Bar staff was excellent, busy night boo Rider's lost.great food and atmosphere boosted everyone's spirit's

10/10, loved the food. I do admit that earls is expensive but the food+service is worth it for sure!
I had the fillet mignon, wednesday special it was sooo amazing, don’t get me started on the caesar salad, very healthy and delicious!

The is the nicest Earls. Service was great, the building is beautiful. Nice bar and patio. Food on this visit was ok could have been better but it was still good. The menu is not to my taste thou too. Great place to have a drink and a snack.

I really like Earls, but the last couple of times I ordered the cheddar chicken burger, and there is almost no chicken. It is pounded so thinly - to about 1/8". This for almost $22. It tastes excellent, but that is beside the point. I understand that prices have risen, but this is not value for money. This is unreasonable.

As usual, the food was excellent. Our server was very good.

But two house flies disrupted our meal constantly.

I really like these restaurants. The places are very nice and comfortable. The excellent service.

High prices, hard to park, the mains don't come with bread, like other fine dining places do, and the first steak was not done correctly. Even the water was warm, and no dessert for someone's birthday. I know that many are trying to get back to normal, after the COVID, but even have the 18 percent tip increase is out of control!

I visited this location February 3rd 2022 and had a horrible experience. My husband and I decided to give Earls another chance last night. We had the same horrible experience. The menu has changed, and the food was less than sub par. It is truly a shame because we used to love Earls and would come here frequently for our date nights pre covid. I ordered the 9oz blackened cajun steak and side items that come with the meal. It was unedible to say the least. The new mixture of veggies they provide were mushy and unseasoned and barely warm, I miss the aparagus. Hardly a single serving of mashed potatoes and what used to be a beautiful wisp on top was a thrown on heap of stale dusty bits.the steak was the furthest away from "tender" it looked appetizing but when I had my first bit it was like chewing rubber. We arrived for our 7: 30 reservation and got seated promptly. However it took more than 18 minutes to be served water. Our drink order was taken at that time but then we waited longer than 10 minutes for our drinks. We hadn't gotten food until almost and hour and half later after ordering. I will say the new atmosphere is lovely, my husband and I enjoyed marveling at the new design. I don't think we will be returning to what once was our favorite date spot which saddens us. They prepared a burger for me to go. I was going to eat it for lunch today but after q bite that too was awful. It was coated in a massive amount of salt and pepper.not sure what's going on there but this was very distasteful and I believe this was on purpose (the burger).

Super disappointed this evening, not worth going out to earls anymore. I have been going to earls St. Vital for so many years and this is definitely the last time. This evening I got to eat alone because my onion allergy didn't mean anything to the kitchen as my food came with Raw red onions. It took 30 mins to remake my salad and another 5 mins to wave down someone to get a fork, and no apology. If this is what you call service, good luck and all the success in the future. Super disappointed.

I came to earls Sunday night and we were so excited to try out a new earls and get together for the first time in forever! The food and atmosphere were great, but the service was disapointing. Firstly, it was surprising to me that the host didn't acknowledge the notes in my much used guest profile from other locations, which is not what I'm used to. Then the server seemed annoyed when we pointed out the dirty champagne flutes that she almost poured prossecco into. It also took her a while to stop by after our friend joined us, and to check in on our food after we recieved it. We felt rushed to leave once she asked if we were ordering anything else tonight, after which she abruptly dropped off the bill. Lastly, our double birthday was not acknowledged, despite the gift bags on the table and mentioning it to the server. It wasn't a bad experience overall, but it felt important to share. Had the prawn pizza, I would not call those prawns. Baby shrimp minced. I would say false advertising when you read the menu. Terrible how does a chef let that happen.

Also, had the hunan and lacked taste. Waitress was tired and not motivated.

I think the prices to portion ratio has shifted towards smaller portions for more money, but the quality and uniqueness of the dishes also seems to have gone up.

I've been to Earls many times with my husband's family, who generally like to eat at "boring white people places. " They haven't wanted to go to Earls for a while now, and the change in menu might be why.

I still wouldn't call the menu exciting, but I do like the changes they've made. If you haven't been to Earls in a while, I would say to give it another shot soon. I was pleasantly surprised and you might be too!

The taste is good, but the service is disappointing.

Very good for a chain. The design is nice and open also, which is nicer than other Earls I’ve been to.

Must have been an off night. Servers seemed unhappy and all stood together, by the kitchen, talking instead of tending their sections. Food was delicious except for the gritty shrimp and the severe stomach pains I got shortly after eating. Still recovering.

The patio on the St. Mary’s side is pretty noisy from traffic. Also, their patio umbrellas don’t tilt to provide better shade.

Good food and drinks. Love sitting out on the patio. They have also accommodated our party of 29 people (pre-booked) with ease and friendliness. They offer a good happy hour and daily specials - menu available online.

Came for drinks & food before the Bombers game and sat in the lounge. The food was amazing, and Mikayla’s service was even better. She checked on us frequently and never let a dirty dish or empty glass sit

Friendly staff. Very helpful and great customer service! Had a couple of send off party here with a big group and the servers did not disappoint.
