Preparation and end result are always consistent as well.

Order was accurate. Fantastic presentation and the food was still burn your mouth hot and fresh when it was delivered. The driver actually called and was super polite on the phone when he arrived. Overall fantastic experience with no complaints. Thanks dominos

VERY VERY RUDE STAFF!
Just a minute ago beware of the lady working in this place right now!
I was requesting not to put pizza sauce on my cheese pizza order but the very rude staff insisting that they cannot do that because it's the policy of Dominos? Since when? Ive been ordering since and never had a problem. She was yelling at me while i am trying to explain and Hang up on me after saying go to another place! I would definitely do go to another place and will never look back to this store! Extremely very bad customer service!

Worst pizza ever. I had 6-7 tiny pieces of onion and green pepper. Cheap af. Worst customer service. Dominos should revoke their franchise from them.

The drivers turn Sherburn st into a 70kmh zone. All day and night. So many kids on this street and always people trying to park and getting in and out of cars. Super unsafe. Also watch them run the red at portage and sherbrun daily.

I just have Request to the employees of this store that please leave your job and stay at home if you guys have no knowledge of customer service and you don’t have any manners. Employees of this store location spoiled our party.

I ordered on line for pick up, to be picked up in 1 hr. I went to pick up order, counter staff was so rude. She almost gave the wrong order, she had an attitude, I had a $50 bill which she refused to take it, I had to leave to get another form of payment. I came back to pay for it. She didn't have it in the warmer, it was left on the counter. By the time the food was eaten it was already cold. You lost a customer.

Recently moved across town and kinda disappointed in our new local dominos! The last location would always be ready by the time we arrived, and would have our order right! We’ve had several instances of 30 minute waits after they label our order as complete and taken off their radar. Other times we have had our “free” pizza not redeem. It would be nice if their experience would be consistent like other Food chains, but this may not be an ideal location unfortunately: (

I called for dominos pizza on feb 4,2023 around 10: 57pm. I spoke to this indian guy and he is very rude he drop me a call. I told him just transfer me to someone who can able to deliver for my nearest address. Because i know they always transfer me to the location who can able to deliver for pizza and this guy just drop me a call. He dont deserve working on pizza if he dont do his work properly. He will make your location a bad reputation just for this guy. I hate to give a review but i dont have choice. Hopefully this guy will get decipline. He is not doing his work professional. I was not rude when i talked to him.

Staff have always been very friendly and orders have always been accurate and on time. Convenient location!

I received the wrong pizza, it took more than 1 hour to receive the good one afterward. Not great service.total of 2h15!

Having finished a 12 hour shift in the ER on December 31st I ordered a pizza for myself. I took two bites and threw the entire pizza out. It was revolting.

Domino’s the only pizza restaurant that was willing to deliver our meal to the hotel on November 5th that we were staying at. Thy were quick in delivering as usual and delicious delicious pizza too.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life delivered my food an hour late and when they came it was cold and they messed up the order. When I tried to call back and ask for the rest of the food I paid for they said there was nothing they could do. Such a waste of time and money

DO NOT ORDER from this location, seriously the worst, placed an order for 3 large pizzas at exactly 7: 15pm says delivery will be 40- 50 mins, call at exactly 8: 15pm to see where the pizzas are and I get some kid on the phone telling me he needs to "find" our pizzas and puts me on hold (that response basically tells me they haven't made our pizzas yet), comes back and says it's going to be an additional 30 mins to make never mind to deliver them.i asked why the extra time was needed and he did not have an answer for me, we cancelled our order and ordered from pizza pizza instead (which was excellent btw) like it's pretty obvious they are just slacking around the business instead of actually working, we will never order from there again like what a joke.

Terry the delivery driver went above and beyond. His car broke down on the way to deliver our pizza for a retirement party. Terry then proceeded to walk our delivery to us. He has delivered to our location a few times and is always friendly and courteous.
Pizza is always hot and fresh.

If domino's wants to keep their good name they need to fire all the employees at this location. Being a PoC I am appalled and disguses by the way their employees speak to customers! I just had to cancel my order because I can't trust someone whom speaks to me that way to make my food.

Burnt the pizza. Cheese is burnt, crust is burnt. I used to always order from a different location but since I’ve moved and this is the location that is closest…I’m not going to order again. It’s like eating dehydrated cardboard

The store called me yesterday to say they can't deliver the order to my apartment due to covid, a minute before the driver arrived. Today, they delivered the order to the apartment door for my roommate. Why am I paying $5 for delivery service?

Ordered 2 pizzas yesterday. The cheese tasted stale and all the toppings are accumulated in one small spot.

Ordered from this location tonight for pickup and got stuck leaving the parking lot. Two employees came out and helped push and eventually maneuvered my vehicle out of the snow into the road. Customer service to the max! Dominos is ol faithful for food, but really appreciated this from this location tn

After waiting more than an hour for my order, I received completely raw dough on my cheesy bread; such a worse experience and not only the first time, long wait and raw food, I’ll rate them -5.

Im not sure if its the English as a second language. Or if they don't care. My pizzas never right. I specify and say last time it was wrong they apologize then screw it all up again. I specified thin crust the medium rolled into a large. And I always always get crunchy thin. I think some more training is needed or something. I brought up again today howni want thing NOT crunchy thin. And he said ok. I asked again be sure its not crunchy thing crust please. And he said forsure its gona be the medium rolled into a large. Nope got crunchy again. Maybe find a familybowned pizza place so my order will be right.

Ordered large 4 topping pizza September 2,2021 at 9: 18 pm. Pizza was overcooked dry and salty.
There was only 2 topping instead of 4 topping. Neither of the 2 toppings aren't what I ordered. I do question thier cooking knowledge and experience. This happened to me twice at this location. This is one of the worst Dominos Pizza location in all Manitoba. Up on making a payment while picking up, the lady demanded for a tip which i declined twice. She was holding on the pizza box until the payment goes through, she was rude and nasty, all she cares for was tips $$$. This place is absolutely disgusting. I'd rather starve to death than buying a pizza at this location again. Please avoid this location by any means as much as you can.

I love domino's been dealing with them for years and years. Good food fast service and easy online ordering.

Typical Domino's pizza, but do not order the extra cheese, "cheese it up, " option. You'll just waste your money as they don't add the extra topping.

So good but so bad at the same time. I like the first piece, because that cheese and marinara sauce are to die for. It's not always perfect though and it'll end up giving you a stomach ache and chills. Prices are comparable to Pizza Hotline and Pizza Pizza. It's my favorite of the three.

This location always messes up my pasta. There no extra Alfredo sauce ever. They put chicken and mushrooms in my pasta and my order was only already sauce and cheese. Very easy to not mess up but they always do.

Quality has Gotten better, my last review, the triple topping setting finally has a good pizza maker here

Don't know what it is but Winnipeg dominos have a funny aftertaste. Better get papa John's get 6.99 Monday special!

Fast delivery! I asked the cashier if they could get us our food as quick as possible bc we had placed an order with another pizza place and never saw it. We had our pizzas in less than 25minutes, and it was great fast food pizza.

Very disappointed, I have ordered pizza from dominos for office events, for customers and staff. I called and prearranged two drop off times and both were late. The first one was 20 mins late and the second one still isn't here and it's going on almost another 20 mins late.

I called the store and the manager did not seem very a apologetic and feel what I had to say was being pushed off and not important to her. I will definitely think twice before ordering from here again personally and for office events. I understand people get busy but to have both orders 20 mins late for an office lunch shouldn't happen.

Unbelievable service from the staff and manager working tonight. A simple request that has been done countless times without any issue or hesitation was met with aggression and attitude. Absolutely not impressed as Ive regularly ordered at this location for the past year and a bit and it's never been an issue untill tonight.

After having less then satisfactory service from this location I called to speak to the manager. Pamela's customer service with respect to trying to make a bad situation better was less then what one should expect from someone in a position like this.

Always had great service at the other location on Portage Ave and will continue to use that one instead. Placed a complaint with the corpo.r. Ate office instead as Pamela advised there was no one else to speak to and didn't even offer how I could get into contact with the corporate office. I called another location to express my concern and they told me I could contact the office with the following email [email protected].

If you have an issue I'd advise to not even bother trying to speak with this manager. Email their office instead.

Ive been ordering from this location for approximately six years due to living extremely close to it. I love pizza so I usually order once every other week. I guess they must be under new management because as of late The customer service has been horrible and the pizza quality is noticeably diminished. This evening I just had a driver show up to my residence without change on him for an order that I placed online indicating I would be paying with cash at the door. I gave him money plus a tip and asked him to return with My change (since he wasn’t prepared to do his job professionally). 40 minutes later, even though I’m only a four minute drive away, a different driver showed up with my money. When I phoned prior to receiving my change the attitude I got from the manager was “yeah yeah we’ll send them when we send them”. A horrible experience combined with poor quality pizzas that barely have any cheese on them and come with HUGE dough bubbles and are overcooked Have made me Want to never order from here again. That’s six years of 2 to 3 pizza orders per month that I will now be taking somewhere else. The managers seem immature, standoffish and confrontationally defensive To requests & inquiries about orders. Don’t waste your time ordering from this place, you will not be satisfied with the quality of the food you receive nor will you be satisfied with any communications you have with anyone who answers the phone. Making a frequent Long-term customer Wait 40 minutes for his own money to be returned to him is absurd. Especially when the proximity of the pizza place to me is literally a four minute drive away. Completely unprofessional and a horrible experience. That’s what this location is: An unprofessional place that seems to be managed by apathetic young people and owners and operators who don’t seem To care. Don’t waste your time, money or energy in the frustrations you will experience ordering from this location.

Usually hit up this dominos when I'm picking up. The pizza and wings are always great. This location use to deliver to me, but now I'm under Osbournes location.

I've been ordering here for a couple years now and it's still great service and good reasonable pizza I havent had no complaints since switching to here

We all got food poisoning from this location. We narrowed the culprit down to the ground beef or the bacon. Dont order from here.

I've been a regular customer for carryout but my last order, waited for long they said my order got mixed up and the delivery driver took our orders. How come got mixed up there is a order number? ! So disappointed and just cancelled my order. Sorry but you've lost a regular customer.

I screwed up and ordered takeout from the other Portage location, and when I showed up here, the young lady working was kind enough to call the other location and made me fresh pizzas, which were perfectly done. Very good service and food. Thanks!

The delivery guy was awesome! It was raining hard and he had trouble opening our flawed porch door, leaving him fairly wet, yet he kept a mesmerizing smile the whole time afterwards. We had a few laughs before I slipped the guy 20 bucks for his troubles! He said I made his day but honestly, he made my day

Not good service. They did mistake and they told me I will give you stores credit. I ordered today and she told me sorry you DON'T HAVE ANY STORES CREDIT HERE. No I have, no you don't. She was rude. No more orders for DOMINO'S NEVER

Garbage. We waited 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas that never came. Dispite calling at least 2 times. Very non apologetic when we called to cancel our order.

This used to be my favorite Dominos in the city but several months back everything changed, and every since that time there have been issues every single time we’ve ordered there. From items missing (mostly dips or sauces up to a whole order of wings) to items that were made completely wrong (such as a triple pepperoni and mushroom pizza that contained about 3 cups of mushrooms and not a single slice of pepperoni). My last order of 10 hot wings only contained 9 and one of the nine was just a chicken chunk and when I bit into it there was dozens of tiny, sharp broken chicken bones in it that could have easily caused major issues if swallowed. While picking up my order a few visits ago I also witnessed a long haired girl handle cash then take a phone order with her bare hands, then go and help the other employees handle raw dough and toppings without washing her hands after handling the cash and phone, nor did she put on a hairnet. This location used to be great then overnight one day it took a total 180 degree turn and became the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Good food, fast delivery depending on how busy, but pizza etc will always be hot and fresh when it comes to the door!

Called in this morning and spoke with the manager Pamela and the issue from last night was resolved. She ensured that she would look into the problem and the customer service she gave was fantastic. I will continue to order from them as this had been the first issue I had. Thanks Pamela.

They can make some really tasty pizza and I love the pan pizza but it has been twice now that they undercooked it.
