Domino's Pizza

I ordered delivery. Party was my delivery driver he was very fast and efficient, got my pizza piping hot. Also I tried the pan pizza instead of the regular pizza with my usual toppings and it was very good. I love dominos pizza. Always perfect every time! Glad I have this dominos close by.

The domino's here is nice, but it is not the best for ordering at the restaurant.

I would recommend either pre-ordering for pickup or using a delivery service.

I have ordered from here literally hundreds of times for myself, my business and events. Today, right before they’re supposed to deliver for a bunch of kids they call me and refuse to deliver because of the parade. However, the roads to my place are not closed. They were rude and refused to listen. First the ridiculous delivery fee that doesn’t go to the driver, wrong orders a few times, and now this. Good thing Santa Lucia likes money.

So I drove all they way to this outlet this past saturday morning, got there at 10: 15am (opening times is 10am by the way) and was turned back without an apology, because apparently, their opening time is 10, but not to "serve customers", only to prep, and they would be ready in another 30mins or so! Why for goodness sake is the open sign turned on then? !

I posted earlier I was forced to give 1 star to post. So I did and after I went back to check it had changed to 5 stars. My experience with this store was horrible, I picked up a take out menu. 10minutes later I tried to order online failed.
Went into store explained they did help me, but tried to charge twice the price on the take out menu I just picked up. It went from 15.99 to 32.99. Scammers. Stay away terrible business practices.

They forgot my drink, went to get it and returned with the wrong drink.
My pizza wasn’t what I ordered.

I have ordered from the store on Marion regularly since they opened…l hadn’t ordered for about 3 months…l order the same pizza all the time…l always order extra cheese on my pizza…this pizza had half the usual toppings and I’m really not sure this pizza had any cheese at all …. Casa di Mama frozen pizza has more cheese and toppings than this…it was nothing but a piece of dough…. Was the cheapest pizza I’ve ever had …. Beyond shrink inflation…zero stars would be more appropriate…unbelievably cheap…l was shocked how dried out /burnt it was…l guess because it was mostly dough…. Further to your attempted reach out to me regarding my less than 5 star experience is not the issue…domino’s has obviously made a decision to reduce cheese, pizza toppings to less than half of what it was 3 months ago in a cost savings /gouging format…and from the reviews I’ve read this is the major issue with many …I’m assuming former customers

Paid 9.99 plus tax for 8 boneless chicken, one of them was about 1/4 the size of what I'd expect for $10. Was told I could drive back to exchange, that's my only option. Not very happy with the quality control.

One of the best dominos pizza store in Winnipeg. Pizza’s & all other items they serve perfect. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. Staff members are always friendly, the spot is always kept clean.

Domino's used to be a great pizza place, but the quality has gone down since while their prices have gone up. They are no better than Little Caesars or Delissio pizza now. The crust is too thin, they skimp on the toppings, and the pizza is just pathetic and dry. We thought it was just a one time thing, but even the next one we ordered was just as pathetic.

Terrible experience called in June 29th 2022 11pm to make an order was told, “can’t make any food right now we’re busy” ok no problem how long would I have to wait? They said 2 hours ok no problem drove passed there they weren’t even making pizzas lol. Called june30th 2022 1pm to ask about what happened last night and they just hang up on me so unless they want to rectify the situation I’m gonna leave this review up.

I love ordering takeout from here. Best Pizza in the neighbourhood. Forget the others, they sold out! The online is great and the service too. I use my points frequently and save money!

This location is always really fast for pick up and delivery. Always fresh and great quality. Been impressed everytime I order from this particular location

Their cheesy breads used to be good sized. That took a hit the past two months. I ordered one a couple of days ago, and throughout the past 2 months. Small each time. Small. Small. Small. Changing my order location from now on if I can. If not, new store it is.

Edit (one month later) : I may revise my star rating upward; sometime's it's decent-sized, other times it's small. So it's starting to get somewhere.

Is this even a pizza? Seriously? Look this light cheese on the pizza. This shouldn’t be called as a pizza. By the way I never asked for light cheese.

Ordering through the App on Mondays for 50% off is great! They are good people. When they make a mistake they make it right.

One of the worst pizza shop in the world. Stale open box pizza. I recommend everyone not to order from this location. They really don’t know how to make pizza.

Made an order online tonight and it never showed. When I called the store I was told the driver tried calling me and I never answered. I checked my phone and no call was received from either the driver or the store. Have ordered regularly for over a year and never had this issue. Super annoying. Wouldnt deliver after I called either. Wont order again.

My Domino's app said my pizza was ready for pickup so I immediately went to this store. Upon arriving, they made me wait at the front counter without stating a reason. By the time I got my pizza, it was already COLD! Not coming back again. Deleted the app.

I ordered a pizza and they sent me burnt pizza. (I know that can happen in rush), so i called dominos to let them know, right away the guy who received the call said “no that cannot happen”. I told them i have the picture and he said i have to sent back the pizza. (He never mentioned the process), he only said it will take 10 hrs and when i asked 10 hrs for what then he said 50 minutes (still didn’t mention 50 minutes for what), i kept on asking 50 minutes for what and he said if i behave like this then i will not get free pizza. First of all he never mentioned that it 50 minutes for what delivery, reorder or anything else, how a customer will know the process? Such a terrible customer service.

Mmmmm nope not impressed, first time using this Marion st.location and last. I had a 4 topping pizza and all I tasted was underdone dough. Nope.

They just delivered to me raw pizza dough. At first I thought the cheese was gooey.but, it wasn't getting better. Raw pizza dough. They didn't apologize or say they'll send me a new pizza; instead they gave me store credit. The girl on the phone said free large then changed it to medium, even though she said large 2 times. Anyways, I have credit for any large pizza in the future.

I'd rather have a properly cooked pizza. They seem to be under cooking the pizzas lately. This isn't the first time and I just pretty annoyed and disgusted enough to write a review this time.

Also store credit for a large pizza doesn't ensure I won't get another raw pizza.

First time ordering at Marion location first time in years ordering from Dominos all together. Deep dish was under cooked badly and thin crust was over cooked just the same. The customer service dealing with this was enraging to say the least. I'll never place an order here again!

Very BAD service, the employee do not want to admit their mistakes, i ordered xl pizza with 2lt pop.upon my delivery i received only large pizza and no beverage.the delivery driver informed the store that customer cancelled the beverage which i didn't.the delivery guy told me that he forgot the beverage hence he wont charge the money.and upon confronting the employees at the store they informed me that i didn't order properly and made me feel like my mistake.now I am doubting the cleanliness and hygienic condition of the store too.try and avoid going to the store please and thank you. I will give this store ZERO rating.

Ordered 3 times from there, did not double the topping and base like I paid for. So the fourth time I ordered called and told them to make sure they did it correctly. Then the same thing happened. Not only that they didn’t double it, they put only two tiny pieces of mushrooms (asked for extra mushrooms) in the whole pizza, and found hair in the food!
