I have been here for my prenatal message therapy. They don't have pregnancy body positioning cushion. They just have regular pillows. The second thing disappointed me was, I booked 60 minutes session with Kaycee.but She spent only 45 minutes on me for message.

First time going for physio here. Everyone is very friendly, therapists are great and explain everything in detail. Felt very comfortable here

I am very disappointed in the receptionists that handle appointments for Dr. Longstaffe. I had made an appointment back in early May to see him for a Synvisc injection, yet they did not bother to inform his office in Tache so that he could bring the necessary equipment with him to administer the injection at my appointment today (June 13,2019). Their lack of foresight and planning leaves me with a bad taste (and continued severe pain in my knees) and I will not use this place again, nor will I recommend it.

I was in a lot of pain in my back and neck and was looking for a massage therapist, but Jodi-a Sports therapist-was the only one who was available after 5: 00 PM. After just one appointment I felt so much better, and she was able to diagnose what the problem was. Over a few months she used various tools and techniques to get me back to normal. Now I am so relieved I don’t have to carry around my injury like I used to!

Got Orthotics fitted over 2 weeks ago by Dave. Hes awesome, super nice. Told me Id need a doc note for insurance coverage. Got one the next day and called Eastman to let them know because dave was gonna hold off sending them out till I had the note. Receptionist who I spoke with was really short with me and simply said I'd make a note on your file and hung up. I figure ok, whatever. Dave told me it would take 2 weeks.called them today, over 2 weeks now, and got told they weren't even sent out, and now I'm supposed to wait another 2 weeks. Not happy, got them to cancel them, I'll go somewhere else!

A wonderful facility with a very wide variety of services.massage, reflexology, physio, medical etc.tons of parking and very friendly staff. Excellent choice!
