Went out for a wine night with some girl friends last night since earls is now doing wine Wednesday. Our server Sarah was top notch! She really was the reason we had such a fun night. Book a table with Sarah G!

I had such a wonderful experience at Earl’s last night. It was my first time visiting this location and it will be my go to from now on. The service was efficient, the food was great and the martinis were delicious. I always appreciate when a manager checks in and Emma made a point of seeing how we were doing. She was incredibly personable and professional. I will definitely be back!

The facilities of the place are unbeatable, the staff is extremely attentive and helpful, unfortunately the portions and quantity of food do not match the prices they manage, my experience with the Cajun burger was mediocre, the pasta was good, but could To be better, the garlic bread (even though it is charged separately) was a tiny portion and the variety of desserts is very limited.

Maybe we will give it a second chance later since the experience was not bad.

We went for breakfast this morning.the breakfast was delicious.
They made these fried potatoes. Seems like a lot of work. They were unbelievable.

For my first visit to Winnipeg our server Syd gave me the best experience I could’ve asked for! She was professional, super easy to talk to and made me feel right at home. She had great recommendations - I loved the watermelon slush drink she suggested. Big fan of Syd!

Wonderful service from Olivia, pleasantly surprised with how quickly the food came out. Patio is beautiful in the morning.

The food here was very delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and so was the steak as well. Their Iced tea was great. The Caesar salad was good. Our Server was awesome and very helpful. She made sure we had drinks and our food was cooked the way we wanted.

The food is great but EVERY pick up order I do - something is wrong. Then I end up having to wait for them to fix it. I like ordering from Earls and I do it often but I’ve almost never had them get my order right. Unfortunately today was the biggest disappointment when I came home and found hair in my chicken. By then I had already waited for them to fix the initial issues with my order and the food was cold and I was already home so all I could do is throw away the chicken I already paid for.

Gaston is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Love love love. Best experience ever. Such a good server, want him to be my best friend ️ always on top of things and had great recommendations

We visited Earls and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the environment was very delightful. Me and my mates were really fortunate to have very nice, attentive and kind server Nav. We had Emily G as our server when we came in and she was amazing, so friendly and easy to talk to. We received outstanding service, the food came out super quick and it was very good! She made sure to quality check and came over to the table the perfect amount of times to ask if we needed anything. Overall we are really pleased with our visit at this restaurant!

Seating were comfortable and happy hour is great. Dessert was only available in large portions. Wish they had mini versions of it.

Ashley M was my server earlier this week and she made our earls experience so enjoyable and fun! She knows her menu well and offered some great suggestions. I would come back not only for the food and drinks but for her service. Thank you Ashley!

We had a great dinner here. Staff was friendly and attentive and we had a large group of 9. Food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. The Cajun chicken had a good spice level to it as well which was great.

We were so impressed with earls and especially Gaston he went out of his way to help as I am disabled. The whole time he treated us like family.the food was amazing

I came here with my family and it was just outstanding. Loved the new renovations! We were so happy with the service provided to us. Our server’s name was Nav! She was so good, polite, friendly and attentive towards my table and around us. We came in not looking for much but ended up having full meals because of her suggestions. The BBQ ribs were very tasty and potatoes were great. The drinks were just perfect! It was all worth it! We left very happy! I would recommend earls to everyone I know. Food/ service is superb…… Thanks and keep it up!

I really loved the experience at this Earl's location. Our server Gaston was absolutely amazing. I and my sister cannot eat gluten and he went out of his way to ensure the best and safest option for us. Gaston''s personality and natural ability to connect with us through pleasant conversation, humor and consistent check-ins made the whole experience wonderful and I will be returning to this location again.

Food was delivered on time and hot however it was stuffed into these small boxes. Looked disgusting. Was surprised. We order from Earls regularly. Not sure what happened to them.

Had a great lunch! Staff was super accommodating to our change in reservations and very friendly. The covered outside dining is the place to be on a hot summer afternoon.

I was visiting Winnipeg with my mom and we had the most pleasant experience. Our server Ash Mac was amazing, she made us laugh and feel so warm and welcome in the restaurant. She made a suggestion that we get spicy tuna tacos and I’m so happy she did. They were amazing. I would recommend to anyone in Winnipeg to go see Ashley at this location, you won’t regret it.

Great decor, music not too loud, good food. Menu prices have gone up. Wait on a Saturday night not too bad!

The Cajun salmon was sooo good. First time at this location, it's a really nice layout. The lounge area booths are very comfortable. Zero complaints about anything, as I'd expect from Earl's. Everyone working was great, glad we decided to go there for lunch today!

Food was good but there was this waitress who literally stole our money. She handed my friends and I the payment tablet upside down where the tap was, we assumed to just pay and realized later that she had added her own tips before she handed the tablet. Then she was quick to grab our receipts from us too so we can’t complain. Earls didn’t hire a waitress, they hired a thief.

Food was Good. Service wasn’t. I have noticed that I am not the only person who feels this way when I read other reviews. Anyways things happen. No one is prefect and I expressed how I felt to the server and manger. No reason to follow up just hope this review helps to sort out customer service issues for me and other people in the future.

Upon arrival to our table, my side of the seat was dirty and I had to use the napkin to clean it off. Also, my glass and cutlery were also not clean and needed to be replaced. The menu should have been cleaned as well, it was sticky and I had to wash my hands after ordering. Cleaning and disinfecting as stated as the restaurants protocols should actually be practiced. My sister and I ordered the cajun salmon, it was delicious, however the protion sizes were so small we left the restaurant hungry and had to get a snack from elsewhere. The 9oz steak that my friend got was the perfect portion. For the amount we paid for salmon, it was not worth the cost. Something to consider would be having a separate menu for gluten free items and those which can be altered to gluten free. It was a bit of an annoyance having to ask the server and them having to go back and ask the kitchen. This would help the servers as well. The environment was pleasant minus these hiccups. I would give a separate 5 stars to our server Gaston, he was absolutely lovely, easy to talk to, a great personality.

I’m going to keep it sweet and straight to the point: Taylor is a gem. She kept our table entertained and we received really good service. Next time coming to this location, I hope to be served by her again!

Food was great, my wife had the Crab Cakes and I had the BBQ Ribs. The biggest disappointment was the waitress. She was inattentive and rude. At one point when we were about to scrape the left overs into a box, she said I don't mean to pressure you but I would like to take the plates. We were there on a Saturday and there was nobody else in that section and we had to call over a manager to go find her. And I'm sorry but we did not tip due to the waitresses lack of hospitality. We sat at table 32 according to the QR code

This location is awesome! The setting is awesome (dim lights, but not dark like some places; comfy booths; etc.) and everything went perfectly. From the steaks being cooked perfectly to the fries being hot…. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Our server Carter was very helpful and polite when it came to helping us with the menu and was great at keeping the drinks coming out as needed. 5/5 stars all around!

Service was good, i love the dim lighting. The booths are cozy and very nice. Food As Always was DELICIOUS! I had the jumbo crab cake, calamari and clam chowder. Absolute delectable! Mango Margarita's also. Incredibly delicious. Polo park location. Highly recommended!

Well ordered a ultimate burger with cheese, to really be honest McDonalds angus burger would be bigger and too pay 23.00 for thin pattie and cold fries could get that. More to it was the powerbowl had big chunks of salad core to fill it up, we ordered regular chicken only to receive Cajun chicken if they didn't cook it two hours earlier it would have been better

I ate at Earls yesterday, in the lounge, and their special was steaks so it was perfect for my boyfriend and I! The steaks were cooked perfectly and everything tasted amazing! The best part of our night was our waitress Sarah, she was so personable and genuine. She talked to us the whole night, even when she got busy.making sure we were doing okay and having a good time. She seemed very knowledgeable about the menu as well. All around great experience and will be going back to see our favorite Earls waitress!

Unpleasant experience at this location. Was told the patio wait would be 45-1hr, waited for the full hour only to then be called in and told there was no available tables and we (4 people) could not get in and had to leave.

Went for a weekend away to Winnipeg with the girlfriend. Went to Earls for supper on night one. The food hasn't ever disappointed and it didn't this time either. I'm not writing this review about the food. I'm writing this review about the staff. It just so happened that we were seated in the best section of the east side patio. The best section because we were in Nav's section. BEST service we've ever received! And her assistant Kyle. What a great team! They created such a great experience for us that we came back the second night! Nav recognized us right away when we returned on the second evening and greeted us with a big wave from across the patio and Kyle came by our table just to say hi. Great experience, great service, great people! They've set the bar for future experiences way too high! Great weekend!
