Enterprise offers excellent service, and their knowledgeable staff makes everything very easy. We enjoyed the car rental, and the rates were very reasonable too.

The folks at Enterprise are wonderful to work with. They are reliable and true to their word. I am always impressed at how good their customer service is.

Shockingly bad service from the manager Hassan. Had originally spoken to Chelsea who was very helpful but transpired she gave wrong rate (i understand rates do change and mistakes happen). However it was Hassan's lack of customer service that really shocked me! Having been a customer of Enterprise for many years and working in customer service myself - I expect way more professional conduct from a branch manager. I asked for the name of customer service manager and was told I would find it online! Appalling customer service - clearly the life time value of a customer does not matter to Hassan at Enterprise in Brandon, MB.

Upon arrival till departure the service and interaction with the rep was phenomenally awesome beyond helpful, friendly, professional just a great experience renting a car from this specific place
