Ordered an extra large cheese pizza with extra sauce and less cheese. Got a pizza with barely any sauce and extra cheese. Left an email online to Dominos but never heard back.

Terrible service, multiple people were paying and receiving their pizza. I watched mine being boxed up but not given and had to wait until I asked for a refund then it was given to me, this wasn't the first time, see ya Dominos!

Awesome presentation of my X large pizza with Chicken and Pineapple; it tasted as good as it looked and the timeliness was spot on!

The worst pizza, not even cooked properly Doug was raw, I can't believe how can someone do such a horrible job and charge top dollar, unbelievable after 15 minutes in the oven pizza won't even cook, don't make a business just to make money, so trash never again, we had to order different pizzeria and wait for one hour.

Last few orders have been arriving hot which is a welcome change.most all of the delivery drivers are so pleasant.i am glad you offer in house delivery with debit at the door option

Attitude at highest point, call 3 time, put me on hold, nobody call me back, call 4th time, n asked about deals, she replied we don’t have deals here and disconnect, weldone, it”Ll be closed soon the way you are dealing with customers, just wait

Never consistent. Pan pizzas always have completely uncooked dough. Terrible portioning/order accuracy. Watched a few orders sit in "Qaulity check" for well beyond 30mins on multiple occasions.

Avoid 55 Waterford Green location if possible!

Paid extra for marinara sauce for my garlic cheese sticks. Never received. Even tipped for a pick up. Not likely again.

They forget items for my order which is unacceptable and they leave my food outside without even waiting for a second this place is a joke

Waited almost 2 hours for a single medium cheese pizza.i called to cancel my order because I was sick of waiting, the person on the phone told me it was already out for delivery (it wasn’t). The delivery driver called me twice from a Toronto phone number asking where to go instead of reading the delivery instructions i left with my order.by the time i got my pizza, it was cold.avoid this location at all costs.

Never got to try the pizza because it was not delivered! The driver called me accusing me of giving him a fake address, I explained the town house buildings I live in & tried to give better instructions but nope the driver just had to be an jackass & drive away, so they offered me “a whole new pizza because by the time the pizza got to me it would be cold” I jus had to wait another 45 mins on top of the 50 min wait for the first pizza! Can’t say nothing bad about the pizza Cause I did not personally eat it but the workers you have hired are very idiotic! Pooooor rating before I got to try the pizza that must say something!

I never thought I would wait for 50 minutes just for the pizzas. The guy said 15 -20 mins and he will call us. So we waited inside the car but it's been almost an hour. I went inside to ask for my order and a different guy at the counter told me he probably forgot to call us. Unbelievable! So if I didn't check my order and go inside I'll be waiting for nothing. I should've listened to my husband not to order here as he had a bad experience waiting for so long too.

This girl I don’t know what she smoked but I order 7 pizzas and hand me one chill flake. That's why I m giving you one star and for worst customer service.

I love this place. I usually order for delivery from here. The staff are always friendly, the delivery drivers are always fast and friendly as well. My order is always correct, hot, and the taste is always consistent.

Today this Dominos location took a big L today. Ordered for delivery and first was late to come from it's quoted time and then surprise surprise, got the wrong ordered delivered to us, double whammy tonight Dominos. Yes weekends are busy but these are the days you guys gotta be sharp on your game.

Terrible service for pick up and delivery.they give you an estimated time when realistically they need double that time.the tracker said my order was here and I stood around for 20 minutes waiting for it.when I called the store they gave me the lame excuse that their system was glitching. I I don't see how a "glitch" would do that as drivers are responsible for checking out as they're leaving.delivery services should have more accurate times.

Hey, we ordered a pizza the time was 10: 45 they don’t give time to choose the toppings and they said we r busy and don’t behave properly.he said he can’t put a call on hold for 30 seconds.

We received very bad experience for pizzas from them before few weeks and yesterday we tried to order pizza using gift certificates but the person on phone was not very willing to help us in using our gift certificate. He refused to accept three gift certificates at a time while their other location at Mcphillips accepted all the gift certificates and assisted us very well. They need to improve their customer service skill to serve better. How can we take only one pizza because we are four people at home and my kids eat gluten free pizza and me normal pizza. There is no benefit of using one coupon for us.

Everytime I order for delivery they forget my drinks yet I still get charged! Not only that, the people I speak to can barely speak english and are horrible with customer service.

I placed an order last night online and was told 16 minutes for pick up, i went there and they told me they messed up and needed to make them so there would be another 10-15 minute delay and they would give me a credit.haven't seen any credit in my online account and they didn't refund any of my money. Pizza was fine but when you tell me you are going to give a credit do it.

Slow service, took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. Why I called the person who answered the phone was very rude

Came to order a pepperoni pizza but got a box of grease instead. Worst pizza I've ever eaten. The sauce was all in the middle nothing on the outer slices, like they put a spoonful in the middle and didn't spread it.
