I had an amazing experience at this clinic, the receptionist was very patient and sweet, as well as my hygienist who carefully did my x-ray well. Dr Mutchmor is an amazing dentist! He made sure i was comfortable and listened to my difficulties and continued to help me out. He was also very patient to all the questions I had and made me feel very confident. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

I joined Downtown Dental Group after having moved from Ottawa, ON to Winnipeg, MB. DDG was the first practice to get back to my new patient request and they were able to see me quickly, as well! The staff appear to care about their jobs as well as the patient experience — both of which are important for success!

New dentist, I had to get 2 cavities filled. He was very nice, it was relaxing, great sense of humour and beautiful environment. He listened to my worries and was super accommodating to my issues and sensitivities. The hygienist was very sweet and supportive. They are very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you for making this transition comfortable!

I've been going to Downtown Dental Group for a couple of years now. The administrative staff have always been courteous and professional, the hygienist performing my cleaning has been very gentle but thorough, and Dr. Mutchmor has provided clear and comprehensive explanations of any issues related to my oral health. I'm glad I picked this practice when I moved here and I'd happily recommend it to friends and family.

I am not sure how to change this review from 3 years ago. But here goes. I just saw Dr. Glow and Dr. Mutchmor yesterday and a very nice hygienist. She explained the differences in the techniques they use with the pandemic (which I was a bit nervous about initially). She was very nice and very thorough. Then I saw Dr. Glow who was very helpful. I had a couple of issues that he suggested that Dr. Mutchmor would be able to attend to (if I wanted) that day. This was very convenient for me. Dr Mutchmor was very attentive and made sure i was comfortable duing the procedure. I have difficulty with freezing either taking hold or coming out too quickly and he was able to make it work for me.
3 years ago: I have seen a few dentists at this location and they have all been professional and diligent. I had very bad experiences with a dentist in my early childhood. I luckily got into see an excellent dentist in my teens who helped me to trust dentists again. When he retired I switched here and have been fine with their care as well. They are very attentive.

I'm glad I decided to start coming here! All the staff were very friendly and eased any worries I had. The dental procedures weren't painful thanks to the awesome hygienist and dentist who worked on my teeth. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Been coming here for many years. Hygienist staff, reception and dentists are always friendly, transparent and courteous. Very fast, and if waiting, they're always explanatory (no excuses) - always recommend this practice to new patients. Always professional and friendly.

Dr. Glow and his staff did an amazing job of putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable amidst all the Covid-19 concerns. They’ve taken precautions to limit people in the waiting room, hand sanitizing upon entry, along with temperature taking. The staff all wear masks and are shielded as well, yet there is no barrier to the kind, caring, friendly and personable nature they are able to still portray. Dr. Glow is just as wonderful and does excellent work.

I just returned as a patient of Dr. Glow's after being in BC for four years. He's as lovely as ever, patient and pleasant. He puts the time in to notice personal details so you feel like you truly matter, and was goofy and relaxed with my toddler who was visiting the dentist for the first time. Very helpful with his knowledge, takes time to make sure he answers any questions.
