A large group of us (12) went in for a lunch after bowling next door.
The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful.the cost of the buffet was under $20.00
I'll definitely be back.
The place was full, but we managed to get 2 large tables beside eachother.
5 minutes later, we would have been out of luck, it's that popular.
My first time here, definitely not my last.

Service was exceptional, just like the food. The ambiance was charming. A return is definitely on the cards!

Our dinner for two was delicious, very flavourful with generous portions. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

The sesame chicken and the chicken wings are fantastic, and the all you can eat lunch buffet (for under $20) makes this one of my lunch go to restaurants!

The food was high quality and well prepared. However, make sure that you order your dishes with more flavoring/spices as I found the items a little bland as there is no msg.

Ginger chicken and ginger beef were exceptional. Veggies were crisp and nicely cooked. Overall, a very good experience.

$17.50 for buffet especially Chinese food that all taste the same, terrible joke. We walked in for the buffet the place was super busy. All 3 of us had our hopes up high. Only to be disappointed with bland food. Ginger beef was soaked, some kind of chicken was super battered and greasy. Not happy at all. I'll stick with Vietnamese or Thai food any day.

I have been going there for years.rarely disappointed. But yesterday the takeout was terrible. Flavorless, veggies barely cooked. I sure hope this isn't the new norm.

The service was atrocious! The person who took my order walked away for me while I was still talking to her! Another lady was talking loudly on a personal call when she took my payment! Very rude! Portions are super small for the cost. No rice was provided nor was I asked if I wanted to purchase any. I had the 11 deluxe wonton soup, which wasn’t fresh (pork was grey) and definitely not deluxe with one piece of broccoli. See deluxe wonton soup at Fortune Cooking instead!

I also got prawns with black bean and garlic sauce. This dish was good.

Food was extremely bland. It’s like they forgot to add any seasoning or sauce all together. Definitely would NOT recommend

We have ordered a couple of times from here, and the food and service have been amazing. The food has always arrived hot, well cooked and absolutely delicious!

Delicious food, the strawberry sauce is just fantastic, everything we had was just spot on. We had the strawberry sweet and sour meatballs, beef and broccoli, ginger beef (mild), honey garlic veal and bbq pork chow mein. Super generous servings. Clean restaurant and excellent service.

First time eating at Empress of China with a friend. Fresh and delicious food. Friendly and attentive service. How can I say it is delicious? When the leftovers the next day are just as delicious.

Paid almost $100.00 bucks for our food and when got home there was 3 dishes of veggies one dish ginger beef 4 spring rolls
when I called them back all they said they were sorry! I ask them to deliver the poper dishes they said sorry again I live to far! Expensive veggies
For 100 bucks I expect little more then sorry! They don't give a shot about customers I wish I didn't have to give them 1 star for service

There was twice the amount of bean sprouts as noodles in the chow mein, the beef was a grayish color in multiple platters like it had just been boiled, chicken chow mein was fatty and seemed boiled

Typical chinese/american restaurant but a limited menu when compared with others. Wasnt busy but waitress was absent mostly.
