Had booked a rental a month ago. They did not have an SUV available at Pembina location. Ended up canceling booking and went to an other rental company

I wholeheartedly endorse renting a vehicle from this Enterprise. The car was spotless and prepared for use. I found the staff's attention to detail, notably that of Yuvraj Raana, to be very noteworthy.genuinely good folks. He was a big help to me when I returned a car. I've had some unpleasant rental company experiences, but these individuals are different. One of my best professional experiences ever. I appreciate you making my day happier, Raana.

Raghav was very helpful and friendly! The service was very fast and the customer service was great. The car was clean and perfect for our trip! One of the best enterprise experiences I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend this location over the others.

Omg the worst experience ever. I’ve had a better experience with one of the customer services assistant that they had last year and it was very wonderful. So I went there again this time hoping that my experience would be nice and somehow it turned out to be my worst nightmare. The new Ukrainian manager they had, didn’t even know company policies and she kept changing her mind as we went.she doesn’t even know what a stick drive/ standard vehicle and differences between automated vehicles. Jesus Christ please quit your job. I’m sure there are more people that can take over your job with better sense and understanding on vehicles. She was very rude and very impatient. We ended up not getting a vehicle there. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody.

Let’s start off by saying, I use enterprise, or I did, often enough….

I’m so disappointed with this location. I sent my husband in to pick up my rental for work as I was busy working until 5PM and this location, closes at 5PM, they refused to honour my rate, cancelled my reservation and made a completely new one for my husband. I went from paying $85.00 for the weekend to $235.00. Nice customer service!

This locations is HORRIBLE. This is not my first poor experience in which they fail to have the right SUVS, etc.

Just avoid them altogether.

You have lost a customer and I’ll purposely go out of my way now to deal with competitors.

My experience with this Enterprise location has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they cancel my booking just one day before the intended start, but they also failed to offer any alternatives. What's worse is that this has happened to me twice at the same location, highlighting their consistent disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution others to think twice before considering this Enterprise location.

Long time customer but won’t be returning back. If I could give zero star I would’ve. First of all, worst customer service ever. That lady at the counter should be fired. Rude and seems to not know her job. Second, car rentals are always dirty at the time of pick up. I recommend renting somewhere else.

I rented SUV from them on April 18,2023 with different drop off location. Unfortunately, i got stuck in snow storm on highway and barely escaped an accident due to skidding and low traction, despite having AWD.

After checking I came to know that it has all season tires with less than 50% tread left and 5 years old mfg year of tires that is technically considered expired.

Upon enquiring about public safety, Manager Anna agreed to provide Kal tire condition report but never respond back even after multiple emails.

I would highly recommend to DOUBLE CHECK TIRES BEFORE RENTING VEHICLE as they wouldn’t care if you get into any trouble.

I had to take a minute and write about this experience. The review is about the return process with Enterprise at this specific location. Long term customer, pretty climatized to how things work at Enterprise, (Use it for work often).

When taking the vehicle back, we went to take it to the gas station to have it filled up. This vehicle has a button in the car, instead of a push or pull open. The lock was iced shut, makes since in the minus -20 weather. We were unable to fill it up.

The sad part is, if I had used my regular location, the airport they probably would have either voided it or worked out a plan (Sorry sir it wont open, we wont charge you the full amount, how's 20$) Instead the clerk decided to charge full price for half a tank at $50. After being told we couldn't open it, their solution, "We will show you and you can go back and fill it up" Explained to them again we couldn't open, the clerk didn't take the time to go try himself to verify. Shady business.

The lesson here, don't even both with the small little Enterprises, they suck. Only deal with the Airports, more accommodating and they don't play games.

Wish I could choose zero stars. I recommend going to LITERALLY ANY OTHER location than this one or to a different company entirely. After getting in an accident that I was not at fault for, they have made this experience hell for me. They don’t communicate what is needed to get a rental car properly. The women that works Monday to Friday is rude and unhelpful. It added more stress to my life after an already stressful event. Make sure you have everything you need to jump through their hoops just so you can get a rental car.

This review is for the rental in January.
We had couple of issues during this whole rental process:
1) Passenger side wiper was not working properly, the manager promised to fix it and gave us a 10$ discount.
2) When I booked this vehicle, I mentioned that I need a vehicle for 5 checked bags (each weighing 50lbs/23KG) and 6 passengers. Both of the customer service representatives (Call Center representative and on location representative) were very confident that the premium crossover would fit them all with no issues. I double checked with the location and the representative was very confident that we will have no issues. I was given a 4runner which barely fit 2 bags with 6 passengers. Luckily I had a backup plan and we had to take 2 vehicles to drop off my family to the airport otherwise we would be in trouble.
Lesson learned that research yourself and don’t just blindly trust anyone.

I had pre-booked a rental for Monday morning and called to make sure it was ready that day, only to find out I would have to wait until 5 pm because they were short on vehicles. I was told they found out there was a problem over the weekend but were closed and couldn't notify me.
