I've dealt with them few months ago, and i was really happy with their service, i've dealt with a lot of car rental companies and this Enterprise agency is the best so far!

My experience with Enterprise has always been great, this time when having an MPI claim, and services from MPI were less than par, Ty (King Edward location) showed true customer service and went beyond the call of duty, kudos to you Ty, thank you very much.

Picked up a car for a one-way to Alberta. Ended up having a minor issue with the vehicle during the drive, which another location was able to assist with. Because of needing to do the detour (~1 hour), I contacted the branch I picked the car up from and spoke with the manager Ty. Ty was very professional and helped me with the trouble I was experiencing. He made what could have been a "not so great" experience much better.

You can book a car pick up at 12PM Saturday, but they close exactly at 12PM (as they say), and nobody are there even minute after. And support says "you should come at least 10minutes before time", not even at exact time.

Car was fine. The agent forgot to add the extra insurance I asked for. They force you to take both keys locked together. I am sorry but my pockets are not that big.

It was a pleasant experience renting a car from Enterprise on King Edward street. Everything was smooth, got a free upgrade as the Car I booked was not available. They also gave me a free ride to my work at the time of returning the car.

We had a family vacation planned but was almost cancelled when our SUV was damaged by rodents. MPI covered the damage including the loss of use so we had to rent a vehicle from this branch. Their staff Amarjit Singh was very courteous and helpful and really came through for us. He listened to our situation and arranged a very comfortable vehicle for us to use. Our vacation went as planned and we had a great time. We appreciate the prompt, friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend this branch and will definitely use their services again in the future.

Rented an intermediate SUV for two weeks at this location. Great service. Our thanks to Laura, service rep who made sure the items that we forgot in the rental upon return were promptly returned to us. Highly recommended for a rental location close to the airport.

I've rented a hybrid car from their king edward place and the staff was very helpful all the time. The car was very clean and worked like a clock. Will definitely rent from here again whenever I need to.

The service I got when I needed a rental was amazing. Ty at the king Edward location was amazing. Also Laura as well. I hit a pothole in the rental and once the car was brought to the right place lol. It is funny now but i was quite upset at first but Laura worked with me and I didnt have a way to get to the location so she sent a worker. I can't remember his name but he was amazing to. We had a great chat on our 20 min drive to get my other car. When I got there the car was ready and it was even after they closed. Amazing experience. Great staff

Great Customer Service:

I have been a customer of Enterprise Rent A Car for over 15 Years now and I prefer them for both my professional and personal use when I rent in NA (US & Canada). I also hold top tier/elite customer statuses at both Enterprise (Platinum Member) & National Car Rental (Executive Elite Member).
I have been renting from 999 King Edwards location from past few months for my peronal use and I must say that my experience has been exceptional. The location staff understands thier customer's requirements and do not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile on your face.
@Kerilynn MacLennan is the go to person - Everytime I have rented from the loaction we have always been greeted with a smile and you have made sure that our family is very well taken care of. Thanks for the wonderful experience and excellent customer service.

We will always be coming back to this location.cheers!

I rented a jeep from them for the weekend and forgot my gym bag, when I got it back my 200$ headphones were missing, and everything inside was upturned, they reassured me they didnt open the bag the whole time.

Great customer service and experience!

I popped by this location for assistance with my rental after receiving a low air pressure notification in the wheel of my rental.

Mark Goodman swiftly addressed my concerns and had their mechanic check things out.

Turns out there was a screw in the tire and it was replaced on the spot in no time at all.

I was offered coffee and was kept updated on the game plan.

Their entire team were friendly and very professional. Thanks for taking such great care and keeping me safe on the road!

The Customer agent was polite. The transaction was fast. The Car that they provided me was clean and fairly new. Returning the car was flexible in a sense that i can either return it directly there in their office or to Boyd office and they will be the ones to take it.

Got a rental quickly through ridetime. The rental was of good quality. I was given a ride from ride time and back when my car was ready for pickup.

I returned my car on Good Friday and the office was closed. I found an employee washing cars who told me no one would be in the office until the following day and directed me to the drop box which I deposited keys.
Monday I get a call from the office manager saying I would be charge an additional day because the car was returned late. I told him that was not correct and he could watch the video camera to see it was returned on time and not at the time he was claiming. He became argumentative and reluctantly agreed I would not be charged.
However when I got my bill I was charged. I've called Enterprise twice and they filed my claim but no one has followed up either time. Its been over 2 weeks now. No customer service, and a bad experience!

UPDATE: bumped from 1 star to 2 stars because shortly after posting this review it quickly got the attention of a competent "regional manager" who fixed our issue in 2 minutes, spoke English and was professional.
While appreciated it still took a few hours of my time which could have been resolved in a minute. A reflection of poor corporate cutomer service and local management.

If only I can post this review with zero star, but I can't! I borrowed a car from the Ellice branch and returned to this location. This location closes at 12pm on Saturdays. So I returned a vehicle after hours on Saturday, Feb. 16th at 3pm but got charged 2 extra days because apparently "SOMEONE" did inventory on Sunday morning and the car was not there. How did that happen? They were saying that I returned the vehicle Monday, Feb. 18th. Staff in there are a bunch of liars and/or lazy people. If someone really did inventory on Sunday morning, it would be impossible not to see the car. So it's either they are lying so they can charge people more money or they just didn't really do inventory that day. And just to let you know, I have a video of when I returned the vehicle with the time and the date so i can prove this anytime of the day. And I am pretty sure that there is a CCTV somewhere in that location so they can see when people return cars after hours. Maybe this location should hire honest and hard working staff. Very disappointing and terrible experience! I will warn friends and family about this company! I will not rent a car from this company ever again!

Absolutley terrible customer service. My mother had just gotten into a horrible accident where she nearly died. She went in just before closing and she was extremely stiff and sore from the accident. We were aware that due to the time, we may not have a chance to rent a vehicle but she needed one for work the next day so we thought we would try. She was hardly acknowledged upon arrival by employee working (closing hours of November 23rd). Instead of politely telling her there was no time to assist her, he just shut the light off while my mother was still inside the location and proceeded outside to tend to someone else. He didn't bother saying a word to my mother other then when he came back (to her standing in the darkness) to kick her out and tell her he can't help her. Absolute worst customer service from that man. He should NOT be in the front line this way.
Do not recommend. Go elsewhere for your car rental needs.
