Visited the store today interested in taking up quading this summer. Checked over inside/outside inventory, perused the entire store and not one employee approached me in the 15 minutes I was there to provide any assistance.

Went in to procure parts for a mate out of country. Easily the most hospitable and courteous staff I have ever encountered in a "dealership" setting. Seems to only employ people of exceptional quality from front to back. Well done.

Very nice store. Although they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, they helped me immensely. Very nice staff.

Bought a SeaDoo last Sept 2022. I didn't get a chance to put in the water until summer of 2023.1st day on the water, I broke it. It was my fault. Started it too close to the beach. Sucked up rocks and broke something. Brought it back on a Monday to Enns where I purchased it. Talked to a gentleman named Eric in service department. He said their schedule was packed (I can see it) and will try their best to look at it on Thursday, hoping to be fixed by Friday so I can have it back for the weekend. Then comes Wednesday, been only 3 days since I brought it, got a text from Eric it's fixed. SeaDoo runs great. 3 weeks after I get another text from Eric just to check up how things are to follow with their service. All I can say is. What a great experience. Thank you!

Great price and service in finding a snowmobile helmet! The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star review was that their selection of helmets in the size we required was minimal (but that is more our fault than theirs; we waited until late in the season to purchase)

Great store for all your outdoor recreational needs. Ski-doo, sea-doo, can-am and boats and motors.

Had a terrible experience with their "Parts Lead" right off the hop he was very unpleasant and difficult to talk to. When you can get the same 2-stroke oil on Amazon for cheaper and they're not willing to drop 10% to match that really speaks volumes.

I would like to send a very sincere thank you to Brice. I had just received my motor back from another dealer (not Enns Brothers) and had problems. I had talked to many different dealers from around Canada trying to figure out the problem and see what they thought it might be. Some dealers wanted me to send the motor to them to fix or no call back from many. Brice called me back and was very helpful even after he knew they would not be receiving my motor to fix, instead Brice helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. Brice knows his stuff because what he suggested was the fix. He had prevented future frustration with sending my Evinrude back to the incompetent dealership that I might add will not return my call after they received nearly 13,000 to fix my motor.

I would not hesitate to send my boat or motor to them if I run into any more issues.

I really wanted to work with Enns Brothers to order my new SeaDoo's but unfortunately, they seemed to busy to work with me. I emailed them in August 2021 and got a response that my email was being forwarded to a sales person, but after that I never heard from them again and had no follow up. I ended up placing my order for a 2022 Spark and a 2022 GTR 230 with Action Power BRP dealer in Brandon. They were much easier to deal with and I'll likely get my machines in early Spring. Just glad that I'll still get my seadoos. My advice to other consumers: check out action power in brandon.smaller town dealer who seem really grateful for the business.

Today was my first time dealing here came to get some small non expensive parts for a older riding mower. I called ahead of time and spoke to Andrew in parts to make sure they had them, surprisingly everything was in stock. I was also very happy with the customer service way to go guys keep up this kind of work.

Had to bring my jet pump in they had made a error on the part they took it out for me took full responsibility for the error. Even better they understood that I had been working on it all weekend because of the error they immediately fixed it and I had it in the water 4 hours later. I was pleasantly shocked how well they treated me. Great job guys!

Ordered and bought a Stihl Blower/Vacuum Mulcher from the Parts Department this morning. It was a good experience. He took it out of the box and assembled it for me and showed me how it works. Got home and used it. It surely does the work to my satisfaction. Thanks again.sorry I didn't get your name.

Shopped at Enns brothers for my pontoon boat on several occasions (most recently got a new prop 2 weeks ago)

Today I contacted them via the online chat option. I inquired about a John Deere tractor that stated they had in stock and was wondering if they would sell for the same price that homedepot had the same model priced for $300 less.

Got a rude text back that they most definitely “would NOT “ match the price and that they don’t even have that tractor in stock. The rude salesperson had the audacity to upper case the “not”.

No pleasantry about it, no recommendation of another tractor they have in stock. Just a rude 1 sentence text.

I guess I won’t support local and will get from the big box store, as well as I’ll be shopping else where for my boating needs.

I Always look forward to the large facility on Lagimodier. Inventory is always impressive and walking in I get the “feel good” feeling. But today I walked out feeling frustrated because whoever sold me parts today did not show me enthusiasm to find “everything” I needed and I felt rushed out the door and unsure about my decision of what I purchased.

An exceptionally clean and organized facility! Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be back!

Extremely knowledgeable prompt and have patience with customers who don't know the products. Go above and beyond with customer service. If they don't know they research and call you back and walk you through the required process. I definitely recommend

I've only dealt with the parts department, but they've always been very helpful in finding the right parts. And the parts have been very reasonably priced. I will keep coming back.

Recently bought my first new boat. Salesman Marc was fantastic throughout the entire process. I know that my boat is nowhere close to being a high end boat, but he made the process feel like it was. Amazing service!

Had a great experience with Enns Brothers and thought it worthy of a positive review, Brought my sled in for service and was very impressed with the service advisers I dealt with. Robert was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. He had a quote ready for me and explained everything, price for service was reasonable and was very accurate, no hidden or unexpected charges. I'll definitely be a return customer and when it comes to buying a new sled. I'll be going there first. Thank you for the positive experience and hats off to Robert for helping me out in such short order.

My sled was there for 2/3 of the season last year & was told it was ready & went to go pick it up and found out it wasnt actually ready, TWICE.

In the end all they had done was an inspection, a clutch inspection/refurbishment & replaced a roller. $800 and hours & hours of my time.
They didnt even fix the problem i initially went in for, even forgot to put the primary clutch back on when i took it out of there to FINALLY to bring it somewhere else for 1/4 the price they quoted me to do a water pump.but hey at LEAST they delivered it to the shop!

Funny enough everyone i tell this story to already knows its Enns brother on Lagimodiere before i can even tell them.

On the other hand, the parts department havent been too bad to deal with, no experience with the sales department.

I came here to buy a few attachments for my tractor. I wondered around for 20 minutes with no help offered. Quite honestly, I could have left with anything I wanted. The place was deserted. Can't say it was bad customer service, cause there was none. Left with my money and went elsewhere.

The place is an institution in Manitoba. Can always count on them for top line sales and service and parts. I would always recommend them.

Ordered a product online and this was the pick up location for the dealer. Voicemails stated to pick up online order and the front reception. Got the run around once there. Was told to go to parts. Parts told me they didn't have the order. When the reception asked the sales guy I was questioned if I was even in the right place. Item was at the front reception the whole time. Customer service is definitely lacking.

Customer service here isn’t great. The parts department rarely answers the phone and they don’t call back when I leave my name and number. The fact that they are the only Sea-Doo parts dealer in my area is the only reason they get my business. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Receptionist was very friendly and informative when I walked in. Parts guy was knowledgable/friendly and helpful. Got what I was looking for and more. I would definitely come here again.

Staff was slow to approach us as customers and didn't really offer much in the way of knowledge in the product we were looking at, he was unclear on price point of additional add ons.

Went to buy a few smaller boat accessories but waited 30 mins to pay and ended up leaving without buying anything.

Great people, products and service. I've really enjoyed dealing with them. I hope to continue this relationship as my boat ages. Lol

Totally got ripped off took 2 skidoos in for repair one needed a reverse switch the other A starter the total quotes were near $4000 for the 2 machines after talking with service guy explaining I only want those 2 jobs done the reverse switch ended up over 800 and the starter bill was 1100 the funny thing is the one the starter was fine on when taken in strangely no longer works will never take a machine there again
