Terrible management can never get ahold of anyone, always excuses. Been trying to get my damage deposit for 2 years! Shelly and all those other leasing women aren’t professional nor do they do their job properly communication is terrible always on “lunch” or in “meetings” like be realistic LOL

Going to renters board!

(I got my damage deposit back but with 2 names on it so I can’t even cash it) talked to Christie 1 month ago and she said she’d give me a new one, keep in mind this was after the leasing Karen’s GANGED up on me kept telling me there’s nothing they could do for me about my check.after arguing with me and telling me (which I don’t understand to this day what she meant by this) “didn’t ur roommate clean everything and do the walk through” what the hell does that have to do with anything weirdo.

Anyways.unfortunately it’s now been a month and nothing! Have not received my new check/damage deposit. I called today (nov 15 2023) and now they’re saying christie no longer works there? And then they proceeded to say nicole would help, so they transferred me, and OF COURSE I got voicemail. Hoping she’d call me back (which they never do) I called again at 5: 20pm and everybody apparently left and is off work now, yet they’re supposed to be open until 6.apparently (NOW) the person I need to talk to is Shelly, but she has meetings all day tomorrow?

seems like I’m being dodged or receiving
constant excuses from these people, don’t rent here unless you want to deal with clowns.

Amenities are great but often broken. Takes exceptionally long time for things to be repaired (hot tub, sauna, steam room). Pool opens late in the summer and often closed for rediculous things like rain showers. This summer pool closed early in the year due to a broken part and never reopened. Not acceptable business practice when tenants are paying for these amenities.

Had a viewing at Edgewood Estates. All the ladies in the office were wonderful. They have great amenities for the residents. When I'm ready to make the transition to an apartment this is the place I want to be.

The place is lovely. I came there to visit friends several times and always thought that it is perfect place to leave. Close location to the bus stop and stores. Not too busy area. Save neighborhood

My girlfriend moved into Edgewood and I am doing this review for her as she cannot. The staff helped her with many difficult situations she could not have managed on her own. They made time for her and treated her condition with understanding when they really did not have to. Moving into an apartment where everything is new requires time and the management here gave her that and did not act like it was ever an imposition.

Great experience with Edgewood Estates! We live here since September. Apartment is awesome, always clean and quiet. Location is great, nearby we have grocery store, school and fantastic Kildonan park. If You need quiet and relax place - Edgewood Estates is best choice.

Love living here! I use the gym area often and the pool is great, the building is always clean and the building staff are always friendly and willing to help

Lived there 2.5 years, great place to be. Quieter neighborhood with friendly staff and plenty of amenities.

We have been living in this apartment complex for a little over a month.
And they are very satisfied with this place.
A quiet, peaceful area, a beautiful view from the window, a very friendly manager and sincere and open residents of our complex.

DONT RENT HERE.they upped my rent 8% in one year, things are constantly broken in suites, the hallways are filthy, the public spaces are run down and they attempted to charge me to clean their own carpets in the hallway!

Run, run for your life. Youd be better off living under a bridge then to rent from them!

I just moved in to 60 Whellams Lane and I can honestly say, this has been the most amazing experience.

The staff in the management office are incredibly responsive and professional. The maintenance staff are out of this world.

If you are looking to move, this is the best place in the world.

My transition from a home for over 25 years to an apartment has been seamless.

This felt like truly coming home. Thank you to the amazing staff.

I can’t say enough about the good work Nick did when replacing the wall and flooring in my suite due to water damage. Great job. Very professional. He is a great asset to Edgewood Estates.

I am on dialysis, the Edgewood management was great installing my dialysis machine. The people in all 3 aptments 50,60,70 are the nicest people ever i give the Edgewood staff thumbs up and 5 stars. There are so so many apts that turned me away because of my dialysis, but Edgewood staff was great.

Good day. Just to let you know we have been here 3 plus years. Every building has it's quirks. Just wanted to say there is a wonderful and dedicated staff at Edgewood Estates from the always helpful office staff to the exceptional cleaning staff and always on hand maintenance staff along with a quirky but friendly shuttle driver.
An example of some of the amenities is a monthly calendar which highlights exercise programs and outings such as shopping malls and restaurants. A new on site restaurant is coming on line in the near future. There are other amenities on site as well.

Quiet, clean buildings. Staff is awesome. Maintenance issues are fixed instantly. Great amenities. Highly reccomend!
