So the actual body work of my vehicle was very good, I have no complaints in that regards, that’s the only reason it was 2 stars not 1.

In terms of customer service especially dealing with the receptionist, terrible. Communication was very bad, I would have to go through thick and thin to get a hold of anyone. Receptionist would say she’d call me right back, and then a week would go by. She seems very scattered brained and never knows anything when I would try and get the progress of my vehicle reiterated to me.

When I dropped off my vehicle I had a quarter of a tank which would be about 150km left. When I picked up my vehicle I was on empty (2 km left to drive). Not sure how that happened but either way, why would you leave my vehicle in that condition after waiting for it for 3 months? Thank god there was a gas station not too far out else I would’ve been screwed. When I told the receptionist she didn’t seem to care.

Work done was alright except an employee stole out of my car and they also siphoned my gas tank dry, tried to resolve this with the manager Cory but he just blew it off with excuses of emergencies and personal sickness day after day, front desk girl doesn't answer the phone and doesn't know how to return numerous messages left, also a friend went to the Sargent location and is now going on his third attempt on getting the job done right, photos attached are from the day I dropped my car off and the day I picked it up to show the mileage and gas tank gauge, would never go back and never recommend to anyone, also you can see how my odometer went up 2 km but the gas tank was emptied fully, *edited after shops response*, this shop made no attempt to call, text or e-mail me for any kind of appointment to discuss my issues with this shop, which i could easily prove with my cell phone records, they're response is all to make them look good and damage control which is all false

The quality of work is top notch but the customer service could be better. I spoke with management and they made me feel much better of the process and have said they will address the issues I have had. I would recommend but make sure you have better communication with them at all times during your use.

I’ve brought my vehicle in twice for insurance claims. Both times they’ve had a “part on order” that has never come in. The most recent repair was now around 2 years ago. They replaced my windshield washer fluid tank, but not the sensor or the cap. I’ve phoned their two managers multiple times and have been told I’d receive a call back as many times about this repair, and no one has ever called me back.

They’ve made no effort to finish my repair, and it’s seems that now that that so much time has passed there is no incentive for them to carry through on this. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

Would not recommend.

I am feeling extremely frustrated! My car has been there for over 2 weeks and still haven't even started working on it yet! My MPI loss of use vehicle 30 day limit is used up.so rental is now out of my pocket.they should have a courtesy vehicle available

DO NOT GO HERE! I would put 0 stars if i can but it wont allow me. It took them 2 months and 15 days just to diagnose my car. Very bad with communication specially the person in charge. They don't give me any update, I call them every week after 2 weeks of my car being there for an update and they have so many excuses. I had to contact my adjuster to find out that they can’t fix my car and that I have to bring it to Honda. I went there to get my car towed and when I saw the inside of my car everything is a mess. They said somebody broke in to my car and they can’t even report it back to me. If you wanna save some time and headache please find another collision centre that will take good care of your car.

These people are amazing great customer service. They fixed my jeep perfectly and I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. This place is better then all the rest! Let j these guys take care of your vehicles needs, your vehicle is in great hands.

Incredible team at Don Vito Arlington. Alyson was super helpful with helping me switch my claim from a different repair shop that was taking weeks to find a window for my car. Alyson was able to find a window in 2 days.

Highly recommended for anyone with auto repair needs! Thanks again!

I came to DonVito for a direct repair claim. They were very conscientious and thorough with the assessment and then repair. They gave me an timeframe update when my vehicle was nearly five and they finished it a day earlier than they expected. The work they did was very good. The parts they had to paint were seamlessly done. I was very impressed with the service.

Someone did a hit and run on my back hatch door leaving a large dent. I brought it in to Don Vito and their associate did a amazing job removing the dent. I believe it was a more difficult job than expected but he didn't quit or change the price of the amount he quoted me. I am extremely happy with the result. I hope this associates work is recognized and appreciated. Because of his quality of work I will definitely recommend this business to my family & friends.

Read it through folks. Didn't want to be too harsh so I'll give 2 stars because the ladies at reception were courteous.

First off, I came in to get an estimate done on some non MPI repairs. The lady at the counter was polite and referred me to one of their estimators. We went out and looked at my vehicle. He asked if I had 10 minutes so he could get the quote together. Rather than wait, I asked that it be emailed to me. (So much for 10 minutes, I GOT IT 6 HOURS LATER). I then proceed to go get another quote for the same repairs.

The second body shop had me with an estimator quickly and my estimate in hand in 10 minutes. They even reattached my loose bumper for me at no charge.

Fast forward a couple days. I decide to go with DonVito. I call to book my vehicle in and am transferred to a very unprofessional sounding voicemail of Cory Shaw, as Brandy was not able to assist me for some reason. I leave a message. After getting off the phone I look over my estimates and start to question why I chose DonVito. The estimate price is the same, but the DonVito quote has no reference numbers whatsoever. Even the name of the estimator is strange, simply "cory cory". At this point I'm starting to be on the fence. Do I go with the company that has displayed a professional and courteous approach, or the place that seems too busy to care. After no returned phone call to me, they made my decision for me.

NOT going with DonVito.

Maybe $3000 worth of work isn't enough to expect top tier professional service, but I expect at least some level of give a sh*t if you want any of my money.

I also find it strange that the girl at the front desk has to beg people to give 10's on the MPI surveys.

I brought my car in for a small claim, everything went well and was completed quickly and efficiently! Cory was a very big help when I had a concern with the work that was done, he got my car into the shop quickly and worked around my schedule to do so! Thanks for the work that you did!

Great service, and they did an awesome job! Everything from the start was very professional. First time I had to take my car to get it repaired after an accident and I was a little bit concerned but wow! The car looks amazing, highly recommend.

I notice how you guys only like the good comments donvito what about the dissatisfied customers. I took my car here 2 times in the last while and both times didn't complete repairs like they should have. I called GM never called back.

The customer service was excellent. Friendly staff. The car was done sooner than expected. I got a phone call halfway through the repair to update me on the status. They provided me with a courtesy car. I would definitely recommend Donvito to anyone looking to repair their car.

To start with.its my second time i brought my nissan rouge to don vito arlington.i was very disappointed.just recently they told me it will take 6-8 days to fix, i waited 10 days no call so i decided to call them then they told another another week for they need to do something and so i waited, again i didnt get a call from them by the day they said it will be done, so i called them again.and then they told another week, on tuesday.worst thing happened.the car they provided for me from U drive w/ i'm paying 5$ a day for insurance, it got locked with keys inside so i have to call a locksmith and 140$ with my own money and have to oay 135$ for U drive.

30 days to change a fender. Didn’t notify me they had a problem found out after I called to ask what was taking 3 weeks. Told me they where going to clean inside and out. Didn’t touch inside. I asked them to check the windshield. Makes more noise now. Oh and dropped the oil wanted to charge me for it, changed their minds, still leaking oil. Battery was dead told me to take it for a long drive.
