Enterprise Rent-A-Car

First of all my wife and I would like to congratulate Part Lakhanpal for his professionalism in guiding us through the rental process. He explained everything to us and made sure that everything about the rental was in order. He followed that up with emails letting us know the steps to take should we encounter some problems. A few days after we returned the rental he followed it up with phone call asking for our experience in dealing with them. I assured him that we had nothing but good things to say about enterprise and we would recommend it to our friends. It’s amazing how far one can go when you are nice and friendly.

Rudest people ever. Horrible customer service. Amazing on how big of an a-hole you can become with a cheap suit. Wouldnt even look up our account. All because the pos machine didnt work the first time.

NOFIL was really helpful and great guy. He went above and beyond and understood what I am looking for. I had a great experience with him and he was really professional. Never had such a great experience at any other location.

I had my car at Birchwood Collision Centre and received a courtesy car from Enterprise. Luna Kim arranged a beautiful vehicle for the time being. She was friendly, courteous, and professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Enterprise location anytime you need a rental.

Awful experience DO NOT rent from this place. We were in the city for a car estimate and were told we had a covered rental so they sent us to enterprise the Kia location. They gave us a car with a $400 deposit that, we only drove about 15 minutes into the city to do our errands, parked the car, came out of our first stop, drove the car for literally 1minute and the tire was flat to the rim not drivable what so ever so we immediately had to pull over on portage, the middle of down town, we couldn’t make it to a parking lot or off the main road. We tried to call got no answers for 20 minutes, once we texted Luna she eventually called, we explained the situation and she suggested 1.change the tire on portage 2.take it to kaltire for them 3. Walk to the closest enterprise and leave the keys there. She said the only way we could get a tow truck was if it was through our caa. They couldn’t have someone pick us up either. We decided to leave the car there in the non designated parking as it couldn’t be driven, and walked downtown with all our belongings to the nearest enterprise. From there no one could give us a ride so we left the keys got a $60 cab back to where our car was as it was ready for pick up. We never heard anything since until they are now charging us $52 for gas for only having the car for 15 minutes. Not impressed at all as the walk was not safe and we’re from out of town. Awful customer service. Do not recommend this place.

Excellent and fast service, everything made easy.amazing staff especially Luna the manager she gave me a ride back.overall very satisfied with my first rental experience. Highly recommend.

I have rented cars multiple times from this location. It has always been a great experience. Staffs are super helpful.

I arrived a little early and they were open. Totally professional and fast. They had the car I was looking for, and Luna gave me a ride home. A wonderful experience and one I hope to repeat.
