Absolutely terrible service! I have paid premium to have smooth process but I had to do all the heavy lifting by keep chasing them. No one providing full information about the process and even after I have done self clearance (which I was not informed and has to spend 2 days to receive the self clearance paperwork which MUST be provided upon parcel arrival to destination) they still struggling to deliver my parcel. After 20 days! This is frustrating! They are lying you in the face about the deadline and delivery!
Never ever again! I truly regret using them and strongly advise to use another vendor.

Its been almost 2 months and we had been waiting for our package and still hadn’t been delivered (aug 2023-oct 2023). We had been contacting them regularly and told us to come towards the office to fill some paperwork and later told us to give to another office for collecting the package. The hardest thing about this is its only opened till 4pm. Which we doesn’t get the time to go towards the first office and later on towards the second. Really a horrible experience for us.

I witnessed one of your drivers, driving like a maniac and harassing this poor guy. He stopped in the middle of traffic in a parking lot preventing busses from passing, he drove like he stole the dhl van and tried to hit this other vehicle multiple times. This happened on portage Avenue, Oct 10th around 6: 30pm in the parking lot by the Walmart on portage. License plate # KSE 369. This worker made the company look so bad and unprofessional, he let his emotions get the best of him and put other people in danger.

I highly recommend this service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also very fast service. Everything was very clear and easy. They do ship the product very carefully with high security.

2 packages left on my doorstep yesterday. We were home. No one rang the doorbell OR knocked on the door. Didn't find them til this morning. BOTH packages had things in them that froze and shouldn't have been frozen. This is not the first time. Can you get hold of this company to tell them what their lazy a$$ drivers do? NOOOOOO. I will ask anyone shipping anything to me in the future to NOT USE DHL.

Absolutely terrible service! I continue to get notices that my package has been dropped off at the pick-up point (Staples), but it never arrived! DHL’s customer service is non-existent so I’ve been unable to speak to anyone and figure out where my package is. I’m beyond frustrated! This is the worst delivery service I’ve ever received!

Le service le plus médiocre qui mérite même pas une étoile Car y. Pas la note Zéro. Pour une colis retenu Envoi Express payé cher il nous a fallu 11 appels, 8 sessions de chat, et une dizaine d’emails. Du personnel incompétent mais quand même courtois, c’est frustrant de recevoir la marchandise en mauvais état a cause de 5 jours de retard. Express vous dites?

I wish I could give 0 stars. Dealt with their customer service for weeks to arrange the delivery of the package multiple times and they never showed once. I had to go pick it up myself. Horrible customer service, horrible work done by drivers and shipment department.

Kyle Suebzon attended to my delivery needs and provided stupendous service. 10/10 will deliver with DHL again.

Their drivers are professional liars.
Apparently I wasn’t home. I was here the entire day looking outside my window waiting for them! They never came!
Claimed to have tried to contact me but that too was an imaginary thing.

I had a bottle of lubricant completely broken in the packaging, it looked as if they had stabbed it with a machete lmaooooo
