Domino's Pizza

Honestly, I seldom order from this location because every time I decide to give them a chance, they disappoint me.

My most recent experience:
-Dominos Tracker let me know delivery driver was on the way, but the GPS showed he was just sitting there for 10mins, then drove over relatively quickly.
-Driver delivered pizza without an insulated bag
-When I called to ask what was going on, the representative that answered just said the store was busy and delivery drivers were impacted by the snowfall. (Roads were not even that bad because the city plowed and I was driving around earlier with no issue. We don't even live that far from this location, so considering it took 15-20mins longer than estimated just because of those two things is unacceptable.) He offered no resolution or apology, he just told me to contact "customer care" in a monotonous, disinterested tone.

I've learned my lesson and will not be ordering from this specific location again. I hope this location can improve because after reading other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one disappointed with similar complaints.

Delivery times take far longer than the given time estimate. Staff don’t seem to care when you have concerns so don’t expect high quality customer service, or for them to be of any help. Best to take your business elsewhere

Pizza is amazing, garlic sticks are a bit too much for me, I go here at lunch sometimes, its great! All these 1 stars are just complaining

Pizza was still warm and perfectly cooked - delivery driver was very friendly and he showed up on time

468 osborne makes my son’s usual pepperoni pizza extra cheese puffy crust delicious fast and friendly staff thanks y’all.

Decent pizza at a good price. Easy to order. Our order included a donation to the Kids Hospital.
They had forgotten to make part of the order. We had to wait an extra few minutes.

Drivers are rude and took up every parking spot. Parking in handicap spot and blocking entrances. Will not order from this location again.

What a massive waste of my time having to leave this sort of review. I don’t want my money back so don’t bother calling. I love dominos. My friends and family always order from various locations. However, I purchased from Osbourne in particular a couple times and it’s hasn’t been the greatest. This past Sunday on the 5th of Jan I got 2 med pizzas and a cheese bread. What followed was the worst case of food poisoning I believe I have ever suffered in my life. 20 plus bathroom trips coming out of both ends from 11pm-10am the next morning breaking into cold sweats and almost passing out twice. I eat health and do a lot of cooking on my own but needed good food in a pinch. Completely let down to the say the least. When you go to the Osbourne dominos it’s run by people that clearly don’t take health and safety into consideration. You’re preparing for working class people and their families, have some pride in what you’re preparing. Please cook your food properly and use better ingredients. Consumer beware.

I have ordered from the dominos in Osborne many time and the only special instructions is to have the pizza uncut! They don’t even get it right half the time. When I called to complain the person on the phone resent the order and instead of hearing my grievance he hung up on me. I was not swearing and I didn’t even raise my voice! No accountability at this store!

If I could give zero stars I would, first I call the dominos on Corydon to get an order done that I have gotten delivery from them for multiple years for my kids birthdays and was told we don't go to that location! What about the last 3 times? Well they direct me to the osborne location and as I am about to complete the order they ask for payment now as it was over $50. Sorry but I am not paying for a pizza delivery before it arrives and to make sure its all there for the birthday party. For being a long time customer that is a horrible experience. Every year we choose your pizza for birthdays and events and even my own orders! Absolutely unacceptable.

Just picked up my pizza and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be ordering again soon:)

Cold, poorly made, unresponsive staff. Some times you're lucky, depends on who's working.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have had two very disappointing experiences in the span of one week now.
The first time the delivery driver tipped it on its side and all the toppings were slid to one side. I have done pizza delivery and I know for a fact this does not happen easily unless you are very careless.
The second time my pizza had more pizza sauce than it did cheese when it was supposed to have double cheese. Somehow my 8 piece chicken only had 7 pieces. Also, they only delivered 1 of 2 sauces I ordered.
Overall very disappointing and not worth the money.
Edit: Ordered again, hoping for better service in the late afternoon. Somehow a regular pepperoni and bacon pizza had almost no cheese on it. I’m super confused about that…. Again… just not a good experience.

My experience at 468 Osborne Dominno’s was just awful. I placed a order via Dominno’s app and with my piece of the pie rewards points, I had 60 points, which is enough for a free pizza. So I ordered a medium pepperoni and ham pizza for pick up.
I had a friend drive me there.
The Dominno’s workers wanted me to pay full price for a FREE pizza, so I asked to speak with the manager and she wouldn’t give me my food. Before I left she said the best I can do is give you 50% on your FREE pizza.

I even called the customer line to make a complaint and they didn’t have anyone answer just a voicemail.and they still haven’t got back to me to give me my free pizza!

What happened to the customers always right?
Is this the Dominno’s way?

Great deals and great pizzas all around no complaints here. My fav is always the good old standard pep&mush! Can't go wrong yummy.
