I had been referred to Peter Paley and his team by my Realtor who I was purchasing a home from. I was relocating from PEI to Winnipeg. I contacted Peter and discussed what I needed in the way of a mortgage based on another banks pre approval for me. Well he was sooooo helpful with choosing the best term for me and why, he was able to approve me for quite a bit more money than I thought I would qualify for! He and his team were absolutely excellent. There were some tense times with not being 100% approved by the Financial Institute and removing the financing conditions on the Offer to Purchase, and again Peter and his Team were so helpful and diligent in their assurance of the financing. Made an offer on a house on Thursday at 8pm. Buyers requested an unusually fast approval for financing, and wanted everything done in 6 days when it typically takes 1-2 weeks. Got final approval for financing on Monday afternoon. Very professional, top notch service!
