DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Went into this place and all I could smell was a strong fecal stench coming from the back of the store, it was permeating the entire clearance section and leaking into the rest of the store. It left a strong smell in my nose that wouldn’t clear up. It stuck in my clothes for 2 days, and my family complained.

Who doesn't love shoes! My feet never disappoint me! I can ALWAYS find something for my feet that leaves me going home smiling! Great selection. Something for the whole family. Great prices!

Excellent choices, even for men's shoes, good sales on a variety of shoes and always helpful staff.

AWESOME sale when I went. I was expecting to pay about $120. I paid$ 54 at the cash register!

Cheaper shoes! They have many brand and kinds of shoes. Casual, sports, leather, winter etc.

Not the DSW store of yore, prices of footwear are high, compared to its American counterpart. Better deals can be found in the brand outlet stores.

They 1000% need to vacuum the floor lol.
Shoe store where people use their feet and shop for it. Yet the ground is so messy.gross

Such a great collection! I fell in love with my boot. Most of the awesome brands are available with the lowest price compared to other stores. Definitely, I won't shop shoes anywhere else.

The service is horribly slow. Three minutes to check out one person with one pair of shoes. Largely due to how hard they push signing up with an email and phone number. Typically 3 asks. They go as far as to say you have no support from the store if you don't sign up, despite their return policy.

The store was absolutely packed - nobody making any effort to ensure covid precautions were being followed. To be fair, there were hardly any staff, so there wasn't much they could do. Shame on management for not staffing appropriately.

Ended up finding suitable shoes, the selection is reasonable

I was attended to by a lovely young black guy around 2pm on the first Tuesday in November. See, what he didn't know was that I was not feeling great that day and just needed to pick up size 8 sorel boots for my son. He helped check the back and was prompt. 10/10. He is a great sales associate and will def go back.

Good place to get shoes. Wish their online ordering gave you a notification when your shoes are in, instead of a phone call from a random number. Still good service either way.

Was there last week to purchase boots and had horrible service from the associate named Jenn not helpful at all. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there.

I had to return sandals that I ordered online. I called ahead to check if they had my size and they offered to hold it for me. Coming into the store everyone was nice and welcoming. They had strict covid protocols which i appreciated. The returning process was very quick and hassle-free.

My daughter bought her shoes there and she loved the price. I am still use to buying my runners from Walmart. Too high priced for me

A lot of selection at decent prices. We were surprised to see that there was not as much selection for woman's semi-formal sandals.

Amazing experience and very calm environment, loved the clothes and accessories of the store and the staff is very helpful and humble.

Good, quick service. I was returning a pair of shoes I ordered online that weren't my size and they took great care of me!

Friendly staff, markings on the floor to direct traffic, they sanitize shoes after you try it on.

Good discount in shoes.and really a nice place to get it. Pretty annoying thing is
1.very poor shoes collection for boys.
2. To cover that deficiency the mixed both boys n girls shoes together. Very difficult and frustrating selecting shoes. Nearly spent 30mins and got nothing. Frustrating.

Store was pretty busy yesterday with back to school looming. Hand sanitizer at entrance. Long lines and lots of people not social distancing.

Huge selection of footwear (pricing is a bit high but that goes with the designer name), clearly labeled and organized, but staff on the floor are rarely around to help out or seem like they are trying to avoid customers.

Kinda expensive even with the sales and shoes for females end at size 11. Otherwise, not bad at all.

The store is fabulous. I fell in love with my new shoes. I found amazing shoes for every one in the family. Selection is HUGE. I must say that young curly girl Nichole was knowledgeable and professional making the measuring process easy and fun for kids. So happy to have found new favorite store!
