Bright. Clean. Organized. Easy to find helpful staff. Great selection. Found things here I haven't found at other locations. Valentines and St. Patrick's merchandise is out now. Happy shopping everyone.

B.s. Of store hours.could be open way better hrs then by 6pm.at least in this one could be open till 8pm all other stores by 8-9pm

Dollarama Is an awesome store the only thing wrong with it is the prices are getting a bit too high

Manager on duty declined to provide her name after I brought issue to her attention. She was 5.5ft with glasses and Indian ethnic. I shopped at this location on Saturday Sep24 at 12: 05.

The Lays pack was placed in the aisle and was priced incorrectly or was missing price.

Upon talking with the manager, she denied to give logical explanation and mentioned that the merchant placed it incorrectly, didn't put price and Dollarama is not responsible for it.

Unacceptable.

I always have a great shopping excursion at this location.however I feel terribly for the poor cashiers who have to put up with rude, demanding, customers! I was so shocked at the way one customer was addressing the poor cashier! How would the customer have felt if she was the cashier.putting up with that verbal abuse!

Can't stand all of these dollars stores. Cheap garbage mostly. I bought stale popcorn for lunch

They had everything I was looking for. From acrylic paint, sauce bottles, ladles and a few Amazon gift cards. I went to a few other dollaramra's and they didn't have what I was looking for.

So many things you need are available in their stores at a cheaper rate and they're not terrible qualities, they're reliable.

Store has a normal group of items, and seems decently looked after. Disappointed by the self serve at the store front.

There was an altercation with a staff, security & a patron during my visit there with my niece. But what else can you expect when it's in Portage Place? ! Lol

There is that Filipina there that always follow me, im not a shop lifter. I work downtown so I go at this location sometimes. I just can't understand why this Filipina staff always follow me, very degrading. I'm a Filipina too. Stop going to this location, the Portage Place mall has nicer staff.

Had all the basic stuff. Quality of some of the items was not upto mark so please don't buy anything just because it's very cheap.

The Dollarama in Portage Place mall is really nice. I like the staff. They are always so helpful and friendly.

They're really clean and have a fantastic inventory! Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful.

Don't know what the deal is with lot's for staffing but I am not sure what I have to choose the automated tellers and then wait again for the first q and answer periods! WT happened to personalized polite helpfulness and willingness to be there without making me feel guilty about it. Nothing beats priced low for the lower end products but they have the same things that are nessesary in the everyday lives of Canadians

The staff are always so friendly here & The female security guard is very kind to me & My children when we stop in.

They had what I needed. Was uptown and a strap broke on my mask. Went to Shoppers at Portage Place but they were out of the kind I wear. Dollar Rama was upstairs on the 2nd floor. Took about 3 minutes to find. They sold single ones for $2. Was satisfied with my luck.

I bought hooks and they snapped apart while installing. The unfortunate thing is the section that screws into the wall was hidden by packaging so there was no way to know.

I asked a manager if I could exchange it since the packaging was misleading and they're selling items not as advertised. She said no and TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD'VE OPENED THE PACKAGING TO CHECK BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.

I WANTED TO REMIND ALL DOLLARAMA PATRONS THAT THE MANAGER SAID IT'S OK TO CHECK AND RIP OPEN PACKAGING TO CHECK ITEMS BEFORE BUYING SINCE IT'S FINAL SALE.

I just couldn't believe it. These items were $4 each so I thought it would be good quality but they weren't.

Good price and good locations but, the electronic casher is very bad and not good, I spend long time on it.if a casher return back it will be better and easy service
