Booked a room for my lady's birthday celebration.
The night manager working when I came in the night before to confirm the room gave me a fantastic upgrade, was friendly and helpful.
When we checked in the next day, the room was way beyond my expectations with a huge jet tub, heated floors, a bedroom suite and a 16th story view of the city. The front desk gal again was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed.
Along with a great room, a great gym. It had several treadmills and cardio machines, a bunch of dumbbells, a full weight machine with video instructions, and a bunch of tvs. It also had a water cooler, and a basket of apples to snack on, a basket of headphones to listen to, which worked out great because I totally forgot mine. The hot tub was great and there was a little kiddie pool as well.
The actual pool's condition was a little off - the lining on the bottom has rolled up in several places and needs to be tamped down, but that was not enough to detract from a 5 star rating.
Their little cafe serves Starbucks coffee, which was amazing the next morning.
I also got a personalized card from the night manager slid under the door.
Amazing place, amazing service, great location.
I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my quick one night business trip stay. Efficient staff, only caution is there can be outside noise sometimes. Overall good service and rooms.

Very nice place, a little expensive if you're just sleeping a night after an event. Buy you can walk to Canada life center without having to walk in the old when it's winter.

Waited at front desk for someone to acknowledge us. Once we were being attended to it was good. Bed wasn't great, terrible sleep.

Always the best stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the rooms are clean and modern.

Always a great hotel in the city. Its not super expensive while it is on the pricier side of hotels, it does include access to a gym and 2 pools. I can honestly say staying here is the only hotel ive stayed at where ive never had a bad experience.

Everything about this hotel is first class. It is our favorite hotel in Winnipeg by a wide margin.

Nice location and busy hotel. The pool area could use a bit of an upgrade but otherwise the hotel in general is in good shape and clean rooms

Especially the early morning Starbucks gal and the amazing soul that would bring our breakfast poolside.
Don't lose this team Delta!
Our only complaint was our room was super super dry and we couldn't get it to cool down.
Sooo.our sleep was not good.
The front desk did have a humidifier we could use.
We will be back, just need to figure a way to cool the room.

Very comfortable room with enough space for yoga. Heated bathroom floor and a big shower. Not all the rooms have bathtubs so be sure to ask. YouTube and Netflix on the t.v. Room service and front desk very friendly and helpful, but I dont like the food - way too salty instead of tasty, and they put my eggs benny on a regular wheat english muffin instead of no bread as ordered.
