Domino's Pizza

We had it delivered. Everything tasted great. Will definitely order the pepperoni bread again.

Pizzas and cheesy bread were perfect tonight. Pop was ice cold. Delivery was quick. Thumbs up.

I'm a pretty decent pizza guy. I love my pizza. I like ordering from different places for different reasons. Domino's has never let me down. You get free pizza if you order enough. The driver is always nice. Never had to call or deal with store staff.

This location has turned into a complete dumpster fire. Order is never ready when promised, always "just a few minutes" which turns into 15 plus. The tracker means absolutely nothing. Says the order is ready when it isn't even in the oven yet. Recommend ordering elsewhere.

5 stars! This is our go-to pizza place. They are quick, accurate, and absolutely delicious 100% of the time. Thank you for being amazing, Dominos!

We like the pizza and dont order from anywhere else for the most part. Quality is consistent.

Took more than 1 hour to get the pizza. And the pizzas we got were literally burnt and super super dry. It was like legit BURNT. Please see attached photos
Tried calling the store after the delivery. But apparently no one is picking up the call.

Well, I know that was Friday night. But I never saw a place so packed with orders. It was almost 45 minutes late after the app said that was done.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from here (it’s not my usual dominos) as I was visiting my family in elmwood and this is the location my app sent my order to. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni and one beef and bacon. The pizzas arrive one is pepperoni and the other is pepperoni and bacon. I called to complain and was told they would credit me a free pizza on the app. 2 days later and I try to use my credit for free pizza and it’s not there, I call the store and was placed on hold for 16 minutes before I could even say why I called. Called back and same thing happened again! Never ordering from here ever again. Garbage customer service and rude employees that can’t speak properly on the phone.

I've always had quick deliveries, the pizza is always hot and I've never had an issues with my orders. Staff are always friendly whether it's delivery or pickup.

It came fast and was a great quality friendly delivery staff and all of this is a recipe for a great night.

The pizza had a lot of grease on it. Fairly expensive. 1 medium and 1 large pizza was $60. That was picking it up.

This place is a joke.
Order was ready at 8: 20-8: 30. I walk in at 8: 30 and they told me it’ll be 5 more minutes. I figured okay, no problem. I go outside, come back in 5 minutes later. No one says anything to me, no one is standing at the front. Nothing. I wait another 10 minutes, still nothing. I figured the person who told me to wait 5 minutes would remember what I was waiting for.
It wasn’t until 9: 55 someone asks me what I’m waiting for. I said the order and that it was supposed to be ready at 9: 35.
This place has no urgency, total garbage customer service in my opinon. PAPA JOHNS HERE I COME!

Saturday September 16th I entered the Domino's location on Springfield for my very first time and will be my last time. As I sat and waited for my 2 pizzas I watched a man behind the counter touch his runny nose with his bare hand AND retrieved the pizza from the oven placing it in the box to be cut! I stopped him pointing out what I just witnessed and asked the lady worker who took my order if that pizza was mine, cause if it was I didn't want it as this man's dirty hands were all over the box and cutter! Safe food handling was not practiced by the pizza delivery guy and the assistant manager didn't even care as she turned her back on me and walked into the back room after she served me my pizzas.

They make awesome pizza. However lately they are putting the toppings on top of the cheese. I don't like that

Great when it’s not busy. But during rush hour expect pizzas to take between 50-60 minutes and the wait time the app gives you to be completely unrealistic. I arrived to pick up at the tail end of the promised time on the app and my pizzas still weren’t even in the oven.

I would rate it lower if I could. Everytime I give this place a try, they show me why I shouldn’t. Awful customer service and both of their managers navdi and the white girl who wouldn’t give me her name who calls herself a manager but has no idea how to help basic customer problems, I don’t know why they have them as managers if they can’t be left to manage the store? Anyways last time I will order from here at least for a year hopefully they train their people better and stop sending my food burnt and me having to call every order for some issue. It’s ridiculous

We ordered a spinach and feta pizza, paid for a bunch of extra toppings but didn't get ANY of them. Other pizza was supposed to be cooked well done and wasn't. Not the first time this has happened, extremely irritating. Too much of a hassle to complain, drive out again, and wait for new pizzas. Stop messing up orders, especially when its paid extras for christ's sake.

The Dominos on Springfield is a top notch spot. I moved into the area 5 years ago and they have been consistently great every time.

Ordered some pizza and stuffed bread. Was given the wrong bread. They offered a credit, was told to call to use the credit. Tried to call to use the credit no one answered. Called the next day left name and number for a manager to call no call back. Followed up and was told by supervisor "yah they get busy at night sometimes" and I was again offered a free bread sent an email as requested been a week without a response.
