Domino's Pizza

This place is always super consistent and the staff is so great. I’ve been ordering here for 20+ years. When it’s ridiculously busy sometimes they’re a bit less consistent…but that’s how it goes at all restaurants. This is dominos, it’s the fast food of pizza and all things considered this location is very good. People need to reign in their expectations.

This is my favourite pizza location and they make a good pizza. The only complaint I had is when I applied for a part time job there all the employees were mean

I had a terrible experience. I explained how I got the wrong pizza when I called and the guy told me that I was so confused (because I had asked a few questions that were not answered correctly.) He then hung up on me, when I tried calling back to ask to speak to a manager they continued to hang up. Don't waste your time, there's better places to get pizza.

Typically ordering from Dominos is hit or miss. It greatly depends on who cooks it, but this was my first time ordering from this particular location and I will never do it again.
First they gave me the wrong price over the phone and refused to honor it when we arrived. If you are prepared to lose a customer over $2 then so be it.
After much argument, they reluctantly discounted and it was appreciated.
Second I asked for extra sauce and they forgot it. I insisted that I at least get the marinara sauce on the side and they looked as if they were going to charge me for it. Then they reluctantly gave me the sauce.
Arguing over such small things can be detrimental to a business especially when it brings millions in revenue.

When I arrived home and opened the box, I realized there was no sauce anyways. The pizza had very little toppings and didn't even go to the crust.
Overall very very cheap staff and owners.
LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS! At this rate, you will go out of business and it would be well deserved. I would personally like to see another decent owner have a shot at running this.

Had an issue with an online order so called the store directly around 10: 30am on Jan. 7th 2023. The woman on the phone was quite rude and couldn't clearly explain what the solution was. When asked to clarify she said "as I've already explained to you". Terrible customer service. We canceled the order, called another location and the person was able to clear up the matter in 20 seconds. Providining this review so the owner understands there is an issue. A training adjustment is likely required in order risk losing more business. I know pizza is a tough business, good luck folks.

My pizza arrived with raw dough in the middle. It was very soggy. They ended up coming to pick it up for some reason and haven’t called me back.

Called this location, I am from out of town, gave them my number… they asked where delivery address would be, I said “holiday Inn Express. ” Person replied, “you are out of our delivery area Buddy! ” And hung up. What is happening? Where is the training. Called back and I asked “why did you hang up on me? ” He replied “oh Buddy we are so busy. ” Greatly disappointed.

Great pizza at a bargain price when you use coupons. Chicken and pasta dishes are really tasty.

It's great. The option to order online, follow the preparation process and know when your pizza is ready is great. The option to pick up the pizza is super convenient, you pay when you pick up and it's a fast and efficient purchase

Had one of your drivers, at about 5 pm, Saturday, April 2.2022.that was going about 70 in a 50 zone. I have on camera. It was a white Honda Civic.

Worst place to order I placed an order over the phone 45 minutes ago the no phone call nothing. I called them to see where is my order. The delivery said he called me I told them I didn't place an order. I been waiting for 45 minutes for my order they told me they took my order back to the restaurant. Very rude bad customer service. I didn't receive any phone call. Never ordering from them again

Can't go wrong! Great comfort food at a great price (often works out cheaper than the 'discount' places, as Domino's has tons of online coupons available).

There's a lot of pizza missing off my large. I know my pizza sizes. You could tell at first glance

This has to be the most poorly organized Domino's I've ever seen. While I waited 40 minutes for my pizzas, I saw 4 other customers come in whose orders were supposed to be ready but the store messed something up so they had to wait too. And there was no covid sticker on the boxes.

I went to this domino's asking for bread sticks. They made me the wiring order wich whatever but then they seemed so inconvenienced by making it correct.when I went back in there to get my PROPER order they where straight up rude to me. The bread stick I did get tasted like just butter, and they handed me ranch instead of marinara like I order chicken wings or something. I will never be going back here even if I was paid ro go, so rude never again.

Never ordering from Dominos-it's shortcut pizza. Never never enough cheese or toppings. Took the app from my phone.

I'm a regular Domino's customer, and this might have been the best pizza I've ever had from them. The staff is always very friendly and polite. The online ordering is always streamlined, the food hot and the drinks cold; can't complain.

Trying to pick up in store after ordering online was a nightmare, and they ended up shorting us the extra sauce that we paid extra for. "Extra crispy" thin crust was thin but soft and everything was cold. Go to a different location.

This dominos always messes up my order. Never ever extra sauce as requested. The dominos on marion and regent always make everything perfect. You guys should learn from them.

Its dominos. You know what you're getting. Check out the deals and coupons and it will be fairly cheap while being pretty decent

Needed a lot of pizzas and didn't want to spend a fortune. So many places were $20 and $30 per large 2 or 3 topping pizza. Domino's had good quality thin crust pizza with lots of topping choices for a much more reasonable price. And I could order fully online. Ready when I arrived. Will use them again. Ps. The chicken bites are awesome.

Walked in and waiten 5 minutes for service, then told me I couldnt build my own pasta and argued with me about it when in fact we can.then once realized we can build she said we couldnt put cheese because there is no option on the computer when in fact I put cheese everytime.haven't tasted anything yet but I will be back if it was not good

I had ordered a hand tossed thin crust but to me wasn't thin at all. Just a heads up to people. I called to complain cause I felt that it wasn't a thin crust. The gentlemen I spoke with did explain that they use a MD do ball to make large thin crust. But It still to much dough for us. So they still made us a new crispy thin crust its called even though they didn't technically make a mistake. I truly appreciated that. So for reference to people on how thin crust works at dominos. Crispy thin is cracker like very crispy very thin hand tossed thin still has a very large crust and quite thin in the center and then you can ask for the Brooklyn style thin crust that they usually only use for the Brooklyn pep pizza that's the real thin crust to me. Thank you again guys really appreciated the way you dealt with my concern and replace the pizza my staff was very happy in the end. Happy Customer

On very few occasions we received a order that was prepared by Riel (I think that is his name). Outstanding best pizza ever. He is the only reason I am giving this two stars and not the required minimum one.

To start, Domino’s typically is good pizza for what you pay. It is by no means a premium pizzeria but neither are their prices.

The toppings were so poorly laid out one piece had 7 pieces of pepperoni and one slice had absolutely none! The same applies to the mushrooms. The pizza slices were cut all different sizes.

The Parmesan bites had very little Parmesan and what little there was all fell off because they had no butter on what seems to be pizza crust cut into bite sizes.

I called the manager who seemed more concerned that I was inconveniencing him with my call but assured me it would not happen again.

Although we were offered a replacement order I declined to accept it as all we wanted was some consistency on our orders.

The next day, (we used to order twice a week) we placed a order again.

Well. It was the exact same poorly made food with the exact same issues.

At this point I knew my call fell on deaf ears.

I then contacted Dominos head office with my issues.

This part will blow you away!

They told me I should contact the location manager and not them which I clearly explained we had. This is the same manager that could care less.

They again offered a free pizza which again I declined and explained, we do not want anything free. We just wanted consistency on our food orders.

That was it! No follow up from the store manager, owner or head office.

It seems they don’t care about their products or customers to take the time to actually fix their problems or even address them.

Again I would like to point out we did not want or accept anything offered for free. I took my valuable time to help point out very obvious issues to help improve their business which apparently they don’t care about.

It is very unfortunate that this location went down hill so quickly. It used to be a great place with great food!

That’s a funny response because we already did that, sent pics and yet your customer care, really didn’t care.

I’m sorry but I have to change my two star rating to one based on I don’t think the responder even read the review or understood the problem.

Great pizza & fast delivery! Not all Domino's location offer the greatest quality and service but this one is among the very best. We ordered a thin crust, 5 topping pizza that was cooked perfectly and arrived within minutes of being ready. Well done guys.we will definitely be ordering from you again next time we're in Winnipeg!

Always fast, cheap and consistent. It's not a gourmet pizza.its Dominos.so manage your expectations appropriately.

I recommend downloading the app, signing up for an account and ordering through there. You can watch the pizza tracker and know exactly when your pizza is going to be ready and after 6 pizzas you earn a free pizza.

If you go to this store you can see all the workers making your pizza because the kitchen is all visible right there.

Soup or pizza? Pizza toppings were all off it on the box, was barely cooked and tasted awful. They gave me a voucher, highly unlikely I’ll order again. Disappointing!
