I'm from ON and I ordered a few rolls of film. The service was very good and the store kept updating my order and delivery information. From the time I placed the order to receiving the goods, it only took 4 days. What a great shopping experience.

This store is missing a normal mirror. When I take a photo for a passport I expect to look good in the photo. For this, I would like to look in a normal size mirror before photographer take a photo, not the tiny one you have.

The cost for taking passport photographs for my parents was $76.12, which is absurd, not recommended at all. I wished I had researched a bit before going to this place. Almost $80 to get a physical and digital copy (2 sets) is daylight robbery. Please go some place else, I am definitely not going to this place in the future.

Super quick and efficient, they did my passport pics very quickly and I was out on my way. They also we'll redo your passport pictures if they are not accepted for free.

The staff at Don's Photo are always helpful and can answer most questions a person has about cameras or photograghy.

Excellent service last Wednesday from Chris Brogden and Gavin Morrison at your Broadway location. We drove in from Brandon and needed help with our respective cameras. Gavin showed Kathryn how to adjust the ISO and the display screen on her Nikon Coolpix P520. Chris was able to confirm that my Nikon Coolpix W300 was okay, but I had two dead batteries - he sold me a battery charger that works for both our Nikon units.

Came in to the Main Street location for the first time excited to buy a new camera, left feeling unsettled and disappointed. The workers were not helpful, bad attitude, manager was rude to the worker in front of us when she asked for help and then to us. Left because I genuinely felt uncomfortable and did not want to give my money to an establishment that made me feel such a way. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

I'm transgender and I wanted a passport photo. Staff was very nice and respectful when I walked in the door. The photographer was so kind in helping to adjust my hair for the photo. She even made several takes to make sure that my photo was decent (as decent as it gets when you're told not to smile). Please go to Don's for passport photos (avoid cheap places like Walmart).

Brought in a special glass negative in from the early 1900 for a print and turned out beautiful

Went in to get passport pictures taken 3 times over the course of the year, all 3 times Service Canada has rejected them for avoidable mistakes. So frustrating.

Made a few purchases from Ottawa Ontario and shipping was quick, communication was great, and the product pricing is very competitive. I can definitely recommend based on my experiences.

Awesome place for more personal service than looking into a machine at Wal-Mart. Seriously, the staff are very nice!

Ordered a print online. It was nicely packaged to protect the print and a fair price. Customer service was lovely. Great experience for a short interaction.
