Worst service ever!
No after sale service

They try to make excuses. So you don’t get covered in warranty!

Booked an appointment with their automated service, when I arrived they couldn’t find my appointment. Vehicle was finished on time (only an oil change) When I got into the vehicle and drove two blocks I looked at my hands and there were covered in grease and oil. It seems when the technician drove the car out of the shop and didn’t wash his hands and covered my steering wheel in oil and grease. When I got home I walked around the front of the vehicle and noticed oil on the bumper and grill. I used to buy a lot over 15 new cars from this dealership but since the new ownership in 2013 I haven’t bought one. This is the third and last time I will give this dealership or service department a chance.

This is not the first I had visited Eastern chrysler. I had been there couple of time. Everyone is so respectful and friendly. I would like to give a shoot out to Sandy Ellis (Service Department Admin). She is the one who always comes upfront to help me out. In short she is awesome. Thanks.

I did not end up buying a car here in the end; however Cayden and Howenn were very easy going and responsive in the process. I can't complain at all about the service and it has nothing to do with me not buying the car. It ended up being a budget issue, so not anyone's shortcoming. If you need a vehicle come talk to either of them. They'll be good to you and treat you like you want, and work with you in the best of their ability.

Hadn't really expected to buy a vehicle at Eastern, as it is far from home. Nevertheless when I happened to drop by, Tristan in sales, was very helpful, courteous, and clearly put in the effort to satisfy my requirements. He was very professional throughout the process. Also, thank-you to Kanwal the finance manager. Good group of people and pleasant atmosphere.

Recently came to Eastern on main after browsing a few other dealerships to find the perfect truck for myself and my lady, can I say from the moment I contacted their team over the phone after closing hours due to my long shifts I met with Tristan which he was happy to go into great detail of the 2022 Ram Big Horn I was very interested in and quickly set up a meeting where I can check it out. They were very fast and efficient to proceed to the next process and work around my crazy long construction schedule so I can finally get the keys to the amazing truck I’ve been seeking for a while! Zero stars. Took my truck to Eastern Chrysler twice and paid over $4,000.00 total for them to not even fix the issue all they did was cause even more problems. Not only is nothing repaired but once I turned off my truck after picking it up it won’t start. Will never be using these guys ever again.

I went in today and get Wrangler Sahara. Jeff and Artem are very friendly. Great deal and excellent customer service. If you are getting a car，this definitely the place you can go！

I came in for a scheduled oil change. Attendant was courteous. He offered me the peace of mind inspection. I took it. Everything went well in my experience. I also had a ride home by a very nice man and he picked me up when my car was ready.

I am always pleased from the service with all the staff especially John Reyes, who always helped and made everything easy and stress-free for me. They always get my vehicle done at the time promised. Else, the manager, Pierre is considerate and approachable too. They usually do good and impressive service, in general.

One star for the unprofessional and impolite service of your Parts&Service Center, failing to inform customer in time and lack of professional information about the open recall, while the representative Kenny being extremely impatient and rude, yelling when I assured the recall situation. Once, I was delayed for almost 2 hours by the other representative John, as he did not notify the vehicle was done while I was waiting in the autoshop, which later I found the time record in the repair invoice paper that truns out he was the one who always had an attitude and wasted my time.

I dealt with Hudson in the sales department and Raj in financing. Both were fantastic and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

We had a good experience! Raj took the time to explain and answer all our questions. This was my daughters first car purchase and i feel she understood everything she needed to for her first purchase.

I bought my first dream car from this dealership. Had a great experience. I really appreciate the efforts they put into their work. Arman helped me and explained everything to me very clearly. The manager Rafael also helped me whenever I have any concerns.

I recently had my car sent for detail car wash, I'm very happy about the service, it was fair and affordable compare to Chamise and I didn't have to wait in line since it was done by appointment. I Hoped, they would vacuum my car a little bit better but other then that I highly recommend this auto shop, where I have also my inspection and oil change done in the past. Definitely will come back to have my vehicle clean again.

I’ve been going to Eastern Chrysler on Main St.in Winnipeg for years. I bought my car from them too. Such amazing people that work there. Always super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them for all sales, services and for sure all autobody repairs. Eastern team went the extra mile to help my family; with helping us get a rental car, to fixing our car during a very stressful time. They also clean the car after a Autopac claim repair. Wow beautiful job! Eastern also gave us a wicked deal on top of the line winter tires, for being essential workers during Covid.
