Ordered a pizza at 6: 35 and it got delivered a hour later at 7: 30 cold, I phoned to ask about it and got told I’d be given a free medium pizza then got hung up on. I phoned back again and got told I wasn’t allowed to get the free pizza delivered because my house is too far away, when I asked why I was hung up on the manager yes the manger of this store told me that she was making a note to her general manger to never deliver to my house again and I phone and complain about pizzas being cold all the time, when I ask her to name one time I’ve done that other than today I was hung up on again. Completely ridiculous and she needs to be fired. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!

Every Monday for the last seven years, I order two pizzas, one time the cook put too much sauce on one. Other than that they have been spot on.

It took almost an hour to get my pizza.my concern was it wouldn' t be warm.it was warm.but dry and hard.and no extra cheese. Partch the person who said he made my pizza. Was very rude.has no understanding of how to be professional and began accusing me of wanting a free pizza.at which point i asked for my money back and i was not interested in a credit.the conversation consisted of being talked over.interrupted and accused.this Dominos is nothing like it was before someone else took over.and there is only one delivery driver. Dominos Portage is toogreedy to hire another driver.terrible please don' t waste your money

$74.83 for 2 pizzas 1 of which was supposed to free. Delivery driver showed up with his interac machine in Indian language and when I phoned the the store about it because I could not read it the woman was rude and told me I should learn to speak and read. Dominoes you should know better. Hope your scam artist enjoys the money he scammed. It will be his last in portage la prairie!

The food is great.timely delivery always.however, the receptionist couldn't understand me so, we did not receive what we wanted.
