I submitted a request on the Dufort website for a mounting bracket for one of their Sport Tops because it wasn't holding correctly. Lizelle, replied to my message within 5 minutes, found the part I needed and got it shipped out. Top notch customer service!

I want to express my thanks to Lizelle for great customer service. In 2019 I purchased a set of side curtains and aft curtain for my 2011 Alumacraft Trophy to complete the enclosure. Dufort was so easy to work with and had the patterns and I was able to complete the whole transaction from Minnesota by e-mail and electronic payment. Last summer I lost my boat in a tornado storm, but fortunately I was able to find a nearly identical 2013 Alumacraft and all of the canvas pieces fit that I had purchased for my 2011. Luckily they were stored inside instead of on the boat that night. My only problem came when I was fitting the bow cover and didn't know how to attach it to the bottom of the pass-through window. I connected with Lizelle at Dufort and she was so very helpful to instruct me what I needed and provide me with the required Vadney clips. The quality of the previous items I purchased are first class quality and the friendy service I received from Lizelle is worth more than 5 Stars!

I had a problem with my top wearing. I decided to call to see if I could get replacement parts. Right away when I told them the problem, they knew about it, acknowledged it and shipped the parts within a few days, I'm back up and running! Top notch service!

I accidently broke a part of my bimini boat cover and couldn't find the part locally. I called Dufort Industries and they immediately took my info and sent me out the parts I needed completely free of charge. They even paid for the shipping. These guys were first-class, very helpful and so easy to work with. I would definitely get my boat cover from them again. It's rare to see this type of customer service these days.
