted us almost $300 for the 1 room 1 night because of the conference. Just a basic room. I explained our stay was for medical reasons and they reduced the price a bit. We were very unhappy to be taken advantage of. For the next 2 nights, we found alternate accommodation through BowerBird Stays which is $98/night. We will definitely recommend this facility and go back in the future.

There was dog food and a nerf bullet in the ironing board (fell out when I went to iron my shirt) and the staff said they didn't carry shower gel when asked for, only soap. So bring your own shower gel. The heater was a bit loud at night, depending on how easily awaken you are. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

I haven't been to a hotel in a year or 2 before covid. I originally thought my booking was pretty standard. But as I lay here at the Canad Inns in Portage, ready to ask for my money back, I am realizing how luxury and amazing Days Inn really is. The room was so cozy and home feeling. It had a nice big window, super clean, and didn't have any weird smells. For me, I picked it over the Canad Inns brandon because for $5 more, they offered a toddler pool and free hot breakfast. It turns out it was way more worth it than that. The lobby and all the staff were really nice, the building was quiet! Even though it was during the week and it had a low number of guests, my room was right next to the pool, and I didn't hear anything. The halls were quiet at night. The room temp control worked perfectly. My only issue was that the drapes are right over the heater, so when the heat comes on, it goes up the curtains instead of in the room. I rolled up my wet pool towels to hold the bottoms of the curtains on the windowsill, and that worked. A shout out really goes to the gem of a staff member who comes in the morning to handle breakfast she is so friendly, super helpful, and such a nice lady! 100 star votes to Days Inn, especially over Canad Inns.

Wonderful beds with good quality sheets and pillows, we had great sleeps here everyone in our party of 5.

Above average free breakfast, clean pool and hot tubs.

Would come back if in the area again
