Dufresne delivery guys did a great job. We had some tight corners and doors and they managed to get my freezer through them all.

Delivery was so easy with Dufresne, I had to reschedule twice as house was not ready and it was not a problem. When they did deliver the appliances it went very smooth and they kept me updated to where the driver was, I was very happy.

My wife and I went in looking to buy a new bed. Shane helped us find not only the mattress we were looking for and in helping us see how the bed felt with the pillows also introduced us to probably the most comfortable pillow I have had in a long time. I can't wait for the mattress to get delivered so I can get a great night's sleep again.

It is comfortable as a sofa and is durable and easy to clean. It opens and closes easily and the bed is comfortable. I feel it is a good value purchase.

Spent thousands of dollars on appliances 3 years ago, including buying extended warranty. Now that everything is breaking down we are getting a complete run around with warranty support and are now out of pocket over a thousand dollars. If you can’t find technicians willing to travel to your customers, with no defined guidelines, you probably should not continue to sell warranty. Lady we have been dealing with is utterly rude and lacks any customer service skills. Will not shop here again, and will not recommend. Stay away unless you like paying for a service you don’t actually receive.

We recently had a great experience at the Brandon, MB Dufrense store. Government regulations had opened non essential stores and we jumped to finally go in to look for a new sofa.
The store manager, who initially helped us, and was fantastic helped us narrow down our choice.
We have always had Palliser (at home) and/or Deco-rest (awesome couch to bed for cabin).
We chose Palliser again as the cushions were firmly attached and did not slide out. Left the store with swatches to take home. Returned the next to have Stephanie continue to help us finalize. She was so knowledgeable! Explaining differences in leather and how you can choose pleather for back and sides of couch, to reduce cost.
Finalizing our choice on an all leather couch and electric recliner, we anxiously await its arrival.
The only disappointing part was finding out after spending all that money, we would have to pay for delivery. We understand businesses needing to cut costs, but they should have a threshold for the amount spent, would include delivery as well!

They are limited to appliance sales only in-store in Manitoba right now, due to COVID restrictions. That said, the store was well marked to indicate where we could and couldn’t be.

Although the sales are limited in store to appliances only in Manitoba, the entire staff was very accommodating in my experience in shopping for new appliances. They maintained an excellent level of customer services and offered much more than expected when it came to completing the deal. It was a good place to buy from until we had an issue with something. Now it's been a 7 month run around even after purchasing the extended warranty. Disappointed as I used to like to buy here. But after this extreme headache and no one being able to help I don't see myself buying here again.

I can't speak for the whole store but we were extremely impressed with our salesperson. She is most definitely the reason we bought today. There was zero pressure from her and she took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and what our individual needs were for a mattress.
