Our window installers Kiryl and Leon were hardworking and professional all while bearing the extreme cold weather in Manitoba! We love our new windows!

First off I’d like to say that they are fast and a well organized team. Specially since I had my front window installed in winter and was hesitant because of the cold weather.

They came in and quickly got to work. Old window was out within 45mins and the new one within another 45mins. They even removed and replaced any wood studs that had water damage or rot.

Customer service was also great. Giving me updates, when they started building my windows. Even finished my order a few weeks earlier than originally estimated.

The sales rep/project manager was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Answered all questions we had and also suggested options when customizing the window features.

Overall experience, I would recommend and deal with Ecoline again. In fact I should have replaced all the windows of my house with them and not just the one that had a crack in the corner.

We recently had our 4 basement windows done by Ecoline. Booking was easy and they sent a confirmation email. My sales consultant, Alex, gave me quotes and explained the process. He also helped us apply for the Manitoba Hydro loan. The installers arrived on time and finished installing the windows in 3 - 4 hours. We had a walk-through to check the workmanship and I was happy with the results. I would definitely use them again for any future upgrades.

I have used there company two times and both where great, lots of options to choose friendly workers who bring all the gear they need, on time and don’t leave a mess I have changed all but one window in my home and there all done correctly. Thanks to the team and there work.

Finally, we made the right choice of windows company. We've been in 3 companies already but Ecoline standout the rest. Many thanks to Oleg and the rest of the team who's been helpful from estimate to installation date. They fully explain everything, if you want to take part of the Greener homes program of government, rebates and any question in you mind.

They install 4 windows in winter time and finish it in 4-5 hours. We are happy with our new windows and satisfied with the quality they installed. Definitely will take their service again in case we will replace the remaining old windows in our house and of course we will refer them to our friends who need window and doors too. My experience with Ecoline windows was very positive. It began with a free consultation where measurements were made, and window options were recommended to me based on my requirements.

I received the quote from the sales rep a day after the consultation, which included price breakdowns as well as a graphic of how my exact windows would look. I had a couple minor revisions made to the quote which were also turned around in 1 day. Very nice!

Once I pushed the quote through, final measurements and considerations were made to exact specification.

1 week before install, I was called to schedule an install date. The installers showed up on time and were very friendly. I had 2 second floor windows done and they were in and out in under 2 hours! Quality of windows are very good. The installers removed my old windows and cleaned up nicely afterwards without leaving any garbage around. I filled out a survey and signed my approval before they left.

Overall the entire experience was very professional and I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

BE CAREFUL. Just so everyone knows some reviews are done during the estimate, they ask for a five star review to get a small discount on estimaded price. READ THE FINE PRINT before signing I was to late to want to cancel my order they basically told me there is no way and they would put a lean on my house with a added fee of close to 1000$. If I knew this before I would have never of signed don't make the same mistake I did

We were very impressed with Ecoline Windows & Doors. Upon a friend's recommendation we made an inquiry for a quote on an upstairs bedroom window replacement. To our surprise, they were able to send a representative over within days of our initial call. The appointment was confirmed by phone the day previous and their agent, Oleg, showed up promptly on the day. He was extremely courteous and professional and took the time to go over all the options available and provided recommendations for what he thought was our best solution.
He explained the various rebate and assistance programs, even answered some questions we didn't even know we should be asking.lol.all in all, a very thorough presentation where he did not attempt to upsell us on anything he didn't think we needed, which we appreciated.
The subsequent installation went as smooth as the rest of our interactions had been with great communication throughout the process. The installers were professional and courteous and our window was installed in no time at all. Very happy with Ecoline!

Ecoline Windows has installed a front door and 6 windows in our house. (3 separate occasions). Their website offers a lot of information to answer any questions you may initially have. Initially we received quotes from three companies. Ecoline was chosen based on customer reviews and customer service.

To receive a free quote for services, an appointment can be booked online. Afterwards, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the appointment. The communication is very good and they follow up with an email confirmation. We have worked with three different salesmen who were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer questions and provide suggestions to best suit our home and budget. They can also provide information on financing through Manitoba Hydro.

A second appointment was booked to acquire measurements and we were given an estimate for delivery and installation.

Communication was kept while we were waiting for installation by text/email. Once the window was ready, we were given an appointment date within a week. The staff arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up upon completion.

One window had a small gap in the seal and the window was promptly removed and replaced. We have no issues with the quality and service of our items. We have had no need for warranty/aftercare, but do not foresee any issue based on previous communications and service. Our first windows were installed more than 5 years ago and the most recent one in October 2023. We have noticed an improvement in how warm or cool our house is kept through the improvement process.

We have 2 more windows and 1 door to replace and will be using Ecoline in the future.

I knew I'd return to Ecoline Windows and Doors here in Winnipeg for the rest of my window replacements when I was ready. They did not disappoint. Everything was as promised.

Like six years ago, I have quality windows that not only look good and make the house warmer, but also keep outdoor sounds to a minimum. We live on a bus route and I'm amazed at how much quieter it has become now that the whole house has new windows and doors.

Very happy with the large window unit that was replaced by Ecoline. Their salesman was professional, price was right & the installation people were great. Cleaned up wonderful. Would highly recommend Ecoline Windows.

All the staff were really polite and much faster than I had anticipated. It took about a week for someone to come take measurements and give us an estimate, and we felt it was more than fair. Their communication was great, and I knew they wanted me to be happy with the whole process.

Their predicted start date was accurate, just over a month after the initial inspection, and they had the majority of the work (three basement and one stairwell window) finished in just a couple hours. A bit of the foundation crumbled around where they cut (not their fault, just an old house), and they came back the next day, even though it was a Saturday, to spackle and repair. It's still early to tell how well it will stand up to time, but we're very pleased with how they turned out.

We started with a quote to replace all 11 windows and two doors. Alex provided an initial assessment, followed by a gentleman that did the measuring. From there, Kyril and Leon performed the installation over the course of four days.

Certainly impressed with the quality of the windows and doors, allowing much needed airflow thru the home and much more natural light, while also addressing various seal issues we had previously.

Kyril and Leon did a fantastic job with installing everything. They were respectful, careful and diligent while ensuring there was little to no mess each day they finished. They also did quite well accommodating for “an older house” and some of the challenges that came with it, especially with the framing and trim.

We are overall quite pleased with the work and the results and appreciate them having come out from Winnipeg to perform the work. Definitely a great start to making our home more “our home”.

Ecoline replaced all our windows this summer. Service was okay, but there were some changes with timeline I wasn’t pleased with. Installers tried to leave early on a Friday before the job was to be completed, only staying after I requested they finish the job before the weekend. They finished the job and windows looked great, only to notice a crack a short while later on the exterior of one of my front big windows. They came back to replace the window since it was covered under warranty, only the installers broke the new window during installation. Now I’m left with a front window with an even bigger crack than before and they’re telling me they can’t replace it for 6-8 weeks. Customer service hasn’t been great, I barely got an apology. Very frustrating. If there are other options, consider them. Photos to come soon.

Oleg was very courteous and helpful. Explained the different options - went over and above! Great service! Will add another review once our windows are installed.
