I'll try to keep it short but Donvito on Pembina basically saved our summer - had a piece of metal hanging down from our car that could rip the entire backend off basically if drove over a deep pothole or tall speed bump. Donvitos was incredibly understanding; thorough inspection and fair price and got it done way faster than expected. Very easy to contact and have any questions answered through phone or email (which is very important to me) - great service throughout. Other places we went to for estimates were either doing a 'one-size fits all approach' to the repair (which was very expensive) OR just straight up trying to rip us off.
I went to Donvitos after a few other places and was expecting the same thing but was complete opposite - they like actually looked at the car fully before giving us the estimate. The work was done over a month ago and we have had no issues since. Vito was awesome and can't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys.

My right side front bumper fell down a bit after I went through a large puddle during one of the down pours we had this past summer. I called and Vito was able to take my car in right away. Everyone was so kind and explained things to me in a way I understood. Not only did they fix my bumper but when I picked up my car they had detailed in the inside of my car. I am so impressed by the service and them going above and beyond what I expected!

For almost 1 month I would phone every week and was told we are waiting on parts, after the fourth call I asked for the phone number of where the parts were coming from and I would call them myself. I was then told the owner would call me the next morning. The owner phoned me and stated they had not had their painter for the previous 3 weeks and they would get me in the next day. I dropped my car off Oct 31/22 the girl at the counter said I will call you tomorrow when it's ready. I questioned if they even knew what repairs it needed as it would take more then a day. My car was finally ready Nov 10/22. The outcome was good but getting to the end was stressful I was mislead from the beginning. I will go elsewhere if the need arises.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service received from Donvito! Last December, I got t-boned and I remember thinking that the driver’s side was beyond repair. I thought I was going to end up writing off the car but I went to Donvito and they said they can definitely repair the damage. Even though it took a few months for the parts to come in, Vito made sure to communicate with me and kept me updated. I know I must have called a lot, I was super excited to get my car back and Vito was very patient with me. When he finally called to say my car was ready, it looked like a brand-new car. Although it took 9 months, it was so worth the wait. The service team made sure every single detail was done right and they were all extremely helpful. I really appreciate all the work that went into getting my car fixed! I can’t say enough how grateful I am when I got my car back, and it’s all thanks to the Donvito team! Thank you!

The owner (vito) and as well as the receptionist of this place is super friendly and they look after their customer in each and every way they can support them. The best thing is they only speak as much as they can do. They dont make fake promises as other businesses in this sector make. I will personally recommend to everyone if you have any problem with your car please visit them.

Great service! Even in these times when parts take forever to come, they went above and beyond and got me an OEM windshied for my car which saved me lots of time to look around and didn’t had to adjust with the after market cheap glass! Highly recommend this Donvito on Pembina Hwy. Location for any car related work that needs to be done! The Boss “Vito” is the man who cares for each and every customer and his staff is amazing and knowledgable.

I took my 4runner 2 years ago for rear window repair and the T logo. They repaired the windshield but they said the logo they ordered was different color than i have. So they i can take the car and when they get the logo they will call me and fix it after. Ive waited for a month no call, I called them they said they still dont have it, and said once they have it they will call me. Now its been two years im still waiting for their call! Did you receive it yet? Or still waiting? All these 5stars reviews are too good to be to true.
Not recommend this place at all. Too busy for their customers.

Visited this place to have the bumper on my Tesla replaced. They were able to procure the parts required and complete the fix. Car looks as good as new. Highly professional and took time to ensure I was happy with the repair. One of the only authorized Tesla repair centers in Winnipeg when I was looking.
